      PAYZAPP Money Not Loaded

      I tried to load money in my Payzapp Wallet on 16/08/2021 at 18:13 PM ​by Paytm Payment Bank Debit Card but Transaction got timed out and Payzapp did not credit my amount, but Money was debited from the card.         In the month of June 2021, I received a phone call, wherein the caller said she is calling from HDFC bank, offering a personal loan of Rs 5 lakh.

        She said that if I am interested then I will have to buy a life insurance policy from Bharti Axa Life Insurance for a premium of Rs 30, 000.

        I bought the suggested policy from Bharti Axa. Meanwhile, those 2-3 HDFC lady staff insisted that I must not reveal to Bharti Axa that I am taking that policy for a loan (saying that it's their internal policy).

        After I received the insurance policy, I started following up with those so-called HDFC employees, and in turn, they kept on making postponing the dates for the disbursal of the loan.

        Finally today (e.g., 16th August 2021) I got a call from a new mobile number, wherein that lady said that she is calling from HDFC Mumbai (Ghatkopar branch), and that my loan application has been rejected. When I told her that I have been given the clear promise that my loan application has already been approved, then she said that she is from the loans department and that she has no idea about it.

        Last week when I had requested those so-called HDFC employees that please note that after 11th August I will not be able to cancel my life insurance policy, then they immediately insisted that I must not cancel it as my loan has already been approved.

        Today I am completely clueless as to how I can resolve this matter, or whom I should approach to seek help.

        It is not only a monetary loss that I have sustained, rather, such an incident may cause huge damages to the reputation and brand image of a financial institution as respectful as HDFC Bank.

        I humbly request someone to come forward, and help me get my invested sum back.

        With all my hopes, I am submitting my request to this Consumer Forum, today on 16th of August 2021.

          I transferred cash of rupees 10, 000/- to sbi customer service point but due to some circumstances the mentioned amount has not been transferred to sbi csp although the amount has been successfully debited from my hdfc bank on 14/08/2021.
          So i hereby request the hdfc bank to Imidetialy take action against this error.

              I have opened a salary account in HDFC Bank and its more than 2 weeks, I still have not received my Debit Card, Cheque book and Passbook. On Friday (13th Aug 2021), I received a message saying "Your OTP for debit card ending 7124 is ******. Use this at HDFC Bank ATM to create ATM PIN before 12 Sept 21", but surprisingly I have neither received my debit card nor any further message related to the delivery. My netbanking also says the debit card status as active. Please help me resolve this issue immediately.

                I was informed about sudden change in ROI on disbursement day.. Even I was not sent sanctioned letter about this change.HDFC loan team wasted half of our day because of their false statements and now when we are requesting our papers back then also it is same.
                Why no one has informed us in advance that I am required in bank to collect papers? Will you tell us that after reaching there like you did on disbursement day that ROI is 7.1 and not 6.7 as we promised..My husband went today to bank after calling Mr. Shekar/Mr. Saurabh twice before coming.When you have verified our address why cant you send my papers there ? When someone could come to collect the papers from home then they can be delivered too right ?

                I have all my poilicies, mutual funds, demat account, salaried account in HDFC. May be if one 15 yr account withdraws from HDFC it will not make a difference to you but it will do definitely to me.
                In COVID era people are trying to do maximum things online but its so sick to know that you want us to travel to HDFC again.

                I also mailed on 12th aug regarding cancellation but no revert.

                In short following are the issues
                1. False statement from loan department(Mr. Arun Shekar/Mr. Saurabh Mukherjee).Commitment of loan on 6.7 and disbursement on 7.1.
                2.Providing no information about cancellation process
                3.misbehaviour or arguments on how our loan is processed by other bank
                4.Asking for proofs of disbursement from other bank
                5.Not correcting my wrong data in HDFC and putting same on CIBIL and then questioning me on my score.
                However score was fine on experian.

                Let me tell you that it is an old account..15 yr salaried account..If you can behave in this manner with such accounts then forget it..Its better that I will ask all my family members atleast to withdraw..I myself hold everything in HDFC even then you could not check my credibility.You increased ROI on disbursement day from 6.7 to 7.1 and once I told that my loan is processed in some other bank then you started saying that we are ready to give you at 6.7 now..How disgusting is this ? Moreover you are troubling us in giving our papers back.

                      Hi,

                      So while making a booking on Goibibo for my flight, I used PayZapp for the transaction. The transaction failed & I couldn't book any ticket.

                      As per Goibibo, the transaction has failed & that they haven't received the money. So any amount debited will be reverted back. Whereas the Payzapp team says this is a successful transaction.

                            My HDFC Fastag account has been locked. When I called customer service they initially refused to take a complaint. When I told them I was recording the call and they should clearly state that they have set up a customer care number where they do not take complaints, they changed their mind and took a complaint.\

                            My complaint is that being an HDFC bank customer, the bank has my entire KYC and the Fastag account should not have been locked.

                            After much reluctance, the customer care exec, Sai Raman, took a complaint and gave me a complaint number, but then refused to reveal how the complaint would be processed and whether I would get a confirmation SMS about my complaint or not. When I asked for an escalation call, he asked me to call back after 10am, refusing to log an escalation call.

                            This is definitely a quality and training issue and must be addressed

                              This is to inform you that I have not received the refund for subscribing to Zomato IPO through HDFC securities. The shares have not been allotted to me and I have still not received the refund even as of 14-August-2021.

                              HDFC securities says that it is not their problem, they have released the funds and I have to contact the bank. Bank is stating that this is an issue pertaining to HDFC securities and I have to contact them. No c-ordination between the teams and just making me run around for my refund. Have mailed multiple times but no resolution on this matter.

                                  I am not properly coin my words to explain the mentally stress I am facing for the past one and half years .I haven't expected such a poor customer service from a company in India which stands third place in the market capitalisation.I am one of preferred banking customer and I am having valuable relationship with our bank for more than fifteen years and got a prestigious best client certificate too from our bank..I have attached the above prestigious certificate for your kind reference.😭
                                  Sir, I want to bring to kind notice that I availed a drop line OD during December 2018 in the name of Sri Balasubramaniar Complex.
                                  Loan No 83453481
                                  And completely closed the loan December 2019.
                                  .Along with my property I pledged my brother's property also since the lap team added him as a co applicant and I pledged his property document too as a security to get the required loan amount.
                                  After a year my brother asked his pledged document for his buisness purpose, so I completely settled the whole amount and closed the above loan account and availed a new loan in our bank itself by pledging my other properties.

                                  From March 2020 till date for the past more than 16 months I am struggling and facing mental agony to release my house document and my brother's house document for sub division of the above house property between us but all in Vain My brother patiently waited for six months and after that he suspected me and he thought I purposefully avoiding to surrender his document.Because of this my brother got angry with me and facing a lot of family problems due that and even sent me a court notice .
                                  I don't know what your team is doing for the past 16 months to just the release the documents.
                                  Due to this not only mentally but financially too me and my brother lost a lot because of my locked documents during this covid Panadamic .I don't know how are you going to compensate the above losses I accured mainly due to the carelessness and poor customer service of your employees.
                                  I have decided to completely close all my accounts in our bank (Am having more than 15 accounts) and decided to shift to Kotak Mahindra Bank.
                                  So, I humbly beg you to take necessary steps to release my pledged documents and relieve me from the mental stress I am facing for the past one and half years.

                                  I am not properly coin my words to explain the mentally stress I am facing for the past one and half years .I haven't expected such a poor customer service from a company in India which stands third place in the market capitalisation.I am one of preferred banking customer and I am having valuable relationship with our bank for more than fifteen years and got a prestigious best client certificate too from our bank..I have attached the above prestigious certificate for your kind reference.😭
                                  Sir, I want to bring to kind notice that I availed a drop line OD during December 2018 in the name of Sri Balasubramaniar Complex.
                                  Loan No 83453481
                                  And completely closed the loan December 2019.
                                  .Along with my property I pledged my brother's property also since the lap team added him as a co applicant and I pledged his property document too as a security to get the required loan amount.
                                  After a year my brother asked his pledged document for his buisness purpose, so I completely settled the whole amount and closed the above loan account and availed a new loan in our bank itself by pledging my other properties.
