Account conversion

I have been trying to get my savings account transferred to NRO account from 14-APR, submitted all documents and verified by HDFC team Sathish and Yogesh, but still my account has not been converted.
I have a Home loan associated to it and I mentioned it as urgent request but still there is no response even after sending multiple mails to them they not even responding to my mails any more. I reached them on their wats app too but...

HDFC Bank locked my account with no prior intimation. Even if they locked my account, they are supposed to inform the user with a message or email. It was only when I realised that my salary was not credited to my account. The customer care mentioned they locked my account. This is terrible service on behalf of hdfc. They are a reputed bank but they are spoiling their name.

      I am the customer of HDFC bank... Due to lockdown we all are facing financial issues but in this pandamic time HDFC bank always charged extra charges to the customer and this extra charges is held in account which is showing minuse balance. Bank automatically deducted the amount whenever any amount is credited. This extra charges forcefully deducted to the account.
      In my account lying some charges like gefu and hold amount etc.

          I have been debited 397 rupees as depository charges at the end of the month, but no clear reasons has been provided regarding the same from HDFC customer care number. They are simply redirecting the call from one department to other. Cheating bankers HDFC must answer this.

          The charges debited from your saving Bank account pertains to debit transaction carried out by you in your Demat account in the respective period.

          These charges are levied on the transfer of securities from your Demat account to another Demat account or to your broker's account. In case of any credit transactions in your Demat account, no charges are levied by HDFC Bank Ltd. (Depository Participant).

          Transaction charges accrue in the month when the transactions are effected and are debited in the following month after giving adequate advance intimation in the billing statement.

                  Reference My HDFC Credit Card No. : [protected] IN the name of Ram Kumar Gupta
                  Dear Sir/ Madam,

                  Please refer to my above reference HDFC Credit Card, in which bank is wrongly charge the amount in Credit Card.

                  In this regard, I will to inform you that in the month of August-2018 a transaction of Rs. 8000/- through my credit card to AHO MEDI HEALTH LLP. When I inform to HDFC Customer care executive to hold the payment they told me to fill the disputed form immediately I had mailed the ‘Dispute form’ to bank regarding the stopping of payment of Rs. 8000/-.
                  When I called to hdfc customer care executive they told me every time it is on process and neither your limit will be block nor any charges will be debit to you
                  Since the month of Nov-19 to Jan-20 some finance charges start to debit in my account when I told to customer executive they told me due to mistake charges debited to your account and it will be reverse and in future will not be debited any charges till the matter will not resolve.
                  In the month of March-20 due to Corona virus the lockdown period start no customer care executive was not available on phone after the lock down period they assured me that all charges will be reversed it is also the instruction of our HONOURABLE SUPREME COURT of INDIA
                  After that bank had never solve my dispute and regularly charging the Late fee and interest of Rs. 8000/- and I had call many times to customer care department and they ensure that my dispute will be solve and it will take some time for solving, but till
                  now “TWO YEARS HAD BEEN PASSED, BUT MY DISPUTE IS NOT RESOLVE”

                  Please note that my Salary A/c also in HDFC Bank Ltd, and one personal loan which I had taken from HDFC Bank ltd, and I am regularly paying the same in time’
                  You can also check the previous payment record of my credit card that before due date of the same I had paid in time without any fail.
                  As I am a customer of HDFC Credit Card, but your person are threatening me regarding making the payment of credit card, which is not resolve so far and I am mentally disturb and harassed by credit card department - customer care executive and when I Called to customer care executive they told me every time your query on process and all charges will be reversed but till date issue had not been resolve.

                  As I had also inform to Credit card division that I can make the payment of Rs. 8000/- to bank and agree to bear this loss, but before that charges of late fee and interest/finance charges should be waived off.

                  But they are not listening and every day they insist me and threatening to pay the dues and also every month they are debiting amount from my salary S.B. account no : [protected] without my permission and in spite of debiting the amount they are
                  adding every month the late fee and finance charges in my credit card account to harass me.

                  I again request to please help me and arrange to reverse the addition charges, also kindly adjust the paid/deduct amount of Rs 7581/- against my disputed outstanding amounting of Rs. 8000/-

                    I could find that Rs.3000 is debited from my account on 22th March 2021

                      If you happen to receive a call from HDFC customer care that your card is eligible for an upgrade and they guide you through
                      the entire net banking process be cautious. In the name of an upgrade, they consume all the reward points. What information they wouldn't share is that only portion of your reward points will be transferred to your upgraded card.

                      I've raised multiple complaints once I got to know this to cancel my upgrade request but at the end no right solution given.

                              In the month of Feb 2021, Same happened to me. Without my knowledge 34k transaction was carried out on my credit card. I immediately filed a complaint and blocked my card. For confirmation of complaint they called me 6-7 times. Thereafter no update I have been chasing them to know status of complsint uet no progress. One of their associate said not to pay the amount. But in the month of May 2021 they deducted 7k. Thereafter i again connected to various customer care associate after n no. of tries i got connected to escalation team dept associate Miss. Raveena She was lik i will look into this in a week. Even after a week no progress she took ome month. Now i habe received a bill of 29k which is not even my salary. I really didnt get this why there is escalation dept and complaint /dispute raising procedure if you guys finally have to charge us and get the money which we have not even used. Feels really bad when you have to go through so much of mental stress for no reason and even there are medium of resolution yet it is of no use.

                                    In January I bought lg washing machine worth 64000. I was told that I will be getting cash back worth 7500 in 3 months if I use hdfc credit card. I was told that I should pay my EMI on time without delay in payment to get cash back. I paid all EMI on time without delaying still did not receive cash back it's been 7 months now. Bank also not responding hdfc bank representatives are saying that they don't have any idea.
                                    HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
