Dear Team,
I Nitin Dubal having HDFC customer id 33584462. I had credit card having number [protected] from 2004 to 2006. I shopping from this card but not paid regularly more than 1 year due to my job lost and some personal issue. Due to this my card account suspended. When i get the job, i paid all money as HDFC executive say, this amount is Rs.7500 pay on[protected] which is clear by HDFC. Later I know my account is SETTLED. My principal amount is around Rs. 8900.
Now i apply for HDFC credit card but every time application rejected and reason is “card issued earlier and said account is currently suspended”. Due to this HDFC not issue credit card to me.
That time I don’t know difference between “SETTLED” & “FULL DUE PAYMENT” also don’t know importance of CIBIL Score, now I know very well credit responsibility, almost 17 years gone, but my record in HDFC CC division still same, at present I have home loan with HDFC and credit card from other banks. Current CIBIL Score is around 784.
It's my humble request to you that remove my suspension from credit card account, i promise that in future this type of things not happen... Please update account status, if any amount required to pay, I am ready to pay, hope for positive reply from your end.
