Hi,
I have opted a FD for Rs. 2000 Per Month, while Opening my Salary Account in HDFC Bank. In the Month of Auguest - 2012, They made transaction of Rs 2000 with the remark of "DUMMY". I went in person to the nearest HDFC branch to know the reason for the transaction Made as DUMMY. after giving the information they asked to convert that into ULIP plan and they said like, you will get this and you will get that extra. Finally i said fine and i opted the same. they told there will be initial payment of Rs. 6000 Per Quarter and there after they will deduct monthly Rs. 2000 from my account (policy creation will take some time, that's the reason i have to pay Rs. 6000 in the initial as they said). I belived their employess and i agreed for that too.
Finally the next day they called and collected my address and deducted Rs. 6000 + Rs 186. Thereafter I received a call from their customer care representative @ the end of October - 2012, by telling that he will create a on line user id and password for the policy. I informed him that, I haven't received any document and there is no communication from them about the dispatch & delivery of the policy documents. He told that he can't raise any complaint, i have to go to nearest HDFC branch in person and i have to raise a complaint. He opened the online access for me. After login to the site, i saw the address mentioned is totally wrong. and they said in they same address the delivered.
I went to branch, where i opened the Policy, I told them about the same. They given the form to fill, and that lady said, i have to wait for a 7 working days and they will issue the document ( this happens @ first week of November - 2012 ). I was waiting for an month, there is no information @ all. Again i went back to the same branch and asked the same. again she said within 7 days, i will get ( same story).
In January - 2013, i went to the same branch and asked her to close my policy, she said i have to go to T. Nagar, Branch. I went there and waited for almost an hour in a week day and he asked me to write a complaint and I told him about how worst their company service extra. he told that my request will be forwarded to Redressal Team. On 15th of January - 2013, i received a courier through Bluedart saying that, they received my complaint and they will resolve my issue.
At finally today 19 of January 2013, i received a courier from them and stating that I have lost the document and I have to pay some amount to get duplicate document for that to filling some form get Notarized with some stamp bla bla. by Mr. Rohit Konojia.
Now only i came to know that I will get nothing from their company and they are cheating us, like anything. In case if i haven't received my money back,

Credit Card — Threaten from credit card
Dear Sir,I am using SBI Credit Card for the past 1.5 Years and i am able to pay only the minimum due amount and i am not able to close the entire amount.
I have requested them to call me after 10AM in the morning but they refused to do so and they keep on disturbing me at 8.30am.(Reason RBI has given SBI Credit Card department an approval to disturb the customer after 7.30am)
I have paid interest and other charges more than i have spent.
I have requested SBI credit card department to make it as EMI and i will pay the entire amount but they have refused.
Now i have requested them for settlement option.They are threatening me that they will inform to CBIL and hence i will not able to get loan or any employment from any other company.
As per my understanding RBI has restricted all the credit card companies not to increase the Interest Rate, but all these companies are collecting excess money from the customer indirectly(Late payment fees and other charges).
Kindly let me know what to do.
