First of all, I checked my email and found that I have never received any email/sms/phone calls from your end informing me about the charges which will be deducted from my account. Also you have deducted 2000rs for 3 months, that's a lot of money.

I'm in dire need of money and you have deducte 2k without informing me.

Due to covid, I have not been able to maintain the average monthly balance. I recently got money out of my provident fund into my HDFC account and you have deducted 2k already.
Please refund the amount back to my account as in this difficult situation it is not the right thing to do.

    The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
    First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful.
    Please help me in this

          I am account holder in hdfc bank savings account sometime back i made some transaction so my minimum maintaiance balance i crossed so my 500 rs was deducted but i ididnt get notified about charges through sms or get warning on mobile through sms later when i check my account balance i get to know that 500 rs was deducted they should notify about 500 rs deduction through sms but they didnt then after that i carefully maintained minimum balance but they charged 318 rs for aqb this is just unacceptable and idint Even notified about this deduction thank god i checked my balance then iget to know that 318 was deducted so i checked statements and there i get to know that they charged aqb ser chg this is just unacceptable firstly i maintan my balance still they charged me for this thanj god i tansfer my some funds and maintain the balance or they deducted more in name of minimum balance requirement this is just sheer loot of coustomers not informing about dedctions they can send thousands messages on insurance and loans but cant send messages on deduction of money such worst service 😡 i want my money back and i will close my bank account. Worst bank in history of india looting its account holders. 👎

              Hi,

              I have an account in your bank. On 5th of Jan, i went to my home branch, and filled form for email as well as number change. It was a bit urgent. Varun ([protected]) who is working in HDFC, vikas puri came to my place to collect Adhar Card. Then on the same day he told me that he needs the back side of Adhar card for which he said that you give me the OTP of adhar card direct login, which according to me is illegal and i am gonna take action against him. On the very next day i went to my home branch, and made a complaint of Varun. There was one lady Ms. Shell ([protected]), and she said if you have any problem call me on this. She took a different id proof from me, and said that email update as well as phone number change would happen within 2 days. Shame on this kind of a staff who spoil the reputation of bank. I am calling her since 14th and she is not picking call. Still my application is lying in the bank.

                Hello Sir,

                Two unauthorized loan accounts listed in my CIBIL report (Loan accounts realted to HDFC Bank) . Due to this I am unable to process home loan application. For this I have raised a dispute request in CIBIL and submitted relevant documents in HDFC Begumpet Branch (Hyderabad) in month of December.

                Still those loan accounts showing in my cibil report. I have sent couple of emails and escalated, they are not providing any complaint number, just sharing managers numbers those numbers also switchoff and not getting connected.

                In month of November I have applied HOme loan in HDFC bank. Unauthorized accounts listed in CIBIL also realted to HDFC.So, I need a confirmation from HDFC stating that those accounts not belong to me.

                Also they need to respond on my dispute request and correct teh things by communicating CIBIL.

                its an worst experince with HDFC, only they call for loan related things, they donot take care disputes and their mistakes.

                I want to file a case against HDFC bank incase my query not resolved.

                  Hello, this is completely wrong he was deducted without telling what was the charge, this was my salary account, when it got converted into savings, no update was given and also this amount was deducted, a new policy came It was not even told that we have to keep balance, one thing and we did not have a job at that time because my health was going bad, so how do I maintain all this, it is completely wrong or my account balance has also been minus from above. Deducted 708rs then deducted the amount of 468rs or minus 947rs in account, for what are you deducting 2000rs, I want everything clear, it is not my fault, why should I pay 2000rs without meaning? Or whatever account you want clear whatever the policy is, mail it in advance so that we know

                          I (a very senior citizen) wanted to open a Savings Bank account jointly with my wife (also a very senior citizen) and employed daughter.

                          The bank’s website provides for opening for single operators only! For joint operations one has to approach a Branch. As I do not want to venture out in this pandemic situation, I thought I will talk to them to find out if they can find a way out. But their system provides for only customers and not otherwise, even a prospective customer like me!

                          I got a contact number[protected] from their website which was always switched off!

                          I think all these banks have provision for opening accounts online only if it is single operator. When will they rise to the needs of the hour?

                            My name is Suresh Pandit. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com. I have applied for HDFC fastag online and made payment of 300 INR. The reference number of the application is HFR02018948. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update. Its been over 6 months now.

                            There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended. The email id given is also bouncing back.

                            I have been with hdfc for a long time now and this is unacceptable that they just take my money and forget about it.

                            The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                              I was trying to recharge my postpaid bill via payzapp so i added money from my credit card to payzapp wallet and i did recharge of my jio postpaid number. Balance got debited from payzapp wallet and recharge didn’t happen.
                              It’s been more than 3 months till now i haven’t received the refund.
                              I raised several complaints lot of mails and calls but no response yet.
                              Kindly help me with it.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    I'm HDFC Bank Credit card Customer (Don't have SB Account), I'm using Credit Card almost from 5 years.

                                    3 Years back, I tried to update mobile number and fill the form, drop down forms in HDFC Bank ATM, No updates and filled the form again after few days, still no update.

                                    When checked with customer care, They said you signature is miss match(As I have done different signatures when I applied for credit card).

                                    Since i had old number with me, I left it.

                                    Now recently I have shifted to different address, and My card got expired, HDFC dispatched new card, Blue dart guy called and said since i moved to different address, he is sending back card to HDFC.

                                    Now, I called Customer Service, they said i need to update the address, I asked them, already two times HDFC rejected to update my mobile number due to signature mismatch, If i send update address form again Signature mismatch will happen.

                                    Customer Service guy said me to fill the form for Signature mismatch and drop down in HDFC ATM.

                                    When i download, i could see signature mismatch form having two tab one with old signature and another with new signature.

                                    I don't know, how can they ask for old signature, if i'm aware on old signature, i could have already put same signature to update my mobile number.

                                    Now, I have filled KYC and put it in drop down box in HDFC bank.

                                    Please let me know how can i get my card, I'm ready to close the HDFC Credit card, since service is illogical, i din't find any difficulties in changing address and mobile number in other banks, it was very smooth and secure.

                                    Reaching customer Care person is one more Challenge, IVR options are pathetic.
