Dear Sir/ Madam,
I had a hdfc credit card which i was using for the past 5 years. I was going through a financial crisis due to Covid pandemic (Due to leaving Jobs). I was using the credit card properly every year, I could not pay the full amount within the credit period of 50 days. Hence, I was paying only the minimum due every month. So, my outstanding balance increased due to the interest and finance charges & Penalty which I could not afford and pay. Hence, we decided to close the credit card and we were planning to convert as emi.
We tried to contact the person regarding the issue. But, we could not find anyone to speak about the settlement of credit card balance and we got frustrated. We don’t want to hold the credit card and wanted to close it. We were contacting customer service continuously. But they told me many times, the offer is not available on your card and the offer will be provided later until you wait. I need my outstanding balance amount to convert the emi option which is a possible amount of my outstanding amount. Pls consider my obligation as early as possible.
I shall be ever grateful if I get an affirmative response for the convert EMI options on my Credit Card .
