Today 07/03/2021 at 12:07 pm 999 rs. Debited from my debit card. Transaction message is as follows -:

ALERT:Rs.999.00 spent via Debit Card xx2623 at AMAZON on Mar 7 2021 12:07PM without PIN/OTP.Not you?Call [protected].

How this is possible ? How any one can use my card information and make payment without any OTP/PIN. How we believe that the security you provide to your customers ? I want my money back. This is my hard earned money.

      Hdfc agents called me and told me there's a new credit card I can upgrade from my old standard hdfc credit card to Regalia card and there will be no monthly no yearly cost and also no renewal charge but when I received that card I see in the terms n conditon it's clearly written 2500 charge annually/renewal, I want to cancel the application and use the old standard credit card I have, but no one is helping from the customer care department .

        I am trying to reset my net banking password. It gives me option to recover it by sending OTP to registered mobile and email each.

        So when I try it I got 3 digit OTP on my mobile but not receving on email !

        I have tried multiple time in few days but never got any OTP on email.

          Good Evening Sirs,

          I received above regalia card in 2016 August. The first bill I received was wrong and I had raise my
          concerns for the same. ( Mail written is attached here with).
          Later I had also discussions with your support team and also sent CDF form to them. Till date nothing
          has sorted out. I kept receiving bills from your side with various late fee and interest charges which
          I lastly rejected and gave up my card.

          I had been user of HDFC card since last several years with 20000+ points accumulation. It has been
          never been problem about my payments. Not only this, I have been using several credit cards since 2004
          and there has been not a single defaults from my side.

          I am here with attaching my CDF form for second time along with my mail raising concerns( please see
          mail trail)

          Request your prompt action to clear and close this faulty transaction.

            I have bought my iphone SE 2 with hdfc bank paper finance on 13/10/2020 in Reliance Trends, Rangoli mall, West Bengal. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 3000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in shop they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                It's been quite a month since I applied to open the account with HDFC.

                The kit they have provided doesn't contain the whole package. I am unable to use the cash I deposited at the time of opening the account.

                Their bot services is mental harassment at the highest level.

                I've been chasing them since weeks to give me the status of complete package. Even the MD of HDFC is using bot id.

                My money is stuck with them and there's no way they are responding.

                  Got a msg without otp 745.71 rs deducted on 5th March at 19:10:36. but i have not used that, dont knw how that ppl have got my details is hdfc security that low that my card details are known by some other people. Below you can see actual message.

                    I have been issued a credit card from the bank in 2003 which I did not even apply .Now even after writing many mails and visiting the branch for the same this credit card stills shows in my cibil and is creating lot of issues regarding my credit rating.
                    None from the Bank has contacted me to resolve this matter.

                        My fastag is damaged and I have not received new one even after multiple follow ups with HDFC Bank Fastag Customer care through mail and verbal communication. Every time they just give auto reply.

                        It is multiple weeks that I have not received fastag. I am frequent traveler and facing lot of trouble on various tolls.

                        It is very pathetic and poor experience with HDFC Bank.

                          I was contacted by my relationship manager to upgrade my credit Card . I had a discussion and we reached to an agreement that my redit card will be upgraded and there will be no annual fee for lifetime. Now for the first year there was no annual fee charge but when the second year came I was charged 1000RS Annual Fee.
                          Now I contacted my relationship manager Dilipkumar Varma who sits in ahmedabad with contact number [protected] with this issue he said he will look into it and reverse the charge in 2 days. 3 days passed and I received no communication from him nor did I receive any refund, so I tried contacting him again but he did not pick up my calls. In fact what he did was even worse, he used to miscall on my number by stopping the call after one ring and would input in his system that I did not pickup so that he is not at fault and I would receive SMS that my RM tried contacting me and I should call back. Whenever I called back he did'nt pickup and does the same thing.
                          This went on for 1 week so finally I went to my branch got the creditcard grievance email and emailed them my issue. After 15-20 days I got my refund so that issue was solved. Now this incident had happened over 4 months ago but my RM Dilipkumar Varma still does the same mischief of miscalling.

                          I would like HDFC Bank to take the strictest punishment possible so that these guys dont take their clients for granted.

                            I have cancelled a order on Ajio, I immediately got a message from HDFC that

                            Ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending XXXX for rs. 2402.10 has been credited/reversed by AJIOJP on[protected]:20:40:41

                            I checked the online statement and it is not credited into my account. Since it is a confirmation message from bank, i am assuming that the Ajio has done it's part. Will it ever get reflected in my account?

                              My name shobana v. I have closed my bank with BT On another bank, paid my loan for past 2 years or more. But the have charged 4.72% + interest total paid RS. 20557 . loan account No.66190079. Please look into and solve this refund excess deducted.
                              Note**. Salaried- 13-24 months - 4% of principal outstanding,
                              25-36 months - 3% of principal outstanding
                              36 months - 2% of principal outstanding as mentioned in your site.

                                    I have applied for fastag through HDFC bank on 21 February 21. It's almost 11 days now I have not received my fastag. I called toll free number ([protected]) multiple times and there was no answer. Every day I contact their customer care team. First of all, they never picked up the calls and after calling continuously then they picked and always received the same answer i.e. Please wait. I have escalated this matter to a higher level too but not received any response. The bank is saying that the government is responsible we can't do anything about this. If government agencies are responsible then what's the role of HDFC.

                                    While tracking the status, it's showing that it has already dispatched through Bluedart. When I tried to track it, it's showing the wrong docket number. Today I contacted the HDFC customer care team and now I came to know that HDFC has updated the wrong docket number ([protected]-BlueDart).

                                    My customer ID is[protected] and my FASTag application number is HFR02103199. Recently I have escalated this matter and my complaint reference number which I received from HDFC is 14048678. This complaint is still not resolved.

                                    This is disgusting, worst experience ever, no clue.

                                    I am sharing the screenshot for reference purpose.

                                    Either share the correct docket number so that I track the courier and deliver it to my address on a priority basis, else refund my money back.

                                    My complaint has not been resolved by HDFC and today I got a message from them saying that my problem has been resolved. There is no resolution till date and without having a resolution how can HDFC closed my query and sent a message to me that problem has been resolved.

                                        Dear Team,

                                        I purchased my car in Feb 2019. The showroom provided HDFC Fastag by default in my car. Fastag is working fine till Feb 2021 and suddenly I was unable to recharge my wallet due to an incomplete KYC update. Without proper communication, they blocked my wallet.
                                        Even I send my KYC details to the customer care number. but to date it is in not updated.
                                        Even showroom JSP Ford Hosur road people have not informed me about the update of KYC.
