I have recharged my Dish Tv through my HDFC Bank Net banking system. I got a sms from bank, that is ''Rs 300 debited from your account for an online paymenttxn done using HDFC Bank Net Banking". But Iam not get any transaction ID from bank side, and the amount not credited to the Dish Tv account. Now I searched my bank account statement and I found my transaction details, that detailes are mentioned , below:-

    CreditCard — non receipt of PIN number

    I have recd. the renewal credit card abt. a month back, but so far I have not recd. the PIN. In this regard, I have telephone six times to Hyderabad CCD. It was informed that the same was posted on 12th November. When I informed that I have not recd. it till date (1.12.'08), they were not in a position to help me and I am still getting the same reply that it was posted on 12th itself. I was also given a contact No.[protected], in which nobody answered even after four times though it was ringing. Now, though I have a credit card, I am not able to use the same and I am paying 'credit card fees' on this card. I would therefore request you to send it immediately. I hope at least this mail will evoke some response from your end.

Due to this Bank blocked all balance available in my salary account which also running in HDFC Bank without informing me. Right now I am not having a single penny to eat and survive.

        my mom and dad have a joint account with the

        bank and our customer id is 9289758. we had

        taken a loan against FD from the bank about

        3yrs ago for 1 lac which we were repaying

        without any default. we had applied for the

        top up on the same on 21st of june this year

        and all the documentation was completed as per

        the banks direction. we were promised that the

        loan would be disbursed within 3-5 days but

        the loan disbursement was not made till 30th

        june bcoz of the inefficiency of the bank

        officials.. due to this i asked the bank to

        cancel the loan and close the existing loan

        against the FD and pay me the balance of the

        FD, to which i was charged 4% prepayment

        charge. the harassment did not end here ..even

        after my numerous request none of the managers

        in the Industrial Area branch met me to

        resolve the issue. the repayment of the loan

        took another 2 days and the FD were not

        liquidated till today...I was in the urgent

        need of money and i was made to run from one

        part of the bank to another to liquidate my

        own money but still my efforts didnt bore any

        fruits.. I had to rely on private money

        lenders to get the funds.. I asked for the

        waiver of the prepayment charges but i was not

        given that aswell.. the ultimate shock came

        today when the bank debited my account for the

        EMI of the loan which i had already closed..

        HDFC has duped me of my funds..I had lodged a

        complaint in the Industrial area branch about

        this issue on 2nd july but nothing was done

        till date.. I had closed all my accounts

        except one with the bank and would never ever

        deal with this bank.. I want action to be

        taken against the bank and refund for the

        charges levied by the bank on the prepayment

        which is totally against consumer rights..I

        had to pay the price for the inefficiency of

        the bank.. i want a written apology from the

        bank and compensation for the harassment and

        the loss caused to me by the bank ...please

        help!!

          I have HDFC bank platinum credit card with me.On 12th June 2011 I recieved few sms on my mobile stating that an amount of Rs.32,000+ Rs.1100 etc has been charged on my card in each transaction taking the total to more than 1 lakh while the card was in my possession.

          When I checked the statement, the same kind of transactions have happened in May 15th 2011 as well at somewhere in Australia. But I didnt receive any sms for this.

          I called up the customer care and enquired abt these transactions and was informed that the transactions were not done by me. I was advised to block the card and send 'Charge dispute form' with the particulars of the transactions that were not done by me.

          I did block the card at that moment itself and sent the charge dispute form on the next day by courier service. When I called the customer care after a week to enquire about the action has been taken on this, I was told that the mail was not received.When i enquired at courier service, I was informed that the mail was delivered correctly. Hence I prepared another set of Charge dispute form with the fraudulent transactions and this time I dropped them in application box available at nearest HDFC branch after enquired that the applications can be dropped there in the box with the bank employees at the branch.

          I called up the customer care again to check what is actually going on the complaint and again I informed that the forms were not reached them and also I will be known about this after 40 days.

          I dont know what to do now. As the fraudulent amount is quite big, I am feeling nervous and impatience.

          My complaints are:
          1.What's the status and progress?
          2.Who will pay for this fraud transaction?

          Please help me on this.

            I have submitted my papers of FC License no.4373439/00252752 for renewal in HDFC STANDARD Office,SECTOR -18,NOIDA on 14.05.2011 along with required documents along with DD Rs.250/-.After much persuasion,the HDFC STANDARD staff have told me that they have lost all my papers.Since then I am moving from table to table and office to office without any result.Lately they have asked me for a list of twenty prospective buyers of their policies which I have prepared, still they
            are not responding to my phone calls even.
            I have reported the matter to Chairman,IRDA,HYDERABAD
            and Chairman,HDFC STANDARD,MUMBAI to help me in this matter as my license is likely to expire on 10.07.2011.

              Reissue of Blocked Credit Card with enhanced Limit

              And its been delivered on the next day still they are awaiting for the receipt.
              I cant understand why they are pretending lyk this.
              How much time it will take to enhance the limit of Credit card and reissue the same.

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I am Shama Singh, employee in Cognizant Technology Solution, Hyderabad as Associate.
                I am using HDFC Prepaid Food Card, issued by company. Once i lost my card, Bank reissued new one with basic varifcation. But Money didnt get transfered from my old to new card. I called and asked many times but still no progress.

                I would like to know the procedure. As they didnt take any step, i can assume if i will not call and ask, they will never transfer that money. then where that money will go.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I have asked the bank, whether can i partially pay my personal loan?

                  They have informed me, that as per RBI guidelines we can't accept partial payment against personal loan.
                  either you need to close completly by paying pre clouser charge or you need to pay instalments entire term of your loan.

                  My complaint is that, if i want pay my loan partially as and when i have money with me, so that, i can save interest cost as well as i will be lessen my burdon over a period of time.

                  This is not only my problem it is a problem of all personal loan barrower's. by the way banks are dealing want increase the defalters of personal loan and make more losses.

                  I hereby request to allow us to pay personal loans partially and help us to reduse burdon.

                  ingvysyabank allows part payment so that means there is no RBI restriction

                  I agree with it. RBI have to change the terms and condition for partial payment. If person have taken a loan when he was working or may have some back amount, when he doen't have work and need to pay the EMI, then he may be frastrated and may make some mistake. So Banks should allow to close partial payment to reduce the burden of customers.
                  True...It's high time RBI intervenes and asks all the banks to accept partial payment of personal loans without any additional charges...Hope, people sitting in RBI understand the pain of the common man (consumers)

                    I have HDFC credit card for last one year now and i have some payment due against that card, i am paying some amount every month, this month a recovery agent named Deepali from HDFC recovery office somewhere in phase 3b2 Mohali called from the num [protected] and [protected] and asked to pay the bills and when i told her that i need some time to make the payment she said that she didn't call to get the date of payment rather she is sending an executive to collect the payment when i told her that i cannot pay the money immediately she started using offensive language, to be exact she said " Agar haisiyat nai thi pay karne ki to kharch kyu kiye paise, ab to payment karwani hi padegi aur mai apna executive bhej rahi hu, chahe kisi se paise mang ke karwao ya kuch bhi karke, mera executive paise lekar hi jayega" i disconnected the phone saying that i cannot make the payment on immediate basis and she kept on calling me, then after 2 to 4 days she again called and said that " sharm nai ati tumhe bank ka paisa kha gaye ho aur ab chuka nai rahe, aukat ka pata chal gya tumhari i again disconnected saying that i will not make payment to her benefit, she again kept on calling i didn't pick the phone . Then she sent her executive to my house without taking any consent from me, although he was a gentleman when i told her about the same he made me talk to Depali's team leader as per that girl told me, and she tried to pacify me, i promised her that i will try to make the payment on 30th, unfortunately i was not at home on 30th, as i was in hospital to see one of my friends, so couldn't pick the phone there, she sent an executive and they told to my mother that if i am not home you have to pay the bills, my mother refused to pay without talking to me . Then she again sent the executive for second time after half an hour, i was still not at home my mother told him the same . In the evening she again sent the executive named Manoj and he made my mother speak to Deepali, she said to my mother " kahan chhupa ke rakha hai apne bete ko, paise kyu nai dete, apko bhi sharm nai ati kya, she insulted my mother alot, then my mother spoke to Shweta her team leader and she apologized to my mother for her behavior, but never stopped calling me, then they started calling my mother as well when she has nothing to do with my payment. She was doing this just for meeting her targets for the month so she used all possible offensive methods to get money out of my pocket.
                    I want to complaint against Deepali for insulting my mother and me for the payment when i am not a regular defaulter . I expected a goood customer service from a bank like HDFC please help me and tell me what my rights are being a customer, Do i deserve this kind of behavior?

                      Hi,

                      This is regarding faulty practice being adhered by the HDFC Credit Card recovery people. I've been using HDFC Card no. [protected] for several years but stopped using it further due to the incorrect transaction charges and interest being added to my account. Even calling customer care didn't helped resolve my issue. Finally i gave up using this card but of lately, i started getting calls from their recovery department, threatning me about paying the outstanding. When i ask to provide me the statement they deny the same and just ask to pay 29000/- as my settlement amount. I've paid 3000/- once as they asked me that its quarter end and this is the minimum amount i need to pay and then another 1500/-.
                      Appears to me as if they have just made it a practice to snatch money from me without closing my account and not providing me statement of what really is outstanding on me.

                      Can somebody take care of this and help me ?

                        we the employees of the adfc pvt. ltd. want to say that the company is humalating the employees as at the time of the joining not mentioning the timings of the working hours or nor in the appointment leter aslo.
                        as the company takes work from the employes for more than 9 hours and no tea break in between and only half hour lunch timings and not giving any kind of over time to the employees as they daily work for more then 9 hours as in the letter the sifts are of 8 hours .

                        so plz take some kind action aginst the company as if some one complaints aginst the same they fires the emplyees imdiately.

                          I am 10 yr old customer to HDFC Bank. They have updated my wrong credentials to CIBIL. I have written a letter to thier Grievence Email ID - Grievance.[protected]@hdfcbank.com with complete case study.

                          I got a reply from them that an executive will reply in 2 days which never happened.

                          What to do my CIBIL score is too low due to all this.

                            I have booked some railway tickets from my credit card. Every bank giving discounts on Railway or Flight booking But THIS HDFC bank deducting extra charges. Rediculas......In future I'll never use HDFC bank credit card and never suggest to any one to use it.

                            Ticket 1 : Madgaon to Nizzamudin - Ticket Total Amount is 10480 but When I was checked my Credit card statement It shows 10668. WHY ??? - 188 Rs Extra

                            Ticket 2 : Mumbai to Madgaon - Ticket total amount is 4432 but When I checked my credit card statement It shows 4511. WHY ??? - 79 Rs. Extra

                            Ticket 3 : Mumbai to Madgaon - Ticket total amount is 3268 but When I checked my credit card statement It shows 3326. WHY ??? - 58 Rs. extra

                            Ticket 4 : Mumbai to Delhi - Ticket total amount is 3010 but When I checked my credit card statement It shows more then 3010. WHY ??? -

                            I want my money return back to my account. Please do the needfull. This is not the way to add more charges without intimation. If we are using Bank credit card then don't take otherwise. ok....

                            Yes, HDFC should return all the un-neccessary charges back to our account.

                            Please take an action on it.
                            Why this is not showing at the time of payment. We don't have that much time to read your booklets. We are using credit card to save time. We are not expecting any discount from you guys, Because I never get any discount from HDFC...Its waste bank...I want to close my credit card ...I'll use other card...and never suggest to any one to get this HDFC credit card...Because they are cheater and deducting unnecessary charges from peoples.

                            Transaction charges of 1.8%on the total transaction value will be levied by the card issuing bank.
                            HDFC Bank is cheating people with a fine print practice. I completely agree with you. Also not sure if any one of you ever tried to call their customer service to dispute charges, now they have stupid forms for everything and need to have them sent to their Chennai office. I had to go through three levels of customer service staff to assure me of their manager calling me to resolve this. Already 2 weeks and no call yet.My biggest worry is if they cannot honor customer's dispute on charges and liaison with merchants to protect our interests, what would happen of the card was misused if we lose it?

                            I think they work with merchants to loot the customers.It is purely a local bank putting up a look alike of an international bank. HDFC fix your screwed up customer service and get rid of these bunch of carrots. Damn with your practice of forms for everything, empower customer service to resolve issues on fly, we are in a digital world...

                                My better half, took HDFC policy in 2008
                                For that agent came to office and giving the info about the product, as per his info, the premium has paid from my credit card 20000 yearly, for this transaction there are not other charges applicable except processing fee @ 200,as per this info HDC executive statement I bind the policy.
                                in 2008 i am not facing any issue regarding the payment, but in end of 2009 HDFC charged me finical change around 600 every month without any information.
                                i had tried to reach HDFC CC and visited so many branches for resolving the issue, they are not processing 20000 amount in EMI in complete year 2010 and charged me finical change against the amount 20000.
                                Number of time I had asked to HDFC CC why you are charging this amount to me, but they are not ready to except their fault as they are not convert total amount in EMI at year 2010.
                                Now at till date HDFC charged around 5000/- extra amount as financial charge.
                                Please let me know what I should do for same.

                                  I am having account with hdfc, ahmedabad,bodakdev branch for almost ten years now. Currently they have put my account on hold, from which date I dont know, as I come to know this while I tried to use my card in ahmedabad on 9th jun 11, thursday, right after that I called the customer care why in spite of having sufficient balance I am not able to use my atm. The person asked me to talk to loan dept for that.. it was a long conversation and the person told me that my acc is put on hold as I took personal loan in 2007 and two of its installment are pending. For my surprise I was never informed by bank in this regards, nor thru calls or mail or a letter. I took personal loan in delhi(aft marriage I shifted) but payment was thru an ecs facility, in which they were supposed to debit amount direct from my account, and in any case if its bounced for any reason, bank is bound to inform me. Without any information they put my acc on hold. Pls find detailed story of my followup with bank since 9th jun to till date as below.

                                  9th jun- found my atm not working. Got D reason loan amt due since 2007
                                  I say- DID bank was sleeping all these years, y I was not informed. Y I M getting letter aft acc put on hold. Y no one senior talking to me and discussing the matter.
                                  10th jun- rcvd a letter from bank (dept on 4th jun) this is to inform you that due to irregular repayment of your loan insallens and oher chargs yhour capioned loan accountt is called to forclsoe for r 10557 as on letter dare. Despige repeaed reminders byh way of phone calls visits an recall letters yuou ajve not taken any action to regularise the loan acc. Under therse curcustances bnank has been forced to mark hold funds in the above acc in the exercise of the banker's lien and right to set off to the extent of total oustand in the loan acc. Pls remit the toal outstanding withing 7 dyas of notice.

                                  me- letter rcvd aft the acc was bared. 7 days limit mentioned but not followed by bank. There was not a single call or a reminder mail or a letter rcvd by bank. If they were sending collection person at our delhi address, they must would have been told that we do not stay there any more. Why no mailing done on my ahd address or on my email ID.
                                  Why suddenly bank has waken up after four year.
                                  We left delhi in aug 2007. My hus was in calcutta for job and me in ahmedabad for my delivery. Loan payment was thru ecs so does not make diff where we are. I left my job and shifted so my husband used to credit amt in my acc for loan payment. Due that we could not meet exact date of debit but all the dues where paid with lpc charges of bank. And if one or two were missed bank should have informed us.
                                  15th jun- aft my call on 9th there was no revert from bank. After returning to mumbai I visited dindoshi branch, mr mathew greeted me there. As per mentioned in ltr he put me to mr raj on phone.
                                  Raj- my nov and jan amount was bounced due to lake of balance. Waterver the balance was in account was taken but that does not make full amt.

                                  Total out standing comes-4610
                                  bounce charge-450=450=900

                                  I was ready to apy 5510. But bank gave me diff calculation

                                  late payment pentaly-2829
                                  chq bounce 3150
                                  pending installment-4610

                                  total- 10589

                                  I had detailed discussion with mr raj kumar-[protected].

                                  He promised me call back but never DID.. neither picked my call for several days. Finally when he picked up asked me to talk to mumbai customer care. I called and had word with mr suraj and he too promised me that will arrange urgent call back but no one turned up. On 24th I called up mr raj again and told him what happen but he is least interest in solving the issue. He said he cant do anything and I will have to clear complete outstanding and disconnected the line.

                                  I am ready to pay 5510 what is actual out standing. Will not pay any rubbish charges included by bank.

                                  This is repeatedly informed by me to bankers but there is no one sincere to communicate and take action.

                                  My name is Daljit Singh I worked with HDFC Bank Kabir Park Branch Amritsar for 3 months. I spend 7000 to 8000 from my pocket for met with customers. But HDFC Sales manager Harinder Singh Soni didnt given my salary for three month. please help me.
                                  As per req by customer assistance dept, mail with is sent on given id with all the info they have asked for.

                                      My Name is Rohit Gupta. the complaint is regarding the HDFC credit card which i used to get in 2007 and in 2008 i stop using the card due to some problem in the billing as interest was charged more than expected.

                                      I Contacted the branch and executive for the same and they did not rectify it and sending the statements with more interest charged month by month.

                                      I use HDFC Value Plus Credit Card with limit of 15000/- but they send me the total bill of 69999/- after interest charged .

                                      I regularly contacted HDFC executive to settle it down and take the settlement a/c but they did not agree and demanding for the full amount.

                                      Now in 2011 they agreed for the settlement at 8000/-(Which is actual usage amount) and i told them that amount is delivered to them in Aug-2011. But they are not agreeing for the same and demanding that amount to be cleared before 24 Hours and after that i[censored]nable to do so they will take the necessary action against me.

                                      Executives from Delhi someone named (Nishu) calling regularly and threatening my family for the same and harassing us for the same.

                                      Please help me to get it rectify. The full amount of 8000/- is payable at the end of Aug-2011. Please help us to stop the call regarding harassment.
