Amid pandemic, I would request to kindly address the issue faced by me due illegal deduction of my salary by Bank by marking Leave without pay of 27 days which was applied by my Branch Manager, without my consent and knowledge.
Also my leaves for year[protected] has yet not been credited since April 2021 to my leave balance which is in total 30 privilege leave against which only 2 PL has been allowed. I have asked for the leave policy document many times but the same has not been provided till date.
Aa per Bank policy I informed and applied for COVID leaves, which is special category leave and have forwarded supporting documents as well but the same has not yet granted or approved. I have asked for the reason via various Bank platform and mails but the same went unreplied without any policy regarding the same.
I also informed HR and my Branch manager dated 18 August 2021 regarding the COVID lockdown status and Apprehension that there would be wrongful deduction of salary due to illegal LWP marked but the same went unanswered for more than 15 days and today they have deducted 27 days salary for current month, without any intimation or information.
Request to kindly look into the matter as by such Ill treatment I am being mentally and financially harassed . This is very alarming situation for me and I am afraid that the same ill treatment may continue. Hence request your honour's kind address regarding the same as soon as possible.
