Dear Sir,
I have both current and savings account at Nuapada HDFC bank, Cuttack since a long time. However, due to COVID-19 pandemic situation my business didn't run well for which I have to close my business with huge loss. Due to closing of my business I couldn't able to run my current account bearing account no-[protected]. Due to huge loss in business I also couldn't able to keep minimum balance in this account. In this regard, I have visited several times to the branch office and asked for account closing form. However, in return I got only non-cooperation from staffs as well as officials. Everytime they gave me some excuses related to COVID and all instead of guiding me how to close the account.
Recently, my daughter transfer Rs.40, 000/- to this account for my health issue. Out of which the bank has withheld an amount of Rs. 6667/- which is very much disappointing from a prestigious organization like HDFC. It is regretted to mention that during this pandemic situation and I am being a senior citizen with severe health issue, felt harrassed by your organization.
In this regard I request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible and also do the needful so that I can get my money bank.
