I applied for a Car loan in the month of May,2011 for Rs.6.99 lacs for my new Volkswagen Vento car and at the time of taking loan I was told that my monthly EMI will be less than Rs.15,238/-. But to my surprise, when I saw my bank statement, they charged me Rs.15,480/- instead of Rs.15,238/-. I lodged a complaint with HDFC Car loansupport department, and dealt with Mr. Ashish Bhatia and Sachin Gandhi, who assured me, even in writing, saying that a cheque will be sent to me within 15 days on account of the differential amount as this fraudulent activity was done by their DSA.
When I did not receive any amount even after 22 days, I called Mr. Sachin Gandhi, who informed me that since I have already signed loan papers, now they cannot do anything and no refund will be made to me. After talking to these two gentlemen it was also clear that these guys of HDFC have been trained to ditch their customers and squeeze money from their pockets in connivance with DSA. On asking they do not give any Senior Official's contact no. or detail, saying they do not have authority to disclose the same.
I think such bank should immediately be banned in the country who do not honour their commitments and who make false promises to their customers to get business and to deceive them later.

Dear Sir,
Your courrier boy had come to my house to deliver my HDFC bank credit card. Since I was having a bath I had asked my maid to ask him to wait for 2 mins.He refused to do the same and said he would come back. Not only did he not come back, he has sent the same back to the bank causing me grave inconvenince, kindly train your staff to provide better service.
