I am holding credit card number [protected]. I have paid the full amount which I had taken and I did not receive any credit card statement for 3 months, After 3 months, I suddenly received credit card statement saying that I have to pay nearing Rs.4,500/-, I immediately approached nearby bank J.P.Nagar personally and they informed that I have to contact customer care, I informed about this , but
No body is bothered to respond, Then one customer care representative informed that we have take up the matter from Richmond Road Branch, When we visited, and told them the grievance, we requested them to give us final settlement and cancel the card, Mr.Raju, (used bad language over telephone) then Manjunath spoke asked to settle the amount in full which is not fair on such a reputed bank which prides itself on giving immediate services, they give immediate service if we ask for loan or chase us till they give us the credit, then the true color comes out?
I have been chasing up for the settlement, they have taken 4-5 months, and now the credit card amount is Rs.10,920.84 From amount of Nil, how HDFC Credit card
Amount can come to Rs.10,920/84 I am unable to understand,
Then we received a form to attend HDFC Court notice in Lalbagh Road, Met Mr.Shrikanth saying that we he was also surprised that how we received the notice and said will resolve the issue, called up almost 50 times, sais will inform, but no reply / no action taken ?
Then another customer care representative form HDFC Bank Ms.Veena called up, when we explained the problem, she informed to speak to another Manager, who informed she was busy and said will call up, till not not received any call not any response, when we contacted said will send the mail to Chennai - must be still sending?
All the managers know how to penalize common people like prolonging the issue
So that maximum harassment given to the poor people like a leech sucking blood
I have paid the amount which I have taken truly with interest and I do not owe any money. Apart from the lump sum of final settlement given, the payment is made on following dates::
28.09.2012: Rs.1,170/-
28.03.2012: Rs.1,860/-
29.06.2011: Rs.2,100/-
07.05.2011: Rs, 2,000/-
14.03.2011: Rs.4,170/-
I hope I will be the issue is resolved or it may go u to what level?????????????????

HDFC BANK/ CREDIT CARD — UNNECESSARY BILLING AFTER 3 YEARS
Dear Sir,I showed my interest in HDFC bank after satisfactory convincing their Executive that the card will be free for life time i.e. there will be no processing fee and no yearly charges, but after one year they produced a statement and asked me to pay Rs. 750/- as yearly charges and they assured that this was the first time charges and the card will be free to for life time.
I paid the amount and done some transaction with the said Card, after one more year they produced another statement for yearly charges and several inetesrt charges along with taxes which was quite a huge amount.
Their local Exceutive asked me for settlement and the amount was settled as Rs. 3990/- along with crushed card. their collecting Exevcutive came to me and collected the card along with settled amount and signed on the statement which I have kept as an evidence that the adjustment has been done. A copy of receipt is still lying with me as an evidence.
Now after three years of long time the HDFC bank is asking (forcing) me to pay an amount of Rs. 12224/-
I asked them to provide the Transactions details along with the receipts duly signed by me against the statements dispatced by me, but they are unable to provide the same, this is one of the biggest fault of HDFC Bank as they are unnecessarily harrasing me by putting my name in CEBEL (the bad debt data) which is creating a problem for me, i am unable to pay such a big (fake) amount, please help in resolving the problem
