Thanks for your reply. Please clarify the queries in below,

(1) There is a mistake in the revised amortization schedule sent on 15th February 2020 for Loan 30066613.
The due paid for the month of December2020 is missing in the repayment schedule.
Please note that I have paid all the card dues on time till the date after the moratorium period.
(April 2020) Due 32 - Paid in September 2020.
(May 2020) Due 33- Paid in October 2020.
(June 2020) Due 34- Paid in November 2020.
(July 2020) Due 35- Paid in December 2020.
(August 2020) Due 36 - Paid in January 2021.
Extra Dues - Paid in February 2021, March 2021.
So Kindly clarify!

When you reverse the amount of Rs.10, 296/- for a faulty computation, the interest for the extended tenure of Rs.4684/- should be void therwise it would be a malpractice of accounting.
I don't want to lose my hard earned money for mistakes of someone.
If not please send me the Correct Computation and Revised Amortization schedule for the same.

(3) HDFC Bank has been activated the loan restructuring scheme from January 2021.
But the re-amortization schedule triggerd to my registered e-mail later in 15th, 16th of February 2021 & in March 9th only.
So the additional interest imposed and collected earlier before prior intimation.( As per the revised amortization schedule)
Please note that, there was no proper intimation made to me regarding the restructuring scheme before January 2021.
Atleast the loan restructuring plan should be conveyd to me in a timely manner.
So I hope this is a violation of Banking Codes and Customer Rights Policy.
Kindly clarify!
