Good Evening Sirs,
I received above regalia card in 2016 August. The first bill I received was wrong and I had raise my
concerns for the same. ( Mail written is attached here with).
Later I had also discussions with your support team and also sent CDF form to them. Till date nothing
has sorted out. I kept receiving bills from your side with various late fee and interest charges which
I lastly rejected and gave up my card.
I had been user of HDFC card since last several years with 20000+ points accumulation. It has been
never been problem about my payments. Not only this, I have been using several credit cards since 2004
and there has been not a single defaults from my side.
I am here with attaching my CDF form for second time along with my mail raising concerns( please see
mail trail)
Request your prompt action to clear and close this faulty transaction.

I observed that my card has been swiped for Auto payment of mobile bill for mobile number [protected].
This number is of Mr. Kishor Balwe and not mine. So I am rejecting this payment.
I have registered auto pay for my insurance policy under your utility payment service and not any
mobile
bill payment.
Request you to look into this for resolution.
