Atm dispute

I tried to withdrawal rs. 6000/- from kotak bank najafgarh atm which is on the right side of the hdfc bank, since hdfc bank atms were not working the security guy told me to use the kotak bank atm instead.

I used the card and i have not rcvd the money but the amount is deducted from the account. Kindly reverse the amount.

credit card rejection/harassment

I received a call from hdfc bank rep. Couple of weeks back requesting me to apply for a free credit card through netbanking, i obliged and applied for millennia cc. After a couple of days a representative from the bank visited me at my residential address for verification and after about an hour after the verification i received a message saying that my "application is declined" (App:20h[protected]s2). With reference to the above details, i have received a notice from mr. Amit kumar (Advocate) from hdfc bank that my auto loan is recalled & i have to pay the entire loan amount with interest to bank within 7 days...

Welcome kit not received even after 23 days of account opening

I have opened hdfc online salary account on 18 August 2020. And kyc is done by visiting akurdi branch. Till date I don't received any welcome kit. After I visited branch for this issue they told me if you not received kit then apply for check book then might be i will receive the kit. The check book is delivered within five days. But I don't receive welcome kit. Then I visited bank once again this time they told me to fill form for net banking...

please refund my amb and ach debit return charges

I have a saving account in your bank account no. [protected] in the name of Shivani Sethi. I have checked my account statement, you have been charged lots of charges from my account. Why you charged?I have started a SIP in mutual funds, but i did not maintain sufficient balance in last two months. I have been charged ACH Debit Return Charges of Rs 590/- in July 2020.
I have never been informed that this would be charged...

delay in current account opening

I am an existing customer of hdfc bank for more than 5 years now. My customer id is 61037817. I got a very good service always from you so i thoughtof opening the current account also. I am very disappointed this time.

i did not receive my welcome kit for the bank account i opened on 14 of august

Hi, I have open my salary account with HDFC Bank on the 14 August online, also did my KYC on video call with the bank representative. The bank representative informed me that I will get my welcome kit in 7 days time but till now no news, it is impossible to reach any customer care representative, I need it for my salary to be credited in my account....

Cheque book applied but not received

I have applied for my new cheque book on 11/Aug/2020 and got SMS notification from HDFC saying my cheque book is dispatch via BlueDart on 14th Aug. But, the blue dart way bill status showing the package is rejected in the receiving point. I called and confirmed with blue dart customer service. I'm not able to reach the HDFC customer service regarding this. I'm not sure what is happening, there are lot of chance for the cheque book being misused...

mctf money deducted randomly

An amount of rupees 3, 267 was deducted on 17th aug 2020 illegally and suddenly without me making any transaction on that day for an e-commerce website called instacart.

There is no cheque id mentioned for that transaction either. Kindly initiate the refund asap....

Unauthorized payment transaction without any OTP

I suddenly received an SMS from my HDFC credit card that a transaction amount of Rs. 748.75 has been deducted from Amazon Digital. I quickly logged in to my Amazon account and found that there are no new orders, however, the above mentioned amount had been deducted from my HDFC credit card account. So i want to know, what is this and why is it added in my current bill..

AHB charges deducted and no response from bank

Almost 750 charges got deducted from my account without my intention and i am not even aware of what these charges are for. I tried calling customer care but of no use. I need an explanation and immediate action or assistance....

I am bindu g, submitted my resignation along with id card of agency code hdf747243 issued on 28/06/2018 and noc request to hdfc life alleppey, mullakkal branch manager mr. Rojan varghese, he accepted it and promised me that he will forward the documents to h. O. And issue noc soon.
