The account was opened online. When the welcome kit was sent, I was not there at location to receive the kit. Then i got a call from the bank person saying welcome kit is returned after 2 delivery attempts and could not able to reach you on phone and your account will be blocked. But actually, it was once the delivery was attempted and no one called me. If i am able to receive the calls from any other number, Why cant i receive their call. And the next moment i got a message the account is blocked. After asking them how it will be activated again, I have been told, " A third party person will sent to the location and complete the KYC then the account will be activated."
As they said, the third party person complete the KYC and i got the CKYC number as well. As the customer service said it will take 5-7 working days to activate it again, Its been 2 weeks that the account is still blocked.
After multiple attempts to customer care number,
One person says, KYC is not completed, visit the nearest branch
Other person says, KYC is completed wait for few more days
Other person says, contact main branch, we don't have any information,
After visiting the nearest branch, they say KYC is completed, the account branch should have activated the account
What kind of service is this?
At least they should give the proper way to get it activated.
