Hello sir,

This is in reference to the transaction made in my account under the header of depository charges; without any intimidation by the hdfc bank.

Kindly be informed that an amount of rs 885.00/- was deducted from my savings/salary account on 18th July 2023 under the name of depository charges dec-2022

Initially when we did not have demat account they forced us to create one without intimating us that they are going to charge annual fees and i received the call earlier from customer care i also speak him deny of this service. Now all of a sudden they have charged rs 885.00/-.. This is very bad and disappointing. And i have never used the demat account till now.. If i call the customer care they will not have answers. And they will not communicate that they are charging.

Please do the needful as earliest.

      I got a pre approved CC offer of moneyback plus cc and my application was successfully completed and it showed the card will be delivered in 7-10 working days so when i checked the status of it for first day it showed “in process” but now it’s showing “no record found”. My application number 23G[protected]N0 and my CID is[protected]. being a regular customer and existing CC user i didn’t expect this error. Please check it

          My name is Sharini lodh, I am a customer of HDFC bank, I opened a bank account on december while working for a scam company name dreamweavers who was partnered with them for saving account and later on due to no job I had no balance in my account.. On the month of April I started working and salary was credited on the month of June, hence same month I was laid off yet HDFC could've deducted from my salary, the AMB charges, yet they deducted when my salary about to end and I am unemployed they made transaction for ₹708 for four months January to April and no e-mail were sent to me regarding the matter, my account balance was ₹4000 yet ₹3000 has been deducted and the remaining balance left is ₹2.70 how will this amount maintain their account balance.. I want my refund please, this is not fair, I need my money back.

                    I opened my company's current account in HDFC in July 2022. They allocated me an RM who forced with to also open a saving account there. I mentioned that one of our directors has an HDFC account and I do not need a savings account there. But still, she forced me and made me open saving accounts mentioning that it will be Preferred banking and I have to maintain only Rs.10, 000/- in the account. In the next 2 months when I got my bank statement, I saw they deducted the fees for a low balance. I didn't get it so tried contacting RM but she did not receive the calls or didn't even reply to messages, so I visited the Karve Road, Pune branch. There I got to know that she had resigned and also she did not process the preferred banking forms and other procedures. I had to constantly follow up with each and every member of the branch as nobody was ready, not even the manager was ready to help me. Later they said they have allocated a new RM to me Mr. Santosh who later told me he have allocated Mr. Rohan Magdum RM. So in the first 3 months, they changed 3 RMs without any intimation or concern. I had to request and beg to get the preferred banking done as I was not interested to have a savings account balance to be maintained for Rs.25, 000 in the first place and the first RM Nilam forced me to open the savings accounts. 4 months later, I was trying to log in to the net banking but was not able to so I tried calling RM Rohan, but as usual he did not receive the call so I had to visit the bank branch again. When I went there I got to know that my company account is blocked and so transactions can not be done. I was not notified at all by any means of communication by the bank. When I asked why it happened RM Rohan had no idea, he did not even know how to check whether the account is blocked or not. After asking the receptionist there in the bank he got to know how to check it. And he says Oh, it's blocked... I said I know, help me unblock it. He said he have no idea how to do it. I was completely shocked as he is a bank employee and he is saying I have no idea how to unblock. After 3 days of follow-up, he asked his senior Deepti and she said that the company have to submit the INC20 A form and ROC receipt. We had already submitted that to the bank during the bank account opening but both Deepti and Rohan were reluctant to accept that. So I asked CS to share the documents and on the same day, I submitted the scanned copy and the original hard copy. This happened on 18th July 2023. After constant calling and messaging and not receiving any update from Rohan I again visited the bank branch and he said the ROC copy given is wrong. I immediately called my CS and asked. He clearly mentioned that ROC can be tracked by using the SRN number. The funny part is that HDFC RM employee Rohan Magdum ask my CS how to do that! When my CS mentioned to please ask his seniors as it's not his job, Rohan started yelling at my CS that he is not cooperating. My CS is working in the field for the last 20 years and is a major authority in his profession. He clearly mentioned to get the current account unblocked you just have to submit INC 20 A form copy to the Mumbai Branch and they verify and unblock the account. Today is 28th July 2023 and my RM is not responding to any call and if he does he is blaming my CS that he is not cooperating. I have no idea why Rohan does not want to go to his seniors and ask for help, I guess even his seniors do not know the procedure of their own bank. I am truly fed up with HDFC as my investor who was ready to invest Rs.10 Lac backed out only because HDFC bank decided to block my current account for no reason. I want this to be resolved as I have already shared all required documents or else unfortunately I have to take legal action against the bank.

                      I have applied for hdfc credit card and it's been already 120 days pass but I did not receive the voucher. I connect to coustomer care as well but they raise ticket and leave it I did not get any resulation. Please look into this matter.

                        My HDFC UPI is blocked. Went to nearest branch and wrote a written mail request to unblock my UPI account. Not bale to receive or debit the transactions. Getting frustrated. HDFC Bank employees tell they don't know what to do. Very pathetic service. Please just help and resolve the issue.

                          Hello,
                          My name is Syed shakeel ahamed and I was en ex employee of HDFC Bank and the employee ID of S59229 and worked from Nov 2022 to May 2023 and the last working day was on 25/05/2023. Due to my family and health issues not able to continue with the bank and unable to complete the notice period of 1 month. And informed to concerned reporting manager about this and to HR also.
                          However they didn't put any condition that if I didn't serve the notice period they will not give my relieving.I dont know about that at all.
                          So now I am receiving emails from HR TEAM and PAD TEAM stating that there are some dues around 57000 and 47000 that I need to pay then only they will issue my relieving.
                          I have asked them so many times why should I pay it is no where mentioned in my offer letter. I didn't receive my salary also for my notice period. Sent so many emails and requests so there is no response.
                          It is really not good for a company like HDFC torturing people like me to provide me the experience letter.
                          So pathetic HR TEAM was not able to understand my condition.
                          Its really bad that I am thingking that why I have joined that organisation unnecessarily.

                          I am requesting only one thing i want my relieving letter without paying any single amount to you.
                          Please help me please.

                            Hello,

                            My name is Syed shakeel ahamed and I have worked with HDFC bank from Nov 2022 to May 2023 with the employee ID of S59229 and last working day was on 25/05/2023.

                                I Had blocked my card, net banking, upi id because of some suspicious activity. Then i got a instant card, activated my card and net banking. But still i am facing issues while doing upi payments. But i am not able to send money via upi. I went to the nearest branch but they told me to call customer care and still i am not getting any help from customer care.
                                I want you to unblock my upi id as soon as possible.

                                  This is the second time iam complaining this issue. Simply they debited my money like ACH return charges.after complaint they refund my money. But on jul 6th again they debuted same money they refunded..why ??? I need my money back..iam paying on date EMI. Jul 6th they debited Rs -/1770 .I want full money back..hdfc bank cheating to customers like refunding after complaint again they deducting it's not fair.. please do the needful

Hdfc bank 3times debited my money so I raised complaint so they credited my money and showing like it was resolved. But today I saw again they debited same money 3times on jul 6th. Why what is the reason, iam paying my EMI clearly for the day 5th every month.iam requesting my money back. Otherwise I will raise complaint every time .Total amount was Rs-/ 1770.                                         This is Hemanth Kumar
                                        I booked HP Pavilion Ryzen 5 Hexa Core 5625U on 21-Jun-2023. I paid through debit card number 0218.
                                        I canceled 26-Jun-2023.
                                        I checked my debit card loan statement. Still i didn't receive refund amount but seller has processed the amount and the reference no. last 4 digits 0064
                                        And my loan account no. last 4 digits 9846
