I am not properly coin my words to explain the mentally stress I am facing for the past one and half years .I haven't expected such a poor customer service from a company in India which stands third place in the market capitalisation.I am one of preferred banking customer and I am having valuable relationship with our bank for more than fifteen years and got a prestigious best client certificate too from our bank..I have attached the above prestigious certificate for your kind reference.😭
Sir, I want to bring to kind notice that I availed a drop line OD during December 2018 in the name of Sri Balasubramaniar Complex.
Loan No 83453481
And completely closed the loan December 2019.
.Along with my property I pledged my brother's property also since the lap team added him as a co applicant and I pledged his property document too as a security to get the required loan amount.
After a year my brother asked his pledged document for his buisness purpose, so I completely settled the whole amount and closed the above loan account and availed a new loan in our bank itself by pledging my other properties.
From March 2020 till date for the past more than 16 months I am struggling and facing mental agony to release my house document and my brother's house document for sub division of the above house property between us but all in Vain My brother patiently waited for six months and after that he suspected me and he thought I purposefully avoiding to surrender his document.Because of this my brother got angry with me and facing a lot of family problems due that and even sent me a court notice .
I don't know what your team is doing for the past 16 months to just the release the documents.
Due to this not only mentally but financially too me and my brother lost a lot because of my locked documents during this covid Panadamic .I don't know how are you going to compensate the above losses I accured mainly due to the carelessness and poor customer service of your employees.
I have decided to completely close all my accounts in our bank (Am having more than 15 accounts) and decided to shift to Kotak Mahindra Bank.
So, I humbly beg you to take necessary steps to release my pledged documents and relieve me from the mental stress I am facing for the past one and half years.
