Today I again got a frustrating call from your department.Please find details below:->

- Name of the person who has called. - Poonam from collection department.
- Contact number of the person who has called. - [protected]
- Type of Loan - Personal Loan/ Home Loan/ Loan against property/ Gold Loan/ Credit Card etc. - I do not take any Loan.I got calls for some other person named some Jagjeet singh.
- Is the call pertaining to Marketing of the loan or is it some collection call not pertaining to you. - collection call not pertaining to me
- Details of the call received.( Conversation details). - Asked to pay loan amount for Jagjeet Singh as he used the number sometime as per your records.I do not know this guy.I purchased my mobile no from vodafone store more than a year ago.But each time i have to explain this thing to these callers from HDFC and they told me that will not get a call in future and in every 3-4th day i got call again.

This girl called me 10-15 times in last 2 months.please look into it asap.

Getting calls from this loan collection department on my mobile number daily for some guy named Jagjeet Singh.Every time i explain them that i purchased this mobile no. from vodafone store about 2 years back.But in vain.Next day again i got calls from these nonsense, shameless guys.

I put 5 mails to the customer care department as well but no one listens.Is this the behave of officials of this so called reputed private bank in India - to customer complains.Highly ir-responsible and pathetic services.

    I have credit card from hdfc bank. I am trying to contact the customer care of the hdfc credit card company on[protected] more than 10 times and not even once my call was conncted to clarify some technical issue on the credit card.

      I am hdfc corporate card holder. One month back I was looking for credit limit enhancement option in my net banking portal but i clicked on card enhancement which is unintentional as both options resemble same meaning from customer perspective.
      Without any confirmation step new credit card got delivered in two days.
      After the stmt generated i came to know that it is non-corporate card and Rs 560 got deducted for yearly charges.
      Iam worring not because of money deducted but bank should inform terms conditions to the customers before delivering card.

      When i called to customercare they accepted their fault and ended call with sorry.

      Could you tell me how i can get this escalated?

      Also let me know if there is any fault with me.

        On 3/5/2013, the monthly EMIs on my Credit card payment of Rs 12000 was said to be Rs 2088 per month. Based on this information, I made the purchase for Rs 12000 using the card on 6/5/2013 and when I ask the same on 8/5/2013, the customer care people tell me that the monthly EMIs are Rs 2155 now. On asking how this is possible, the reply I got was, the EMI interest rate changes everyday!

        Hi,
        I got call from HDFC BANK for around two time in a day ,person from HDFC bank convinced me by telling that this visa card does not need HDFC BANK account , u just have to just submit document and this card will be free for one year, i said 'Ok' and submitted my doucuments, while on verification call the person who is doing verfication provided me some other information about card and also told me that all theses kind of cards are not at all free. i denied to take any card from such BANK.

        BANK should take strict action against such people who are not at all providing proper information

          Dear Sir,

          This is to inform you that my brother died last month due to massive heart attack. He held a credit card of HDFC Bank and had a debt around Rs.74,000/- at the time of death. We had reported the death and described about the family situation and informed that we are not in a position to pay the debt as the bread winner is no more. But the bank officials called and force us to pay my (late) brother's wife, and asked at least Rs.2000 or Rs.3000 as a token amount. But the real fact is they are facing a dark future at the moment and want to come out of this situation. Any body who can help us by advising in this matter please inform us. She is having two kids of age of 12 and 9. She herself is searching for the future. Some one who have knowledge please help us.

            I had surrendered two HDFC Life policies on 29th April. For one policy the surrender value payout happened in time withing 6 working days as promised by HDFC. For the second policy[protected] where the payout amount was high the payout did not happen even after 8 days. When tried to reach HDFC life through their support email id, call center -- They told me that the payout is on Hold and they will solve the issue in 14 working days. There was no reason given for putting the payout on Hold.

            This is really frustating and they have also stopped responding to my queries on their customer support email [protected]@hdfclife.com. I see this as a pure case of withholding the payout to customer purposfully. Still I have not receive the payout and also I expect a compensation for this delay from HDFC. None of their escalation matrix contact point is approachable.

            If anyone can help here will really appreciate.

            Worst customer value from HDFC Life post policy surrender. They cannot block payout for such a long time. They need to be booked for this and compensation should be a must for such delays.

                My request to HDFC life:-

                Sub: Request for closure statement with details of amount forfeited/deducted
                Ref: HDFC life pension champaion paid-up Policy No. 13624447


                I have surrendered a paid-up HDFC pension champion policy No. 13624447 on 23/04/2013 for closure.
                During the fourth year of the policy.

                The policy was paid up of 3 annual premiums of Rs.ONE LAKH each annually before due dates 15/4/2010, 15/4/2011 and 15/4/2012. )
                (A total amount of Rs.Three Lakhs only)

                On 30/04/2013 an amount of Rs.195271.52 (Rupees one lakh ninetyfive thousand two hundred and seventy one and paise fifty two only) was found credited to my HDFC SB account towards the final settlement.

                I have not yet received any statements/details for the amount so credited to my account and the details of deduction of Rs.98,507.75

                Interim statement of the policy on the date of application for closure ( ie.on 23/04/2013) shows Total value of the plan as Rs.2,93,779.27

                  I have applied for hdfc credit card long back, I got a reference number #[protected]S2 on 13th of April. I got one more message on the same day saying that 'your credit card is approved in principle and final status will be communicated shortly'. Still I have not received my credit card, when I check online with my ref number, it says 'in process'. This is totally unacceptable.

                    My name is in cibil. Bike named herohonda passion was financed on my name from centurion bank . The centurion bank was closed and taken over was done by HDFC.. I gave my documents and amount was deducted from ecs. After that my company changed and location was also changed . I told my friend who used my documents to pay regularly. But after 2 -3 yrs i came to know he didnot pay and warrant was issued on my name for defaulting....

                    Hi,

                    I have a salary account with HDFC customer ID is 45440145. I had Rs.4070 yesterday[protected] morning and suddenly it came down to Rs.0.00 I don’t know how HDFC is cheating people. No transaction has been found after that but balance got deducted without my knowledge. Previously I had the same problem with HDFC so I have closed my old account. I am travelling from Chennai to Salem. I got struck up in half of the way now without money. Without my knowledge for what the reason HDFC has deducted my money. I will go to Bank ombudsman complaint if you will not credit back my money immediately. Please credit my money immediately and close my salary account and RD account.

                    If you people have hold my funds against my credit card you should have communicate with me through Call, SMS or E-mail before deducting it.

                    Can anyone please help me to file a complaint against HDFC? Because already I lost unwantedly 10,000 in my old account and no one telling correct reason so I want to take this too. Please help me on filing a Bank ombudsman complaint.

                    HDFC Bank — card has blocked without my knowledge.

                    Hi,

                    My name is Radhey Shyam having HDFC account A/c no:[protected] and my mobile no is:[protected]
                    It is very bitter experience with HDFC and recently i faced one major problem.i have given my atm card to my parents leaving in Delhi so that they can withdrwas the money and now its festive season so they required the money on urgent basis.
                    now problem is that when My father went to atm machine the card got stucked inside the ATM machine and gave an error that it got expired.Later i called to hyderbaad CC and spoke to Ms.kranti on 2nd oct.She told me that card has been blocked and their is not reason meantioned in the database.Later she gave me assurance that iwill get a call from my delhi branch and they willl give me explaintation.Till today i did not recieved any call so i agian called up to Delhicc executive and spoke to Sweta Paul.I had quite bed experience while talking to Delhi CC executive named as Shweta Paul.She is very arrogent and dont know how to talk and when i told him the same then she put
                    me on hold for 25 minutes and at last i have to disconnect the call as it was STD call and i was not geting any response from other side.
                    Again i called and logged a cpomlaint againest Shweta paul for her mis behaviour and create a trouble to customer.Compalint id is[protected].
                    I am very angry & disappoinnted on HDFC's response and very frustrated about thier customer service.I have spent my 3 days and around 3 hours
                    and wasted money on STD called while talking to CC executive but till now not helping hand come.

                    Now i am looking for the resolution on my below query and want some companstation for the problem being created by HDFC bank.
                    1.I need the detials that who put a request to block my atm card.
                    2.Why it is not informed me through email or phone that my card has been blocked.
                    3.Why i did not recieved a new card so far.
                    4.How can HDFC compansate the problem for which my family is suffereing that they can not withdraw money while they required it on urgency
                    and need to deposit some EMI.
                    5.what action has been taken against Shweta Paul of her misbehavior and i want a apology letter from her.


                    Hope i will get an response from HDFC soon.

                    I too have few bad experiences with HDFC.

                    I called customer service twice for applying credit card. Both the times, they said one of their executive will call me. But they never did.

                    I called one of my executive personally to my place and submitted all the docs for credit card. He said one of their staff will call me for verification within 3 days and card will be dispatched in 15 days.

                    I waited for almost a month. Then when i called them, they said they never received my documents.

                    And then i called them up for installing Debit Card machine at my store, they said same as one of their executive will call me. But they never did.


                    HDFC IS INACTIVE.

                      I have credit card with HDFC Bank by the name Anurag Singh Thakur.I had bought a celphone from flipkart and the order was cancelled .As of now I have not got my refund after 10 days and when i call HDFC Bank,they ask me to call merchand and viceversa.

                      The HDFC people can easily sought out the issue by taking it into dispute and resolve but they seem not bothered at all.

                      my trasaction failed when i tried to book a ticket from nasikroad to akola. this has happened twice and my hdfc credit card no [protected] had been debited twice for rs. 465.23 .according to the concerned person in charge my a/c has been credited once, but it is not yet reflecting in my a/c . anyways you are requested to credit it one more time if you have already done it once.

                        Dear Sir / Ma'am,

                        I have applied for personal loan with HDFC bank (Ref No[protected], despite being creditworthy, loan is rejected on the ground that i work in an LLP. Executives say that bank has policy not to grant loan to employees of partnership firms. I request you to ask appropriate level officer of bank to decide whether an LLP should be treated on par with partnership firm.

                        Even Companies Act provides that LLP be treated on par with a body corporate.

                        I work for LLP, its a tax consultancy (having CAs), and wing of Pvt Ltd (law firm having lawyers). Just because my company preferred my enrollment in LLP i cant be debarred from benefits which my counterparts can get. its with administrative convenience that employees are enrolled either in LLP / Pvt co.

                        Please put forward two of my queries before appropriate authority of bank

                        1 Can LLP be treated on par with Partnership firm.

                        2 Cant banks assess creditworthiness more efficiently rather than going by thumb rules that employees of partnership firms (even LLP) are not worthy to get loans!

                        In our country, Chartered Accountants are debarred from forming private limited / limited companies. going by this thumb rule no CA in our country having self practice or working in firm shall ever be eligible for personal loan irrespective of his actual creditworthiness! What a pity on bank's ability to judge creditworthiness of Indian citizens.

                        Because my corporate salary account is in HDFC, and it has declined my personal loan application, no other bank gives me personal loan. This forces the needee to resort to unorganised sector where ppl lend at sky high interest rates, thanks to illogical thumb rules of so called professionally maintained BIG BANKS!

                          Dear Sir / Madam,

                          My credit card current balance is showing negative since last 30 days -14,762.59 even though i made a payment 16,113 it was returned by HDFC as DD even though i did not request any DD from them , they have sent DD with name DEVA KISHORE only when i deposited DD in my bank (standard charted bank) they rejected the DD saying DEVA KISHORE THELAPALLI is my name as per their records and DD has only DEVA KISHORE. I called up HDFC Customer care nearly more than 100 times wasting lot of phone balance...but no one is responding properly about the DD. One customer guy said they have placed a request to cancel that DD and deposit that amount in my account itself but that did not happen. When i call them again and again they say we will get back to you but no one calls me back on this issue. I Cant use that DD because my full name is DEVA KISHORE THELAPALLI , and what ever documents i submitted to HDFC bank during my account opening also has DEVA KISHORE THELAPALLI it is completely their mistake to ignore my last name in their account. Now from last month i am worried the 15,963 Ruppess DD HDFC bank says we have issued the DD we cant do anything more. One guy says write a letter to their for name correction and they will send me another DD . I Dont understand why i should write a letter after all this mess created by them for ignoring my last name.

                          I Request you to please take action on this complaint.

                          Also after so many number of calls made by me , In my last call they gave me HDFC Complaint number :[protected] , the complaint is not resolved yet by the bank they told they told they are taking it as a urgent complaint and will resolve in 1 day but its already 4 days.

                          HDFC Credit Card — excess amount

                          Dear Sir,

                          I am Jaswant Mehra, age 26, i am using HDFC credit card for last 1 year, since the 1st month , i didnot get the bill before due date, and when i complaint about it to hdfc credit card department in delhi they said that they will not charge anything extra but since then they are keep adding the extra late fee, when i complaint about it they said that i should not submit the fee becouse they will soon resolve the issue , then only i can pay the correct amount. since then they keep giveing me false promises and keep adding the extra late fee amount .

                          please help me in this.

                            My father is holding a Platinum Plus credit card on his name issued from HDFC BANK, card was issued in Feb 2012 and we were charged Rs. 448/- against membership charges and we were told that if you make purchases of 25000/- Rs. with in 3 months from the date of issue of card, the membership charges will be reversed in the 3rd bill, i swapped the card and made purchases of 28000/- Rs. but the membership charges were not reversed in the bill, From last one year i made complaints on the customer care 3 to 4 times, but the membership charges have not reversed till date, and no body at the customer care is giving the correct details regarding the reversal,

                            Request you to do the needful as soon as possible.

                              below mention mail i send to HDFC BANK exactly what happen you will understand?

                              Dear Sir,

                              I Vinay Mittal, am holding HDFC Creit Card, Credit Card No [protected]. I have made the settlement of Rs 110,600 in lumpsum on 30th June, 2012. Everytime I would make the payment in cash to your executive as requested by your executive and i would receive a receipt against the amount paid. These receipts were stamped. I made a payment in cash on 13/03/2013 to your exeutive Mr Rahul Sinha, amount Rs 34000/-, Receipt no- F14923414 . I got a call from HDFC bank saying that they haven't received the payment and there is no one named Rahul Sinha in your bank and that i've been cheated. This is my hard earned money and I've been cheated. I've always dealt with HDFC bank because it is a reputed bank. I've lost my trust in Hdfc bank due to this fraud commited.

                              I've attached the scan copy of the same. Please find the attached file and kindly look into the matter on URGENT basis.

                                  WE HAVE TWO POLICIES IN MY NAME AND IN THE NAME OF MY WIFE ( HDFC STANDARD LIFE SAVINGS ASSURANCE PLAN )ANNUAL PREMIUM RS.40,620/-EACH.DATE OF COMMENCEMENT OF THESE POLICIES ARE 24/09/2009 AND 25/11/2009.
                                  THESE TWO POLICIES PROVIDE EXTREMELY POOR RETURNS AND WERE FORCED UPON US BY AGENT NAMED DIBYENDU MUKHERJEE IN CONNIVANCE WITH THE THEN RELATIONSHIP MANAGER AT SECTOR II BRANCH OF HDFC BANK AT SALT LAKE.
                                  THE PREMIUM FOR THESE POLICIES HAVE BEEN PAID FOR THE LAST FOUR YEARS AND I HAVE INFORMED THEM IN WRITING THAT I AM NO MORE INTERESTED IN CONTINUING WITH THESE POLICIES WHICH GIVE SUCH POOR RETURNS,

                                    I taken housing lone by hdfc bank in 1992. lone amount was 53,655/-only. i completed this lone with prepayment charges in 2002.
                                    I deposited 2 polices as a security at that time of lone. one policy amount was 10,000/- and second policy amount was 30,000/-. than i completed my lone amount with prepayment. than they gave me one policy worth 10,000/- amount. and second policy not returned me worth rs- 30,000/- at that time. they said to me that your policy has missplaced by bank. than after they taken 2 vacant stamp paper worth 100 rupees with my signature for duplicate policy worth 30,000/-. and they written me that these stamp will not be wrong use. regularly bases i was going to bank 2002 to dec-2012, 10 years. in December 2012, they given me a bank letter for issue of duplicate copy of LIC policy. when i went in LIC office ajmer (rajasthan). when I found that the Bank have taken maturity claim in 2007. without my knowledge and other any information and without my permission. already bank taken my maturity claim 70,000/-

                                    First lodge a police complaint in your town, then file a case in 'Consumer Court' near your city, for this case you can claim the total money plus interest (i, e 70, 000 + interest at 2% of the money from 2007)

                                    You can submit a case worth of 14, 00, 000, don't let them go. It's not that heard what we think, just go to consumer court in your area, then they will take care of the rest. All you need is complaint letter on a white paper, they don't even take stamp papers like the banks took from you. I filed a case against micromax mobile worth of Rs 7000 for defective product and repetitive services. I claimed about 30, 000 and got it !

                                    Because case is your side, it is highly that you can win this case !

                                      I was satisfied with HDFC Credit Cards services till couple of days back and I wrote a Query to them for Making my EMI.

                                      I received reply on my first Email and received a URL from your side. As per that email I contacted Customer Support at[protected], Approx. 10 AM today (24th April 2013). I asked about EMI to Respective Customer Support Agent. I was asking about given below transaction:-


                                      10/4/2013 -- Aggrawal Departmental Delhi I -- Rs. 2333.00
                                      21/04/2013 -- Yatra Com Gurgaon In -- Rs. 7949.00
                                      22/04/2013 -- Yatra Com Gurgaon In -- Rs. 877.00
                                      Total -- Rs. 11159.00

                                      She told me :- If I opt. EMI for 12 Months then I will get Monthly EMI of Rs. 1024.00 + Rs. 250 One time as Processing Fees for 12th Months EMI. That means Rs. 12288.00 in Easy EMI of 12 Months and Rs. 250.00 One time processing Fees.

                                      After getting this reply from her I Opted the above mention offer.

                                      After I opted above mention offer, she sent me One time 6 digits password and putted my call on IVR messages, Where I need put that One time password along with my Credit Card number. I did that twice but she replied, there is some technical problem which not letting her to do the same.

                                      After that I requested her to do the same from her end, where she asked for my Permanent Account Number (PAN). Then she Replied me that My request has been recorded for 12 Months EMI option and we both disconnected the call on happy note.

                                      Suddenly, I received a Automated Generated Text Message which clearly states that --- 1.39C/ nc.rate pm payble in 6EMIs. (That's Wrong done by her).

                                      I was shocked after reading that Text Message and Contacted customer support again. The Second agent agreed that her colleague had done this 6th Months EMI on above mention Interest per month by mistake and Now she can't convert that into 12 Months EMI Scheme (Monthly EMI of Rs. 1024.00 + Rs. 250 One time as Processing Fees for 12th Months) opted from First Customer Executive.

                                      In fact that Second Support agent has given me surety and requested me to write complaint/issue on customerservices.[protected]@hdfcbank.com, She told me that the higher authority have the authority to rectify the above mention mistake done by her fellow colleague representative.

                                      I wrote them Co-operate me and rectify this issue from your end soon. Convert this 6 Months EMI to 12 Months EMI with above mention offer i.e. Monthly EMI of Rs. 1024.00 + Rs. 250 One time as Processing Fees for 12th Months offer which the First customer support agent has given me.

                                      Its about 3 days now, But still not receive any Email or Phone from them. This shows that the kind of Services HDFC provide to the customers.

                                      With reference to my earlier communication with Mr. S.Easwara Rao and Mr. Shibu Tirkey, Customer Service officer, ICICI bank Ltd, my current statement reflects the outstanding payment of rs 4142.I hope it is still reflecting the amount of cancelled ticket.As it was assured by both Mr.Rao and Mr. Tirkey, how does the statement shows the remaining amount of which I have already canceeled the ticket.Kindly let me know the nearest complint center, whrere I can go in person to solve the matter.

                                      main icici bank ka credit card use kar raha hu aur uski limit 2 lakh hai...ek din chennai se mere pass cal aaya. mujhe ek card offer kiya gaya to main unhe bola ki main allready card holder hu to executive ne bataya ki ye prestige card hai or aap ye card banwa sakte hai aur iski 1st annual fee 2000/-aur baad mein 750/- har saal lagenge aur is card se agar main air ya train ticket book karta hu to mujhe 25% cash back milega aur pvr se movie ticket lene par ek ke sath ek free ticket milega... tab maine unhe kaha ki main ye card banva to lunga but iski limit credit limit alag se hogi na to executive ne jawab diya ha iski limit 2 lakh hogi aur iski limit aapke pehle card se alag hogi.. tab maine unhe ha bol diya but abhi jab mere pas card aaya to maine booklet mein card facilities dekhi to usme na to koi pvr ticket free hai aur na hi air and train ticket pe 25% cash back.. executive ne mujhse jooth bola main wo card use nahi karna chahta kyoki usme wo facilities nahi hai jo mujhe batai gayi thi so please meri aapse request hai ki aap mujhe cal karke baat kare kyoki main default nahi karna chahta ..agar aapne mujhe cal nahi kiya ya meri help nahi ki to main default karne par majboor ho jaunga isi liye pls cal me on my number([protected]) and solve the problem... i am waiting for your response
