Updated by Pranag000 1. My fastag wallet userid[protected], Vehicle No: KA04ML7444, Mobile Number: [protected] is freezed without any intimation for KYC update.
2. Now its already more than 45days i have updated KYC through bank customer ID, but till now wallet is in the same status.
3. I have called your customer care executives many times, always they are so irresponsible that they just say that they have forwarded to backend team and it takes 2 days for updation and it will be active, but from 45days no progress till date.
4. When i insists to transfer the call the manager or any senior they will make me wait on call for more than 30min and say they are busy n will arrange a call back in 4hrs, 2hrs, 30min but till i did not get call from them.
5.Today tried to if call your toll free no, getting a message this no does not exist, if i call from another no it is working, so you guys have blocked my mobile no so that you don't want receive my calls.
One of the worst irresponsible and negligent attitude of your service i have ever seen.
