I have made a payment of Rs. 4258 via Amazon pay using BHARAT QR (electricity bill) to WBSEDCL (billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank) for the month of October 21 - December 21 against the consumer ID:[protected] on 6th October 21, but wbsedcl has not yet received the payment although the amount has been debited from my account.

    Bank and their software in good. But their bagalur cross branch head mrs.anuja mishra and her ASSISTANT manager mr.neelam ratnam very sick to deal. They think every account holder goes to beg money from them.

    that lady manager anuja mishra treats current account holders like ### and her ASSISTANT manager neelam ratnam is big bucket raja to her(yes boss master).its big harassment to deal with branch manager and her ASSISTANT.

    any issues they will not respond in return when u visit them they will harass, scold even ask account holders to get out only.

    very loose talking branch manager with no control over words. Typical north Indian government employee behavior. she has behavioral problem.

    i[censored] complain to their higher ups like cluster head or zonal head, that lady will call u in bad names(in her hindi)... or threaten to give police complaint.

    please go head with any other HDFC branch but not with this anuja mishra and neelam ratnam branch.

          I have order a phone (Mi 11lite NE 5g) rupees 20724 by HDFC Credit Card on 5 October 2021 whose order ID no.is[protected] but some reason I have cancelled my order on 7 October 2021 and my payment 20724 refund initiated by Amazon on 14 October 2021 by refund reference number (RRN) - 75503721281051635336843 but this amount 20724 does not reflect in my account . I have visited my nearest branch of HDFC Bank but he didn't take any action towards him.So I request you to take a suitable action against him and initiate my refund by bank in my account.

            Dear Sir/ Madam,

            I had a hdfc credit card which i was using for the past 5 years. I was going through a financial crisis due to Covid pandemic (Due to leaving Jobs). I was using the credit card properly every year, I could not pay the full amount within the credit period of 50 days. Hence, I was paying only the minimum due every month. So, my outstanding balance increased due to the interest and finance charges & Penalty which I could not afford and pay. Hence, we decided to close the credit card and we were planning to convert as emi.

            We tried to contact the person regarding the issue. But, we could not find anyone to speak about the settlement of credit card balance and we got frustrated. We don’t want to hold the credit card and wanted to close it. We were contacting customer service continuously. But they told me many times, the offer is not available on your card and the offer will be provided later until you wait. I need my outstanding balance amount to convert the emi option which is a possible amount of my outstanding amount. Pls consider my obligation as early as possible.
            I shall be ever grateful if I get an affirmative response for the convert EMI options on my Credit Card .

                Hi,

                I am a HDFC customer since 2008 and have face a issue for my recent transaction on 11 OCT 2021. I had transferred an amount of INR 2000/- towards University for the payment of transcript; however, the amount was debited from my account without the generation of challan, where in university wanted the Challan for the payment. I contact my personal banker, Ms. Deeksha and was told that it would take 3 days to reflect and generate the challan. I have been trying to contact her since yesterday but my efforts didnt help me to reach her. I contact the HDFC customer service this morning and they said it would another 7 days to reflect as they would want to register this as a complaint.
                Mr. Naveen Raj, the Floor manager, spoke to me and said he is registering this as a complaint and have asked him to generate the challan as this is an emergency and I have already lost 5 valuable days. I demanded the floor manager to provide me the days it would take in writing, but he was misleading me by stating that he would take one day to check and send an email.

                The HDFC customer service isnt valuing my time being lost though the mistake entirely from bank's end.

                to conclude: the personal banker didnt give me clarity on the days it might take and Naveen Raj didnt have the courtesy to understand and value the time lost and the inconvenience it may cause.

                I need this to be taken up seriously by the respective department.

                    On 2010 my Ex-Husband took a home loans in HDFC by using my Income . All the property and everything belongs to him but the loan alone giving based on my income. In bank they made me as a borrower and him as a co borrower. After a year we got separated legally due to personal issues.

                    It been more than 2 year I'm following with bank to get me relived from this loan. After so many struggle I managed to bring my Ex- husband to bank but as they are getting emi regularly and they don't the loan to get moved to another bank they convinced him and set back. After that incident that person blocked my number and no response from his end and bank. I even registered complain to national housing bank. After that when checked with bank they are giving irresponsible answer like. They are not relieving me from that home loan. Now i don't have any responsible on that loan and moreover the property is not in my name. How can i be the responsible for that. Bank can take the home back if not bank has to take to concerned person. But in this case i received zero response from bank. They are only focused on money and they image. They are not even bothering about their customer even 1%.

                        As per my understanding this is "Txn - Transaction. Markup - Foreign currency markup. St - Service tax. It is the foreign currency markup charges charged to your card for doing swiping your card at an International location. ... HDFC bank charges 3.5 of the transaction amount as a fee for using your debit card for a transaction in foreign currency."

                                I opened a new HDFC bank in the Hirapur- Dhanbad Branch (CODE: 004721) but my account was opened in the SANDOZ-House, Mumbai Branch(CODE:000240). This is an issue as i live in Dhanbad, Jharkhand and thereby cannot travel to Mumbai incase i have some problem or the other.

                                  Have been a loyal customer of HDFC Bank for the last so many years. I never had any complaint about anything. But then its been two months they are putting my Funds on Hold and debited without my knowledge. I have consumer loan and I am paying all the EMIs on time or before the due date.
                                  This is extremely a disappointment from a reputed Bank like HDFC.

                                    I placed an order for dominos pizza on oct7, paying through hdfc debit card. The amount got debited from my hdfc debit card however the order didn’t got placed. I raised a complaint through hdfc but no response. I was already contacted by dominos that the refund has already been initiated for the order on oct 10, as it was failed on payment gateway.

                                    But bank is denying same and saying that the payment was successful. I am following bank from last 1 week but no proper response. Also customer care agent are very rude. Even the SME divya Sharma was very rude and started shouting on me when I asked for the refund. Customer care manager Satish Kumar was also not very helpful.

                                    I am pissed off by the behaviour of the management team even the seniors.

                                    I need the refund of rs 1367 that was debited from my hdfc debut card asap.

                                      I am Swathy salary account bank account holder of your bank with a/c no [protected]. Recently while checking my balance in my account it is showing negative amount of -9400 Rs for not maintaining the minimum balance.

                                      But I don’t know about these negative balance rules, So I am requesting you to please waive my minimum balance charges.

                                      As per the RBI guidelines amount should be charged for non maintenance.

                                      I cant repay this much of amount am jobless.

                                      Checked with the bank side they are saying no u have pay the full amount for closure. Not even treating customers properly.

                                      I will be grateful for your cooperation in this .

                                      For the past 2yrs am jobless. How can i maintain the bank account?. I cant repay this much of huge amount.

                                      I request you to close my account as soon as possible. I dont even have much funds. I checked with my branch they are asking me to pay the amount. Its not my fault. I am not even aware of this. Salary account was created by the company. Latr i left my job.

                                      I cant pay single amount from my end. Kindly close this account.
