Hi All

I have done a transaction around 20k through my credit card, I wanted convert this to EMI s.
I called up Customer care got a response like " Credit card does not have any EMI offers". I could see from net banking credit card section , the "Dial an EMI " option is enabled .

From Customer care always getting the same response Like " does not have any EMI offers" ..!!
Please help me to convert my transaction to EMI

      Arif calls me forom his mobile# [protected] takes my documents promising for my loan and also takes 8000 from me as processing fees, but luckly my loan was done by my bank ICICI and since then he is been telling me that he will return my money back to me, whcih he has not done yet and everytime i called him he gives me reasons and false promises made by him.

        purchased hdfc unit linked endowment plus2 , on20/06/2008 after that piramal diagnostics lab.on22/06/2008.my medical exm. done on payment of co. on 20/8/2008 at @rs. one lacs ten thousand per Annam premium co.then issued policy no.11973245, with extra health care for critical illnes& extra life accidental cover. ci.cover six illneses include heart attack at no.3in list. on dt.23/3/2009 ci.for heart attack filed claim co. dined . bimalokpal for rajasthan after hearing of both announced AWARD but still waiting of due claim which was awarded by bimalokpal also on dt.12/01/2010 hdfc instead of making payment DISHONOURING bima lokpal by making court cases at delhi high court ,rajasthan high court & making wrong stand that they sold medi claim policy which were not their product at that time. court judgments against co. is their such as LPAno.797/2010 judgment dt.17/02/2012 but still facing court case in rajastha made by co. upon my self,govt.of india finance sec.(because they frame rules)& bima lok pal(how he award ed the claim against co.) resuslting this the my self who making payment of rs.110000 p.a.suffering my legal claim confirmed by bima lokpal & facing too much tension wohle family due to court cases made by hdfc sli co.v.k.bohr.a

          Hello,

          I have HDFC Credit card and my credit card login password was changed and I requested for change of login password. Its been more thann 3 months HDFC guys are not sending me the password. If I ask for the reason of it, they don't have any !!. Recently I requested for new password again, and still the response is same.

          I have the request number for new PIN generation: [protected]. I have done this some 25 days back and now they are asking me to call to overnite express courier guys which is not at all professional !!

          I have raised a complaint on this with complaint number : [protected] and still there is no response from them. Is there any way to solve this issue ?

            HDFC Life appoints DSA to sell these Classic Assure products. These DSA guys doesnt know anything about the policies, gave wrong commitments and fly away. HDFC Life also know this fact but forcefully retaining the customer by not returining the premium payments. Please aware when somebody approached to sell this product

              Rs 112.36 have been deducted from my saving account number ([protected]) twice i.e. on dates 26 march 2013 and 20 march 2013 without any information to me.
              The Branch manager of HDFC Jhajjar branch (Mr. Sumit Gupta)now is telling me that it is done by mistake.
              So, Please credit the amount back into my account as early as possible..

                  On 24th March 2013, Sunday. I tried to withdraw an amount of Rs 1000 from Bank of Baroda ATM using my HDFC Debit Card. The ATM machine showed the transaction complete but money did not come out. But when I checked my HDFC account, it showed Rs 1000 has been debited from the account. There was no complaint form in the Bank of Baroda ATM so could not lodge a complaint. What should I do? I want the deducted money to be reverted back in my account.

                  HDFC — not received money from atm

                  I (Ajay Saxena) am having a salary account in united bank of india (a/c no:[protected]This is regarding a transaction(Dated:[protected] time 13:56), txn no:CWTR[protected]/942009swt) made from my salary account, I was withdrawing Rs. 5000 from HDFC BANK ATM in A block indira nagar lucknow, the whole process took place, but at end the message which was shown was ‘TIME OUT’ and the amount was deducted from my salary account . So please look into this matter I’ll be highly obliged to you.

                  hdfcbank — debit of money

                  My name is Mr. Yogeshwar R. Patel & I am having saving a/c in HDFC bank at Vapi - Chala Branch, in Gujarat.
                  My Bank A/c No is [protected]. My complaint is on 15th May there is 110.30 rs have been deducted against 3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC ST & EC 110509. Regarding same I talk to bank on customer care & I came to know that money has been deducted as service charge against the Rs. 5000 cash has been deposited on 11th may 09 by my friend.
                  This kind of service charge not exists so far. & Bank has not communicated any thing before implement. When same thing I ask to customer care executive then she replied that bank has already inform through monthly statement, which absolutely wrong, there is no communication in bank statement.

                  So please take up this issue

                  Sir, I was having the debit card of centurion bank . My home branch is at Visakhapatanam . The account was a salary account. After two three years I was transferred to mumbai kochi, later at Trivandrum . By the time it was merged to HDFC .I have applied for a HDFC debit card from your PMG Trivandrun branch. I have recieved the new PIN number vide your letter dated 31 Oct 09, But the card has been not yet recieved. I taken this matter to the various branch at Trivandrum but nobody is taking initiatives, and saying that you may contact to the home branch ie at Vizag. There for it is requested that my debit card be sent to my home address at the earliest .

                  I had similar experience. It is to inform all people that when I posted my complaint then one person called me saying he is from my bank and for refund of wrong debit to my account some verification is required. He asked me my card number but when he also asked about password and pin three digit number then I understood that that person was trying to create trouble for me. I hope the people reading this comment will never disclose such confidential information to unknown fraud calls. Please share with near and dears.

                    I am Avik Ghosh, an ex-employee of HBL Global, Retail Assets- Autoloans, Gillander House, Kolkata. I had resigned & served notice period & left HBL 9 years back (04/03/2006).

                    I joined on 19/10/2005. Worked for nearly 4.5 months. When i left, i did not took the Relieving Letter & HBL also did not feel to send the Relieving to me.

                    Now, i have been selected for the post of Credit Manager - Insta Loans, Kolkata. HR of HDFC Bank requires the HBL relieving letter.
                    I have been following up with HBL HR and already sent an email to hbl.[protected]@hdfcbank.com. But, still i have not received the RL. Pls note the then Boss of that period has given a positive feedback to the HR.

                    Request you to pls act upon at the earliest as i desperately need the RL. Pls guide me where to escalate or who to approach. PLS HELP.

                      {Sub: Regarding Mobile number update of my current saving account. Complaint Number-chnc[protected]}

                      This is the 6th month I have been directed by the HDFC personals back and forth. During December 2012 and January 2013, I have been mislead by the customer care and Branch people regarding the options on how to update mobile number. and finally someone suggested me to go ahead and mail the E-age form to the buffalo address o[censored]SA. After continual follow up with the customercare people and Nikunja Rath(from Talcher Hatotuta Branch) over phone and on emails on NRI pobox and HDFC support emails I hardly get any response.

                      After writing so many emails I got only one call from Nikunja Rath that they have received my E-age form and then a big full stop and no update from the bank.

                      Each and everyday I have been wasting my time to reach all of the contacts just to hear if my mobile number has been updated yet. Finally got your contact to write an email if you can help me on this.

                      My name is shailender i holding a salery acount in HDFC sec 14 Gugoan branch.. I had Rs .6633 in my aacount on 2 Dec 3:50 Am I requested a check payment on HDFC account 2 dec 2009 with respected amount the check was handed over a account holder .first they made the payment and same day they again withdraw amt from the account and put penality on me .. Now I am dialing their customer care no since saturday .... even call is not getting connected please do something .I am ready to go for any action on their custmer services.... Please help

                        my name is sunil kumar. and i am a doctor,
                        i am using HDFC BANK CREDIT CARD FROM LAST 5 YEARS, and paying the bills time to time, and i was happy from the HDFC BANK ECECUTIVES
                        but today i m feeling very embrace because of their behavior,
                        i called them three times, but they were doing the same rude and bad behavior with me,

                        1st time i called , one of executive put my call on hold and after 2 two disconnect it without any reasone or information,,

                        After few i was calling again and another executive recived the call and talk with me very rudly and when i was saying put tolk me gently then he replied that i can't help in it sir,, and put my call again on hold,
                        after that when i was calling

                        3rd time again a executive (his name was Mr. RAJAT) did the same thing with me,
                        now i am helpless and feeling very bad,

                        I AM HERE TO COMPLAINT AGAINST THAT EXECUTIVES AND WANT TO TEACH THEM HOW TO TALK WITH ANY COSTUMER,

                        HDFC Bank — Rude Customer Executive

                        It is shame that I had a executive from HDFC call me and absue me, he called from this mobile number [protected]. I have been using HDFC card for the past 10 years and I have a Titanium card - [protected]. I had been traveling recently and I had delayed to pay my credit card bill. This particular person who did not say his true name, so called him Ramesh, called me and abused me. I am with some clients for a project pitch and we were in discussion to finalise a deal. This person kept started to use local language (KANADA) and absue me.

                        First i do not understand KANADA, second I had told the phone executive that once our clients move back, i shall do a transfer of money, he called me a LIER and for not KEEPING FOR THE PROMISES.

                        I should be more worried on my account having being charged for late payment.. and interest rate that the bank charges me on. The way the person spoke to me, i now feel that i should not pay the money... like many of the defaulters... I think there is NO WORTH TO BE A GOOD CUSTOMER...

                        THANKS HDFC BANK FOR MAKING ME LEARN THIS LESSON IN A BAD WAY.

I WAS NEVER ISSUED RENEWED CARD BY THE PROVIDER AND EVEN AFTER MORE THAN FOUR YEARS I AM CONSTANTLY REMINDED OF PAYMENT DUE AGAINST THE SAME CARD WHICH WAS VALID UP TO 2006 AND THE PAYMENT WAS CLEARED UP TO DATE . BUT STILL I AM REMINDED THROUGH SMS EVERY MONTH TO MAKE PAYMENT AGAINST THE CARD WHICH WAS VALID UPTO 2006 THERE WAS NO PAYMENT PENDING AGAINST THIS CARD.
                        THE BANK PEOPLE FORGOT TO ISSUE ME THE RENEWED CARD BUT NEVER FORGOT TO ASK FOR MONEY AGAINST THE CARD WHICH WAS NEVER ISSUED.

                        i am using HDFC BANK CREDIT CARD FROM LAST 5 YEARS, and paying the bills time to time, and i was happy from the HDFC BANK ECECUTIVES
                        but today i m feeling very embrace because of their behavior,
                        i called them three times, but they were doing the same rude and bad behavior with me,

                        1st time i called, one of executive put my call on hold and after 2 two disconnect it without any reasone or information, ,

                        After few i was calling again and another executive recived the call and talk with me very rudly and when i was saying put tolk me gently then he replied that i can't help in it sir, , and put my call again on hold,
                        after that when i was calling

                        3rd time again a executive (his name was Mr. RAJAT) did the same thing with me,
                        now i am helpless and feeling very bad,

                        I AM HERE TO COMPLAINT AGAINST THAT EXECUTIVES AND WANT TO TEACH THEM HOW TO TALK WITH ANY COSTUMER,
                        SIR PLEASE HELP ME, , AND TEACH THEM A GOOD LEASON FOR FUTURE, ,

                        beacuse one of them was saying " I CANT HELP U "

                          Dear Banker,

                          I received an information from your bank that i have to pay Rs. 464/- as a cheque bounce penalty.

                          first of all let me tell you the ECS was delayed from you so i am not responsible for the delay.

                          and sufficient fund was available in my account on the date mentioned in the record of for ECS and there is no Holidays on that date.....

                          Also someone call me regarding the same
                          and i have share all the story as above and she confirm me on the same day evening that she manage somehow to get the ECS amount and there is no issues.

                          Now sending me such stupid information to me is like "YOU CAN'T BEG SO TRYING OTHER UNETHICAL WAYS TO GET ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR YOUR BANK TO OPERATE"

                          This is my humble request you should send me NOC / Form 35 immediately.

                          * ALSO THIS IS PURLY FRAUD THAT IF HAVE NOT MENTIONED ANY CONTACT PERSON OF ANY CONTACT NUMBER WHOM WE CAN TALK REGARING THE SAME.

                          ARE YOU OPERATING YOUR BANKING ON FOOTPATH OR ON BHELWALA STALL STYLE....???

                          * Even online Complain Form is not working...That is clearly indicates that you are planned theft through Banking ...

                          NOTE: This not the matter of only Rs. 464/- its matter of honesty and ethics of bank ...


                          Hope i will get the positive response and get resolved the issue in my favor.

                            Dear Concern,

                            Myself Saurav Banerjee hold a Gold Credit Card from HDFC Bank (Credit card no ending with 7249). I am unemployed from Sept 2012 & undergoing financial crisis. Although the same I have been making payments for the above card till last month (Feb 2013). Last payment was Rs 1500. This month I am really unable to meet their requirement & pay Rs 1090. Also quite astonishingly this Rs 1090 (minimum amount) has come to Rs 8000 (approx) min amount as per my current credit card statement. I am unable to understand how a non payment of Rs 1090 can account to more than 8 times increase in the min amount in the next cycle. I am getting calls from HDFC Bank, Geelander House branch, Kolkata (caller name is Poonam) continously pressurizing me.

                            Request to look into the same.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              HDFC has taken my application for Personal loan purpose, Sales executive has brought many documents to sign, among those documents ,they informed that my previous employer relieving letter was fake and the application has been rejected.
                              I have a proof that I worked in that company, but since they had not given me a relieving letter, I had prepared the same and submitted to the executive. I know it was my fault, but I have other original documents with me to prove that I worked in that company.

                              Since, they found its fake... they want to claim a penalty of 2%.

                              People are getting fooled with hidden charges and they have not also sunk my personal loans but want to claim 2% penalty too...

                              Plz somebody suggest what to do!

                              i have submitted all docs by 3rd jan 18
                              By06th jan i got sms that loan amount is aproved.but till the date 11th jan they are not transffered amount to my accounts..This is worst experience ever.

                                    2 years back when i got the Credit Card from HDFC i was told that its lifetime free card. Now suddenly third year they are charging me annual fee and saying that its a chargeable card. Its been 10days I am following with them, every time i call they give a new complaint number. Every time after listening they say that they will get back in 48hrs and then again the same story repeats. They are adamant that my card is chargeable.

                                    But there has been no charge on my card for last 2 years, and they don't agree. I even emailed them , but no reply from them.
                                    Highly unprofessional and bad customer support by HDFC.

                                      Let me introduce my self first before telling you my problems,my self Mr Purna Chandra Nayak having a credit card with your HDFC bank ending number xxxx4489.

                                      I am narrating here what happened to me,

                                      One day i got a call from Debomitra having Mobile No([protected]) that they have saving plan for those customer who has HDFC C Card.

                                      Save monthly Rs.2500 for minimum 3 yrs maximum yrs and get 12% interest if i will discontinue that before yrs then i will get 11.5%.

                                      Apart from that Rs.200000 of Accidental insurance and Rs.200000 of Mediclaim of critical illness.

                                      I have asked if that shouldn't be a Unit link plan then its OK and i will do that.

                                      Then I got a call from Mr Amitava Kar Chowdhury ,Manager HDFC Bank(Gillander House,8,N.S Road,1st floor,Block- A Kolkatta-1,Emlyoe Code - A7623,)bearing mobile no [protected].

                                      He also said the same thing i repeatedly asked is there any hidden thing like u link plan are there he said no not at all and i am a manager over here, i can keep his no if any problem arise in future.

                                      And ask me kindly send my documents to his mail id ,i did the same.

                                      After some days i got the documents on 29th of Jan 2013,i was really surprised that is a UNIT LINK plan which i hate so much and thought both of they cheat me.

                                      I asked them they said OK sir kindly send the documents to his office address he will change the plan as accordingly he promises and send back to me within 15 days.And specially said not to call customer care.

                                      On Feb 16th again i got the same documents which i received earlier,when i am trying to talk with Mr.Amitav Kar Chowdhury he has not piked my calls.

                                      But Debomitra received my calls when i call her and said sir it will take 3 to 4 months time,i asked her to why she said it is not with in her.


                                      Everybody of your's CR Team has saying that everything has explained to me, first of all how they came to know?

                                      Secondly they saying in every where i have signed there....but i haven't sign any where.

                                      They were simply copy my signature from my pan card and proceed as their wish.

                                      You are my final hope were i will get justice.

                                      If this month i will not get a solution then i will must go to my legal adviser as a honest person do when they face problems.

                                      I really get mentally torchure by HDFC LIFE through Mr.Amitav Kar Cowdhary.

                                      i Simply Request kindly cancel this plan as i am not interested to do this plan so kindly return my money which i already to HDFC CREDIT CARD for one month(RS.2500).And ask them not to charge me any finance charges as i am not going to pay this month payment,my due date is 24th of this month.

                                      Sir,You can check our conversation recording.

                                      Surprisingly CRM team always saying they investigate the things,but they never call me while they were investigate,Sir tell me which type of investigate they were doing.Is this the way of investigate of HDFC LIFE?

                                      Kindly don't break peoples trust who are blindly believe when a bankers call them and move forward with the bank..

                                      Kindly Do the needful as soon as i don't want to see my name as a defaulter in my credit card bills in every month which is i am getting now..

                                      I Want some strict action against Mr.Amitav Kar Chowdhary as i am suffering for him only by financially & mentally.If these type of people will stay on in HDFC Life then organization business and reputation will surely goes toward downwards not upper way.

                                        My HDFC LIFE ProGroth Plus policy was withdrawn without my knowledge after 5 months.When I enquired I was told that HDFC CREDIT CARD has charged back and taken the money

                                        My question is how can a chargeback be conducted without any authorisation.

                                        Then how can HDFC LIFE Refund without checking with me that why AM I charging back after 5 months

                                        However the representative Jasim Akthar contradicted and promiced to return my money.After that He avoids my calls

                                        This a textbook Scam.The money is taken and most data have been deleted.My next premiun was after 6 months.By that time they would have wiped everything but luckily I checked

                                        Now HDFC CREDIT CARD promiced to refund my money but not keeps delaying every 2 days by 2 days

                                        They are harrasing me to pay the amount but I have not given in

                                        I request all readers to hold payments of HDFC CREDIT CARD and withdraw policies from HDFC LIFE and definately not start any

                                        I am taking legal action so I will keep all posted with the progress but I call upon every citizen to stand by me so that I can expose the Scam & put this Fraud company out of business
