Dear sir,
my name is sunil kumar. and i am a doctor,
i am using HDFC BANK CREDIT CARD FROM LAST 5 YEARS, and paying the bills time to time, and i was happy from the HDFC BANK ECECUTIVES
but today i m feeling very embrace because of their behavior,
i called them three times, but they were doing the same rude and bad behavior with me,
1st time i called , one of executive put my call on hold and after 2 two disconnect it without any reasone or information,,
After few i was calling again and another executive recived the call and talk with me very rudly and when i was saying put tolk me gently then he replied that i can't help in it sir,, and put my call again on hold,
after that when i was calling
3rd time again a executive (his name was Mr. RAJAT) did the same thing with me,
now i am helpless and feeling very bad,
I AM HERE TO COMPLAINT AGAINST THAT EXECUTIVES AND WANT TO TEACH THEM HOW TO TALK WITH ANY COSTUMER,
SIR PLEASE HELP ME,, AND TEACH THEM A GOOD LEASON FOR FUTURE,,
beacuse one of them was saying " I CANT HELP U "

HDFC Standard Life Insurance Co. Ltd. — PF not received
Dear Sir,I had submitted my PF with drawl form on 11th Feb. 2009 and company had received the same. After that they had told me that I will get my PF within 2 months.
After long followup I had called to their office and talked with Amruta a lady sitting and handling the PF. I had also talked with Abhay twice and got commitment that I will get my PF by May 2009 end. But I had not got and amount in my account.
Lastly when I had took serious action they had told me that by 15th of June 2009 you will get but still I had not received anything from them.
Its long time and I am suffering from huge financial crises. So please do the needful.
