HDFC Bank Payment Gateway pspcl payment failure

I was making a payment of my electricity bill using pspcl website through hdfc payment gateway. The page produced fault and funds got deducted from my account. Please either credit funds to pspcl or refund back so that I could try making payment again. It has yet not reflected to pspcl.

    The HDFC Bank has put a hold on my amount of rupees 764.64 as mirevenue holds through gefu, and currently, I am out of the country and cannot visit the bank, and it's also very hard to reach out by customer service

      I purchased iphone 11 on 9th august, 2021 and it has been 92 days till now but I haven’t received the cashback on my hdfc bank. Thr cashback was of 5000 ruppes. Please look into this matter.

          I have cancelled the order from Amazon and I got a msg from hdfc bank stating that

          Ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/ATM card ending **** for rs 1648 has been credited/reversed by Amazon.

          I checked my bank statement but money is not credited. May I know when will money be credited?

                TEAM NHAI, NODAL-IHMCL AND HDFC Fastag (Team??),

                In continuation of mail correspondences below, there's one more very serious dispute notice received yesterday that another Rs.145 deducted from my Fastag account on 06.10.21 @8:23:44 AM WHEREAS I PAID RS.15 AS WELL ON SAME TOLL (NO.7) MANUALLY ON SAME DAY, SAME TIME @8:23:43 AM, RELEVANT SNAPSHOTS ATTACHED AS READY REFN AND FURNISHED MAIL STATEMENT AS BELOW.

                "Your FasTag A/c has been debited for Rs. 145 for transaction by Vehicle HR26DY1320 at Toll on[protected]T08:23:44."

                Now it's something not only very much disappointing but very very disgusting too and not acceptable at all.

                Whereas you people are still stuck in with ticket number and chargeback request only till date after more than 12 days of issues raised.

                Then how long it would take to get full refund of excess amount deducted INCLUDING ANOTHER RS.145 DEBITED FROM MY FASTAG ACCOUNT ON 06.10.21 WHICH NOW STANDS OF TOTAL RS.550(EARLIER RS.405* + 145 ON 06.10.21) DUE TO SYSTEM FAILURE AS WELL AS MISMANAGEMENT AT TOLL ON KMP WESTERN PERIPHERAL EXPRESSWAY!!!

                IS IT NOT FRUSTRATING TO YOU AS WELL???

                So, pl look into this matter VERY EFFICIENTLY and take necessary action VERY FRUITFULLY to implement Fastag operations smoothly and correctly, SO THAT FASTAG HOLDERS SHALL NOT BE SUFFERERS FOR A SINGLE INCIDENT.

                Your immediate action and positive response in resolving said issues with full refund of excess amount (of Rs.550 as on 06.10.21 as mentioned above) deducted from my Fastag account incorrectly.

                1)Debit intimation shared after 48 hrs of charged on Fastag, why it's not shared immediately after charged??

                2) necessary corrections in calculating excess amount deducted: Rs.405{[protected]*3} IPO Rs.390{[protected]*3} as because Fastag charges only Rs.10 not 15, snapshots attached with highlights as ready refn and clear understanding on mail dated, 08.10.21 and TOTAL OUTSTANDING STAND RS.550(EARLIER RS.405* + 145 ON 06.10.21).

                          Note: This complaint is against both hdfc bank as well as "Freecharge Payment Technologies / FreeCharge.in". But I was unable to mention both name in here.

                          I had a UPI transaction on freecharge app for the 'pay later' payment on 6th Aug 2021 12:43pm. The transaction was failed, but the amount Rs. 150 was deducted from hdfc bank account.
                          UPI Transaction ID: OCTAP[protected].

                          I had many interactions with hdfc bank as well as freecharge.

                          When I contacted hdfc bank, they said transaction was successful, contact freecharge for refund.
                          HDFC complaint # HBL=[protected], Ref No:[protected]

                          When contacted to freecharge, they said transaction was unsuccessful, contact hdfc bank for refund.
                          freecharge query {Ticket#3078391}

                          I have attached the transaction screenshots and email communications with both.

                          Both are closing my query after denying the refund.
                          I know the amount is small, but why should I bear the amount unnecessary?

                          So my request is that both party should interact with each other keeping me in a loop before replying.

                            Payment failed due to risk checks

                            Hi team,
                            I have done few transactions with my HDFC debit card..but last transaction got failed and showin a message "payment failed at bank due to risk checks"
                            Would like to know the reason and how much time it takes for the issue to get resolved and gets back to performing normal transactions....

                            1. I took personal loan from HDFC bank (loan no.[protected] and for payment of instalments I attached my salary account with this loan. On 6th of every month bank use to auto deduct amount of rs. 8433 from my account.
                            Today (08/10/2021) i got a call from HDFC bank and their executive told me that my EMI for month of may was bounced due to insufficient funds but i was having sufficient amount in my account and they deducted the EMI for month of may on 12/02/2021.
                            If any inconvenience was there, they would have called me back in month of may only but they didn’t and now after 5 months they’re calling me and saying i need to pay extra charge and late fees.
                            I’m attaching my bank details for better understanding of the case.

                            2. I’m using HDFC bank’s credit card also.
                            In month of August i got a call from HDFC bank for a scheme on my credit card quoting that if i will take a health insurance from them than no intrest will charge on my credit cards balance if I only pay minimum due.
                            I took that policy of rs. 8, 204.
                            But now again they’re putting intrest on my dues of credit card.
                            They’ve looted my money by giving me fraud expectations.

                              I had a transaction of 49900/- on 3rd Oct 2021 at 8.31pm and shop keeper had reverted same transaction within 5 minutes ... It about 5 days passed and still i have not received my amount back.

                              I have initiated mail with bank also and even after multiple follow ups i have not received any feedback from their side.

                              Please look into this matter

                                This is with reference to my HDFC A/c [protected], which was opened as a salary account by my employer Asian Heart Institute -Mumbai on 04th March 2021. An amount of Rs.44, 684.98/- were blocked by the recovery department of HDFC and later an amount of Rs 36, 887/- was debited from my account, without any prior intimation with reflecting balance of negative -7, 797.98on 7th October 2021.

                                On enquiring from the phone banking department of HDFC, I was told that there might be a long pending outstanding payment against Credit Card for which the said amount was debited from my salary account, when asking about the statement for the transaction made the customer service executive says he don't access to suspended card and only collection team can provide the details to which he has arranged a call back from collection team to which i also got a called and the collection guy called Sonu Singh he also confirmed that the card has been suspended since last 3 years, so i asked him why I have been getting nonpayment call when there isn't any due to which he also said he will arrange a call back by another concern team as he also don't have access to suspended account statements All I am asking for a statement to see what is the outstanding for which i haven been charged if there is any i am ready to pay if any transaction where made.

                                I had a credit card from HDFC Bank which was not in use by me for the past 3 years. The last outstanding on that card was Rs. 1, 500/- ( as per my record) against a transaction of grocery purchase, which I had already made the payment on the due date also had informed the customer service agent to block the credit card as I am not using it anymore and will be moving abroad, to which the agent also confirm that it will be block with in few working days. After a few months, Some recovery agents started to call my family and started to harass them regarding nonpayment of outstanding due as the mobile number was used by my Mom (since i was out of the country). I did not expect this kind of behavior with HDFC Bank with whom I have been banking for the last 4 years, that too after making regular payments.

                                This is absolute harassment to the customer. The account from which this amount was debited is my salary account and this kind of act from your end is illegal. It is like a theft from my account from your recovery department. I maintained a certain balance in my account just because I had to make a payment to someone which was also stuck because of this unprofessional act of HDFC. If it had been another bank's account, were you able to touch it. Just because it was an HDFC account, you simply barged into my account and debited it. This is a highly unprofessional and unfair act from your end. Such kind of harassment was not expected from HDFC Bank, which is India's leading bank and boasts on its customer service.

                                It would be helpful if this issue is investigated as early as possible and resolved.

                                    Dear team,

                                    I had relocated from Chennai to Trivandrum after moving jobs. My HDFC credit card address is still marked as my older workplace. I had sent emails requesting an address change to customer care but did not get a reply back. Please help me shift my address to my current location.

                                    My new credit card has been undelivered due to this issue. Please help me with this.
