I am being charged with ach debit charges from past 6 months
My hdfc salary account goes on hold and balance goes negative and the next time my salary credits they will deduct again
Yesterday 04/10/2023 there were more then 30 debit transactions and they deducted 25000 from my account
I am in total mess I have lost total of 64000 until now and this is going in loops
I have called the bank several times and nothing changes please help me

      Hello when i'm trying to login to my credit card portal it's saying the following:- your request cannot be processed temporarily. We regret the inconvenience caused.

        Hi,

        I just found out that an amount of more than rs-900 was deducted from my account as of today. I haven't done any foreign or international transactions whatsoever.

        And what's with the insane deduction?! As i searched online, i see people with just 40 or 50 ₹ issues, but this is staright up 900+₹!

          I was victim of a cyber fraud of amount 97, 325 done from my HDFC Bank A/C, I immediately reported to the bank and also raised a complaint on cyber cell as well as FIR. I also submitted CDF form online. After that I have been constantly following up with the bank but zero response. They did temporary credit of the amount but it was reverted. I have been a loyal HDFC Bank customer for half a decade now and using Imperia customer service and Diners Black for years. I have been requesting them repeatedly for resolving my incident, but have got no response. Out of goodwill and for the retention of a long term customer, I request you to kindly look into the matter immediately and escalate it for compensation from fraud insurance

                I have made two gift voucher of Amazon Rs 50 & 100 respectively. I receive two e - voucher link & pin and I redeemed Rs 50 from link & pin provided but Rs 100 e-voucher link not worked & error evoucher not existed. Plz look into this & resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                    Dear Team,

                    I Nitin Dubal having HDFC customer id 33584462. I had credit card having number [protected] from 2004 to 2006. I shopping from this card but not paid regularly more than 1 year due to my job lost and some personal issue. Due to this my card account suspended. When i get the job, i paid all money as HDFC executive say, this amount is Rs.7500 pay on[protected] which is clear by HDFC. Later I know my account is SETTLED. My principal amount is around Rs. 8900.

                    Now i apply for HDFC credit card but every time application rejected and reason is “card issued earlier and said account is currently suspended”. Due to this HDFC not issue credit card to me.

                    That time I don’t know difference between “SETTLED” & “FULL DUE PAYMENT” also don’t know importance of CIBIL Score, now I know very well credit responsibility, almost 17 years gone, but my record in HDFC CC division still same, at present I have home loan with HDFC and credit card from other banks. Current CIBIL Score is around 784.

                    It's my humble request to you that remove my suspension from credit card account, i promise that in future this type of things not happen... Please update account status, if any amount required to pay, I am ready to pay, hope for positive reply from your end.

                      It is looting customers money in different types of new ways i have upgraded my debit on july month while i am upgrading the card i called and talk to hdfc customer care associative he told to me that there is no joining and issuing fee for hdfc debit cards and also o checked i tha app also it shows that the issue fee is NONE, you can check in the attachment . And For my old card i paid my anuual fee in the month of april
                      Now, issue for my upgraded card is charged clearly in the statement it shows that debit card issue fee after the charges are debited i called and talked to customer care associate now he is telling that there is an issue fee for your new debit card and telling it is advance anual fee for your new debit card, how you can charge anual fee in advance and why it does not shows in statement that anual fee charges, it is clearly showing that issue fee for debit card is none

                        Last five years I am using HDFC account till date but yesterday when I open my net banking and checked the balance it shows negative. I was shocked to see that form 4th april 2023 onwards they were deducting Rs. 590 to Rs. 690 and they mention the reason "ACH Debit Return Charges" on daily basis to till date.
                        Even Though I am not having any loans in any bank i was deducted this month and my account details are as follows;

                        I have visited the home branch and given a return complaints regarding the above issues. But the response and feedback provided by them is not satisfactory.

                        Please take immediate action against the issue and reimburse my money which was deducted wrongly and do the needful at the earliest.

                          On 21/09/2023, I transferred 100000/- from my HDFC account ([protected]) to Kotak Mahindra account([protected]) through IMPS Fund transfer, money was debited from my account but not credited(deposited) in beneficiary account. When I check the status of IMPS transaction it's says the Processor Down. I need my money back immediately . So please deposit my money back in HDFC or deposit in Kotak Mahindra (beneficiary). Its been T+3 days but still money is not credited back. Really disappointing service

                            Please find my incident, you will be able to observe that how poorly customers are getting treated by one of leading private bank in India.

                            Being a customer since 2002, I am associated with HDFC from my Hutch/Vodafone days. Yes, it's fact that I am no more with Corporate but if you arrange to validate my account and credit card payment history, will find that I was never be default in making timely payment.

                            Secondly, I have opted to migrate my Home Loan from ICICI to HDFC that is after discussing with my RM (Ms Shilpi) and she has assigned to the respective loan department in Mumbai, which is my current home and work location.

                            During the loan paperwork, no one informed me that the processing fees is nonrefundable and ever there are possibility of loan request rejection!!

                            I have incorrectly charged Rs 1770/- and management not even bother think of customer prospective instead of pushing the complaint to the complaint handling team and got reply over call that to collect the amount from the outsourced load selling person!!!

                            I presume HDFC is making money by not sharing the right path to the customer and harassing by that dirty manner!

                            Why there is no transparency in communication? Is it not dishonesty to the customer?

                              Hdfc bank is doing something atleast a bank should never do.
                              Breaking the trust of its costumers.

                              First of all the bank lied to me that the demat account will be free and then after
                              an year, without me even activating that demat account they deducted 885 Rs in the name of Depository charges from my Savings account.That too without my consent.This was in the year 2022, ie last year.
                              As anyone will do I rushed to the bank to confront them about this misdeed.They lied to me that I was told the money will be deducted after a year.I denied and asked for the refund and closure of that demat account.
                              They asked me to write two applications regarding refund and closure and I did.
                              I was patiently waiting that one day my money will get refunded but guess what fast forward this year they again deducted money from my account for depository charges of next year.
                              What the hell I am supposed to do after giving them in writing to close the demat and application for refund?
                              They are still not closing my account and giving me my refund.
                              They are againg deducting my money.

                              I mean Banks should be trusted for our money and these people are doing ### like this.
                              This is completely unacceptable.
                              I NEED MY MONEY BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.😩

                                I would like to inform you and need your valuable time to resolve the issue as I am facing since last 10 months.

                                I am a customer of HDFC Bank from last 10 years and had a good transaction with bank, but now I am totally disappointed with the services and charges which was applicable in my statements and accounts. Due to this I am not able to do a single transaction in HDFC bank account.

As per history sheet all the EMI’s paid on time but due to major accident before few months, there was some delay on my EMI’s. After that bank holds my account and maintain my balance in negative. We tried several times on phone banking to continue my both the accounts so that we can pay my Emi’s through net banking and maintain my accounts also for future transactions, but nobody helped me out to resolve the issue. I am facing problem to paid my Emi in cash for personal loan A/C no. 3640399 to HDFC representative and after that we are facing the bouncing charges with reflect in my account also.

                                As similar the total amount reflect in my credit card a/c i.e. Rs. 105666.00, and the finance charges is also reflect in my account. I paid regular Emi’s from last few months as before, so why we are paying these financial charges.

                                Sir, my humble request to you please regularize my both the accounts so that we can transfer my Emi’s direct from my account and use your services in future. Otherwise it will be more difficult to me to paid such kind of financial charges in future.

                                Looking forward for your kind attention and early response so that we can avoid any unsound step in future.

                                    HDFC has levied a depository of INR 855.00 for below account no. :

                                    DEPOSITORY CHARGES AUG23 (A/C NO :[protected]

                                    Previously in March / April 2023 also, similar charges were deducted from salary account.
                                    Initially, they have added this demat account as free and now they are charging without any intimation. This is not acceptable.
                                    I have never used this account nor want to use this account.
                                    Need immediate refund of all depository charges levied till now for above account.
