With reference to above subject please note that there is wrongly deducted Rs 415 on dated 15/04/202021 without any kind of vehicle movements. the details about the fast account are as below.

1. Wallet ID - [protected]
2. Transaction Date - 15/04/2021
3. Transaction Amount - 415 Rs
4. Disputed Amount - 415 Rs.

The following required documents are also submitted as requested from company for refund, but the same is not refunded.

1. Vehicle RC copy (front & back, Gross vehicle weight and laden weight should be available)
2. Vehicle Image (front & side view image)
3. Wallet Screenshot of disputing amount/charge or Transaction statement

You are requested to do the needful and credit the incorrect deductions in this wallet.

It is our festival time if i cant use my own money then i have rethink about HDFC bank in future transactions. Please guide me.

        This is regarding my HDFC account being locked from the past 3-4 weeks. After login into Net-banking, I’m not able to perform any transaction, even not able to see the statement. It's showing error "There is a low severity memo present on the credit account. There is a low severity memo present on the Debit account. There is a memo present on the Debit account."

        I logged on to my account to transfer some urgent medical expense o someone and to my shock, i found my HDFC account said its on temporary restriction and cannot able to perform any transaction.

        In this covid situation i couldnt able to take my fund out of my account. This is reiculous from a reputed bank like HDFC.

        Complaint has been raised and no response so far. I even emailed the HDFC branch manager with no response.

        I need an immediate soultion. My 12 lakh fund is struck.

          My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my company in oct 2020, i left my job due to corona and my family issue. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) in the month of march i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. but previous day one message come from hdfc bank that show my balance in negative -2731 . then i check my account balance its show my balance in show in negative. . so I request you to please take action against this bank and close my bank account . i am not able to pay this money because now i am not working anywhere. and They have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer.

                  HDFC Bank Payment Gateway pspcl payment failure

                  I was making a payment of my electricity bill using pspcl website through hdfc payment gateway. The page produced fault and funds got deducted from my account.                     The HDFC Bank has put a hold on my amount of rupees 764.64 as mirevenue holds through gefu, and currently, I am out of the country and cannot visit the bank, and it's also very hard to reach out by customer service

                          I have cancelled the order from Amazon and I got a msg from hdfc bank stating that

                          Ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/ATM card ending **** for rs 1648 has been credited/reversed by Amazon.

                          I checked my bank statement but money is not credited. May I know when will money be credited?

                                TEAM NHAI, NODAL-IHMCL AND HDFC Fastag (Team??),

                                In continuation of mail correspondences below, there's one more very serious dispute notice received yesterday that another Rs.145 deducted from my Fastag account on 06.10.21 @8:23:44 AM WHEREAS I PAID RS.15 AS WELL ON SAME TOLL (NO.7) MANUALLY ON SAME DAY, SAME TIME @8:23:43 AM, RELEVANT SNAPSHOTS ATTACHED AS READY REFN AND FURNISHED MAIL STATEMENT AS BELOW.

                                "Your FasTag A/c has been debited for Rs. 145 for transaction by Vehicle HR26DY1320 at Toll on[protected]T08:23:44."

                                Now it's something not only very much disappointing but very very disgusting too and not acceptable at all.

                                Whereas you people are still stuck in with ticket number and chargeback request only till date after more than 12 days of issues raised.

                                Then how long it would take to get full refund of excess amount deducted INCLUDING ANOTHER RS.145 DEBITED FROM MY FASTAG ACCOUNT ON 06.10.21 WHICH NOW STANDS OF TOTAL RS.550(EARLIER RS.405* + 145 ON 06.10.21) DUE TO SYSTEM FAILURE AS WELL AS MISMANAGEMENT AT TOLL ON KMP WESTERN PERIPHERAL EXPRESSWAY!!!

                                IS IT NOT FRUSTRATING TO YOU AS WELL???

                                So, pl look into this matter VERY EFFICIENTLY and take necessary action VERY FRUITFULLY to implement Fastag operations smoothly and correctly, SO THAT FASTAG HOLDERS SHALL NOT BE SUFFERERS FOR A SINGLE INCIDENT.

                                Your immediate action and positive response in resolving said issues with full refund of excess amount (of Rs.550 as on 06.10.21 as mentioned above) deducted from my Fastag account incorrectly.

                                1)Debit intimation shared after 48 hrs of charged on Fastag, why it's not shared immediately after charged??

                                2) necessary corrections in calculating excess amount deducted: Rs.405{[protected]*3} IPO Rs.390{[protected]*3} as because Fastag charges only Rs.10 not 15, snapshots attached with highlights as ready refn and clear understanding on mail dated, 08.10.21 and TOTAL OUTSTANDING STAND RS.550(EARLIER RS.405* + 145 ON 06.10.21).
