I am a customer HDFC bank since 15 years and regularly taking personal loan. Present one personal loan and two car loans with your bank. I am professional and one EMI is missed in this month due to lack of funds. I could not observe that. Today morning somebody informed me for payment, i requested for link for payment. I have received link at 11.00 AM and paid EMI paid immediately on receipt of link. I know the consequences if not paid EMI. I have paid the EMI with penalty.

After half an hour I received call from this mobile [protected] Mr shashidhar knocked the door asked my wife for payment.

I am astonished that if one EMI fail inadvertently go to residence. Please check my history with your bank. I am shocked to your bank behave like this like roadside pan broker. Even that person also wait for three EMIs.

What a ashamed behaviour. I am deeply hurted and try to close or surrender all savings account, personal loan, two car loans, credit card, HDFC ergo insurance and others.

I need immediate help in this regard

    Address: HDFC ATC Counter on 1st Cross, Arakere Mico Layout 1st Stage, diagonally opposite to Sri Ganesha Temple, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore 560076

    I have SBI ATM Card through which I draw cash occasionally. In our layout, unfortunately, there is no SBI ATM counter and the nearest one is situated approximately 1.5 KM away. Being a Senior Citizen of 85 years, I cannot walk that distance. On 19/08/2021 around 04.45 PM I went to HDFC ATM counter situated on 1st Cross, Arakere Mico Layout 1st Stage, diagonally opposite to Sri Ganesha Temple on 5th Main Road to draw cash. I operated the keys, as usual to draw Rs. 2000.00 from my SB Account [protected]. After a few seconds, it displayed to remove the card and collect cash. There was an usual sound of dispenser but it stopped without disbursing the amount. I pressed several buttons all in vain. I pressed the three emergency buttons placed near the machine, there was no response. There was no security guard. All my movements have been recorded in CCTV camera (hopefully). While the transaction was going on and even before the last display came, I received as SMS from my bank as follows: Dear SBI Customer, Rs.2000 withdrawn at HDF ATM P3AWBN35 from A/cX3086 on 19Aug21 Transaction Number[protected]. Available Balance Rs.10599. If not withdrawn by you, forward this SMS to [protected] / call [protected] or [protected] to block your card. Download YONO SBI. Use SBI ATMs. I did not know what to do. I called the number provided in the ATM counter but in vain. I went to Bank of Baroda near by and successfully drew Rs. 1000.00 from their ATM. I consulted the personnel inside Bank of Baroda about my experience and they told me that I have to complain personally at my Bank. Next day was holiday. They also told me sometimes, if the cash is not dispensed, a credit would be made for the same amount and that I should check in my account. Accordingly, I checked my Account in YONO app this morning and was relieved to notice that the amount of Rs. 2000.00 has been credited.
    After this experience, I will avoid going to that particular ATM Counter. My question is why such failures should take place? Suppose I did not have any further balance in my account, what should one do at such an hour when the Bank is closed and followed by holiday/s? Why is the Security person goes off for more than 40 minutes that I spent there in panic?

Please note the Complaint is against your Bank's ATM which malfunctioned and my Bank which has issued me the card is no way responsible. I proved it by going to Bank Of Baroda's ATM across the road immediately and drew Rs. 1000.00 using the same card, that did not function in your ATM. It is your responsibility to check why it malfunctioned and put me into panic, for no fault of my Bank or mine.       I have recently opened new savings account in HDFC bank.
      From past two days unable to transfer money from hdfc to other account using IMPS/ NEFT as well all the UPI apps.
      My money has been blocked not able to do anything,
      Tried calling customer care many times, all they are telling is everything from their side is fine .
      Even wrote multiple mails
      Not satisfied with the customer support at all.

      I am getting the following message when doing IMPS/ NEFT :

              I had applied for hdfc credit card.i was eligible for two credit cards.
              In that I had applied for money back credit card.
              I uploaded all the documents including my salary related things but later I got msg like, We have completed processing your HDFCBank CreditCard App . For details please visit http://www.hdfcbank.com/personal/credit_card/cc_track after 2 days.

              N while checking status it's showing that your application has been declined.may I know the reason?
              N wat should I do for getting one credit card if I have my salary account in hdfc Bank itself.

                      I have to reset my net-banking pin. There are 2 options :

                      1) registered number + debit card — i can't use this because i have the debit card, but i have not created it's otp (By that green otp method)

                      2) registered number + e-mail : now the problem is 3 digit otp comes to the registered number but the email never arrives, i dunno why is it happening.

                      Ps: this used to work earlier, i have had reset my ipin by this method twice earlier.

                        HDFC Bank have deducted around Rs. 10, 000 as Non maintenance of minimum balance (i.e AMB charges). I have loan also in that bank. if delay even 1 day the recovery will threaten me and will speak very rude. But when it comes to AMB charges no one informed me. even there is no sms with regard to AMB charges.
                        Above all they even don't disclose any where how much is AMB charges.
                        As soon as you deposit they deduct it.
                        Same thing happened to me. I did not know aound Rs. 10, 000 is AMB charges. For very urgent purpose I deposited money and they deducted the entire amount. At that kind o[censored]rgent only god knows how much problem I faced due deduction of amount.
                        I know what to do now! Even manager don't responded properly. Whether I should go to court or inform RBI regading this?

                          Hi my name is babu, my sister is working at hdfc bank (hdb financial services) as personal banker.. cbros building Nelson manickam road she was on her 9month pregnancy.. doctor advised her to don't take stairs, don't visit the crowded place etc .. due to covid advise do for wfh and taking rest and etc, most of the companies helping their employees... In maternity periods I think...everyone knew that how everyone treat a pregnant women ..but here one pregnant lady felt down and got abortion due no lift and dangerous slippery steps and no proper building facilities, no safety precautions for covid
                          but in this organization no one cares, prime unit head Anish and anil and some managers nothing caring about his employees, her unit head told her to take few days leave and come back. I don't think so this is how treating and empathize their employees. No medical leaves, who's responsible for the girl lose.they do only one thing pressuring employees achieve those monthly targets that's it their job finished.. better u can run other business to doing this. No safety, Hazzard un healthy environment and no safety. Precautions none . Management extending shifts timings without any information for lady employees, no proper safety in office, there few employees affected by covid stills managers asking to come to office and forcing to work and threatened by mangers on this issue my sister heard it.
                          Im having one my doubt, to managers Anish and anil !!! Un knew this already if someone in ur family affected by covid did u ask them to come office ask To work even medical emergency ??? or in ur family ur sister or ur wife she on labour do u ask them to work at unsafety dangerous place...and there is possibility to sperad covid ?? I'm done . Pls if someone seeing any responsible authority pls look on complaint pls check their ask employees about their issues . And try to resolve them.For the note i[censored] want business first priority should be ur employees, godly 🙏 my sister resigned.and thanks to Anish and managers for the unsafety place to work .

                            Why in my salaried a/c MiREVENUE HOLD THROUGH GEFU is showing of Rs3674/- though am not holding any credit card and my loan Installments are also on time Kindly remove this hold from my a/c. At least u officials should give some intimation why this is happening.
                            My ac is salaried so there is no need to maintain the balance. So pl help me out in this and we believe in this Consumer Complaints forum so help me out and reply me on my mail [protected]@gmail.com soon possible.

                              Worst service proving by hdfc. Amount of 1060 has been hold in my salary account. Refund my money immediately without any information how can you hold this amout. How can you do such a cheap activity. A salary account is not required for minium balance. Please do the needful otherwise I will put this issue on higher level.

                                      I never got any message from bank on what basis this happened. Please refund.

                                        I have ordered a IQOO Z3 on 26th July 2021. It was to be received on 2nd August 2021.But I haven't received my prouduct.

                                        Amazon initiated the refund on 10th August 2021 it was expected to come on 11th August 2021.

                                        Amazon gave me the Reference ID 98850347 but the HDFC bank has still not credited my money.

                                        Please help me as soon as possible
