Why the hell this HDFC Millennia Prepaid Card has been issued to me, neither i have requested nor enquired about this prepaid card. By mistake my parents received this courier else I would have rejected this. After fighting 5 months with you people I have closed my hdfc credit card recently. Immediately close this. why the hell are you people sending these cards without seeking my approval....

I had shopped on Amazon and had cancelled the products. Amazon website has confirmed the refund with RRN number: 74332741021102021314093 but the amount is not yet credited to my bank account...

Refund not initiated back yet

I have two outstanding refunds yet to be refunded.

1) Refund from ccAvenue for Rs 3660 which was initiated on 25/01/2021. Order id provided by ccAvenue( 183838_[protected]

2) Refund from SWIGGY for Rs 503, which was initiated on 26/01/2021. I even received an HDFC SMS that the amount is reversed but still no change in my account balance....

I am saving account holder. This happened with me multiple times and i am not at all happy when hdfc debit amount without giving any information.

I have saving account amount of Rs. 590 debited saying inter-bank cash chg incl gst.

I don't know why?
Please resolve the issue

Void Sale

Merchant deducted 22000 amount instead of 2200. But he gave me void Sale receipt. Still I have not received my amount back. It has been more than 48 hrs...

Refund Issue

I have cancelled a order on flipkart, i immediately got a msg from hdfc that

Ur transaction on HDFC Bank DEBIT/ATM Card ending 8004 for Rs. 378.00 has been credited/reversed by Flipkart Payme on[protected]:19:09:19

I checked the online statement and it is not credited into my account. Since it is a confirmation message from bank, i am assuming that the flipkart has done it's part. Will it ever get reflected in...

Not received demand draft for loan disbursement amount

I have applied a Jumbo loan through my HDFC Credit Card net banking on 16th January 2021 Wherein being a NON HDFC customers I was supposed to get a Demand Draft to my address with in 7 Days i haven’t received the demand drafts yet however the loan emi has started I have received a statement through Hdfc stating I have to pay my bills prior to getting the DD i have tried to contact hdfc customer care for the same but it is not getting connected...

Unnecessary charges

The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer...

Your staff abusing me

Dear HDFC bank,

I am not your customer and i am not taking any loan from you [protected] this my number but i don't know how can you update my number,
And your staff regularly calling me and abusing me from [protected], [protected] this number, he say any time abuse mother and sisters related,
So i request to you kindly suggest your staff other wise i will complaints against you in RBI...

Welcome Kit and Debit Card

I opened an HDFC insta account on September 2020 but video KYC was not succesful. So I went to a HDFC local branch in December 2020 (with address Shop No 9, Tower N2, DLF Corp Greens, NH 8, Sector 74A, Gurgaon-122101 and IFSC HDFC0009126) for completing my KYC.
I didn't receive any confirmation SMS on completion of KYC. So I went to the same local branch to enquire and was told that the KYC has been completed and for getting my card...

Ill behaviour of Bank staff

I want to know one thing, why the staffs/staff of my branch of your so called prestigious bank, doesn't answer my phone calls, doesn't call back & doesn't reciprocate my text messages ?

How they/he can be so ill-behaved & mean?
Is this the custom of your bank, to ignore the customers...

Credit Card

I have been using HDFC bank credit card for last 4 years and paying all the dues on times. However, HDFC bank blocked my card without any notice. I am unable to contact the customer care also. Worst bank ...! Pathetic service.

They are charging me and not showing any history of my card on net banking section

Even i visit hdfc branch and meet with executive to resolve this problem, they just asked me connect...

HDFC Credit Card Complaint - Wrong Billing - MER EMI ,LOAN PRECL

This is regarding complaint on wrong/unwanted amount billed in my HDFC Credit Card

In January month HDFC Credit Card bill statement, the amount of 16773.51 (13/01/2021) rs has been charged without any reason.

So i want to know, what is this and why is it added in my current bill..

So please help me in this and send me clarification for further to associate with credit...

I have no connect with HDFC but calling me for payments

I using office number from Dec'2014 onwards. When even i gets call from HDFC, i used to inform them our old employee left the company and i dont have his contact details.

Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 30005410100365124656462 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy....
