I have a saving account in your bank account no. [protected] in the name of Shivani Sethi. I have checked my account statement, you have been charged lots of charges from my account. Why you charged?I have started a SIP in mutual funds, but i did not maintain sufficient balance in last two months. I have been charged ACH Debit Return Charges of Rs 590/- in July 2020.
I have never been informed that this would be charged...

Without any information bank has deducted 472rs from my account. I want my money back and the reason also why it is deducted.

I am an existing customer of hdfc bank for more than 5 years now. My customer id is 61037817. I got a very good service always from you so i thoughtof opening the current account also. I am very disappointed this time.

I am starting a new business and i went to my nearest branch i. E. Gorabazar branch, kolkata. I submitted all my documents and the check also for opening the current account on 7th august and its 2 weeks now...

Hi, I have open my salary account with HDFC Bank on the 14 August online, also did my KYC on video call with the bank representative. The bank representative informed me that I will get my welcome kit in 7 days time but till now no news, it is impossible to reach any customer care representative, I need it for my salary to be credited in my account....

I have applied for my new cheque book on 11/Aug/2020 and got SMS notification from HDFC saying my cheque book is dispatch via BlueDart on 14th Aug. But, the blue dart way bill status showing the package is rejected in the receiving point. I called and confirmed with blue dart customer service. I'm not able to reach the HDFC customer service regarding this. I'm not sure what is happening, there are lot of chance for the cheque book being misused...

An amount of rupees 3, 267 was deducted on 17th aug 2020 illegally and suddenly without me making any transaction on that day for an e-commerce website called instacart.

There is no cheque id mentioned for that transaction either. Kindly initiate the refund asap....

I suddenly received an SMS from my HDFC credit card that a transaction amount of Rs. 748.75 has been deducted from Amazon Digital. I quickly logged in to my Amazon account and found that there are no new orders, however, the above mentioned amount had been deducted from my HDFC credit card account. Almost 750 charges got deducted from my account without my intention and i am not even aware of what these charges are for. I tried calling customer care but of no use. I need an explanation and immediate action or assistance....

I am bindu g, submitted my resignation along with id card of agency code hdf747243 issued on 28/06/2018 and noc request to hdfc life alleppey, mullakkal branch manager mr. Rojan varghese, he accepted it and promised me that he will forward the documents to h. O. And issue noc soon.

On 21/01/2020 again i visited the branch and applied for cessation certificate.

I received numerous calls from HDFC Bank to apply for pre-approved credit card.I applied, well i recieved the call very next day, they said my credit card is approved with 48000 Limit nd they said the virtual credit card will be delivered on my email instantly nd for physical there will be delay due to covid-19.Now today i checked the status of my application, it shows declined....

I have been receiving statement of credit card ending with xx8259 on the same email id ([protected]@me.com) for the past 3 years, but suddenly i have not received the statement for the past 2 months. Also, i received the following message from the bank - "dear cardmember, your e-statement has bounced. To view the statements, pls login to netbanking.
