I have purchased phone they said interest free for 6 months EMI
I made my payment now when i got the bill hdfc is charging
offus emi prin nb Rs.6805 and intrest Rs.684 when I ma calling to customer care its not getting connect very bad, now i want this problem to be solved....

I just opened the new account in HDFC,
through Video KYC because I believed that they are professional and reliable and they shattered my wrong assumptions by greeting me with the debit card issuance charges, that too 590 rs.

To amount was deducted today i.e 8th February and I did not even receive a text message regarding that, I had to figure it out myself.

I have/had accounts in 6 other banks and none...

Dear sir and madam,
I am Kanhu Charan das and living in Ahmedabad Gujarat. I was using
HDFC credit card ([protected]) and have done settlement with HDFC credit card department on date (November 30, 2020) time(5:55 pm) and they were agreed on settlement amount to give my credit card outstanding in 6 month EMI. After 2 days on December 2, 2020, they sent me the message which I have as proof to show that we had done settlement....

I have HDFC salary account and get personal loan from hdfc bank. And loan numer is 9022388. I am paid every month and Corona Lockdown period also paid at the time. EMI amount Rs.5842 but once I cant maintains balance in account that time bounce my emi and bank charge me bounce charges me 236. Without message hdfc deducted my amount. I have applied a Jumbo loan through my HDFC Credit Card net banking on 16th January 2021 Wherein being a NON HDFC customers I was supposed to get a Demand Draft to my address with in 7 Days i haven’t received the demand drafts yet however the loan emi has started I have received a statement through Hdfc stating I have to pay my bills prior to getting the DD i have tried to contact hdfc customer care for the same but it is not getting connected...

I have purchased a tab from samsung site and it was agreed that purchase will be a no cost emi based.
But now in my monthly credit card statement INT NBR is coming it means interest is charged right??
And also for no cost emi there will not be emi processing fee.

I had made a purchase on Flipkart on 25th December using my Easy EMI HDFC Credit card. I however cancelled my purchase and had the same amount credited back to my Credit Card. On 31st Dec, an AGGREGATOR EMI - OFFUS transaction been made. The credited amount not been adjusted with my Unbilled amount? Hi,
I have a HDFC bank account since a very long time.
While I was filing my return I came across two transactions regarding inter brn cash txn chgs incl gst charge of rs. 442.5 and rs 2212.5.
This is my hard earned money, how can you just deduct it?
I have my account in Marathalli branch bengaluru, and I withdrew mu own money for another HDFC branch in Kolkata, it was no other bank, so why is this money unnecessarily...

Hi sir,

I bought prepaid gift cards from hdfc bank on 12 Dec 2020(Transaction ID: [protected]).

Till today i haven't received the above cards.
Moreover i didn't receive acknowledgment email on my purchasing and there is no way to reach out to them.

Could you please do the needful as soon as possible....

My NetBanking is active but your Secure Access rights have got locked.
I have been told that 'The Secure Access service gets locked post incorrect answers to the questions or not being able to answer/give the correct verification." I have a salary account with HDFC. Even then without intimation they keep deducting amount from my account using the above said code. How come being a salary account i am being charged for withdrawing using other atm? Isnt this illegal? This is not the first time this has happened. Customer care center is of no use because nobody answers. Thinking about approaching consumer court regarding this....

I have a personal loan in Hdfc bank and emi is 23917 per month and my date of debit is 7th of every month. On November 07 morning I have 16000 rs in my account the amount is debited -7000 rs. I have 30000rs liquid cash in my hand but i credited 30000 on the same day in my account . The loan emi is debited and put on hold.
