I applied through my salary account to get acredit card. but the status shows decline and there is no way to connect to customer care as its all automated.
I am from pune I want to know the reason this happend.

      Dear Customer,

      We sincerely regret the inconvenience.

      We have checked our records and confirm that the charge of Rs. 525.58/- levied to your account on December 04, 2021, pertains to ACH debit return done on November 10, 2021, for Rs. 500/- due to insufficient funds.

      In case of a returned ECS (Return in a month) the following charges are applicable:

      1) 1st - Rs.450 + GST (Sr Citizen - Rs 400+GST)
      2) 2nd - Rs.500 + GST (Sr Citizen - Rs 450 + GST)
      3) 3rd onwards - Rs.550 + GST (Sr Citizen - Rs 500 + GST)

      In terms of Clearing guidelines, issued by RBI, the clear fund balance available in the account at the beginning of the day would be considered for ECS received in a clearing.

      We note that in your said account, the clear fund's balance at the time of presentation of the said ECS was not sufficient to cover the ECS received in a clearing. Therefore, the ECS was returned due to insufficient funds, and the corresponding charges for ECS dishonor were levied on your account. We advise you to maintain sufficient clear funds balance in the account in the future, on the ECS date, to avoid the ACH return charges being levied to your account.

      Kindly note that these charges attract Goods and Services Tax (GST) @ 18% as applicable.

        I just opened a Savings Max account today (8/10/21) and selected the branch to be Bail Bazar(Kalyan) but after logging into the online banking the branch shown is kanjurmarg(Thane). Please transfer the branch . My cust id is[protected]

            I have applied new credit card. After receiving the card i'm unable to set card limit or summery or any other operation with the card. Whenever i'm trying using internet banking it is showing : "This transaction is currently not available for your account" or "the transaction is currently not available for your account. Please contact our 24 hour call center for further assistance"

              Dear Sir,

              Iam Dr.Prabhakar i am having 4 savings account(1.DR.R.PRABHAKAR, 2.VISHNUPRIYA 3. TARUN RAGHAVENDAR 4.KIRAN RAAGHAVENDAR) and 1 current account in the name of Sri Raghavendra Pharmacy at HDFC BANK, valasaravakkam, chennai-600087. Manager named Mr.Dhanush from valasaravakkam branch promised me to open savings account for family and promised to link all account with pharmacy account so that overall account balance if maintained for 3 lakhs lots of benefits will be provided for me . But he did not link all accounts and in my children account regularly lot of money is deducted for non maintaining balance . This looks like a fraudulent activity as i am loosing lots of money so i want to close all accounts in HDFC bank. Kindly take immediate action .

                    HDFC Bank Life Insurance — fraud call

                    I received a call from an agent of hdfc life insurance who identified himself as krishna Kaushik from mobile number: [protected].

                    He claimed i had taken the 'classic assured plus plan' policy in 2014 for which i had paid rs. 50, 000 as premium of which i have no recollection whatsoever. He asked me why i had discontinued the policy and that i could now continue or take a refund. As per him the policy number is 23485359 and the premium paid on 23-mar-2013 was rs. 50, 000. He said the value of my policy is now rs. 1, 38, 000 and that i can process a refund. However, he refused to send me any policy details by email and asked me to note down the details.

                    He seemed to have my personal details like address etc. He also gave me the number of mr manish chouhan, who is supposedly the customer relationship manager. The number of mr. Rahul Sharma Relationship officer from Mumbai was given to me is [protected].

                    Could you please confirm if this is a fake call or a genuine call?

                          A year before I had availed personal loan (loan number:[protected] on the date[protected]

                          While applying for the unsecured loan, I was informed by my virtual RM Rupali Rajhans, in terms of foreclosure charges particularly, The RM told me that there shall NOT be any pre-payment charges post 12 EMI's, I sought clarification for the same multiple times (at least 2, 3 times) over the phone, but the RM continued to assure me that there shall NOT be ANY pre-payment charger after one year.
                          As the matter of fact, if you can have access to your call records from RM to customers, kindly investigate and verify the dialogues we had during the login process,

                          Now, I have some pressing concerns for which I can't take this liability furthermore so intended to foreclose the loan while I visited the HDFC retail branch I was horrified when I got to know about 4% additional charges as foreclosing clause.

                          Being a customer I am feeling misguided and miss served.

                              I am adil Ahmed recently I purchased a phone from EMI through HDFC debit card EMI. My monthly EMI is 1448 but they charged me 3000 last month for late payment and this month the due date is 5th of Dec and I hve balance in my account but they took 3500 from my account please help m mentally disturb

                                I am Shadab Raza, working in a Halcrow consulting India Pvt Ltd Gurgaon Haryana. I have salary account in HDFC bank K Block Ansals Arcade Sector 18 Noida U.P. On 28th August 2009 some body hack my Account and broked my Fixed Deposit through the net banking and transfer the Rs1545887/- from my account to the account hacker Account his mobile no [protected] as per truecaller his name is Haneef Khan. This fraud between dated 12th November 2021 to 16th November 2021. But I don't know him. And I didn't transfer 1545887 rupees to anyone's account. I think it's a cyber crime that someone hacked my password. I complained to HDFC bank through HDFC bank customer care number [protected] through phone. They gave me one complaint number MUMP[protected] that[protected] And they told me that they would take necessary action on it within two days. And I went to my home branch to submit the hard complain with my police complain. But till now I didn't get any reply from HDFC head office or from home brach. I complain in cyber cell on line Complaint No. N[protected] till now i did not get any from bank so please take necessary action to get this amount. Below I add my account details.Till now there has not action from HDFC or from police side.

                                    Did a transaction using debit card in irctc by cancelled the ticket after 2 days.HDFC Bank — got a message that my transaction using atm/debit card has been reversed/credited, but the amount is not reflecting in my bank account.

                                      My hdfc account has been blocked and i am not receiving any proper response from HDFC. I am going to the bank for a week now to get this resolve but no one is aware of what to do. This is affecting me so much and no resolution was found.
