Hi

I have been a salaried customer of HDFC bank for many years now. Few years back a relationship manager (RM) was appointed to me. After few initial conversations the RM never again spoke to me. I receive text messages from HDFC that you can reach out to your RM in case any issues. I have sent her mails but never responded back.
Please help resolve

    I have placed my order on January 26 2021. The price of the product was 890 and the order id was[protected]. The refund was initiated by Urbanic under on[protected] under the RRN:[protected]. But still my refund has not been transferred.

      A policy 22857044 is sold to me by Aditya/sachin [protected]/[protected] saying that i will have to pay 50000 per year for 8 years and I will get 8 lakh after 8 years plus i will have medical insurance of 3 lakh for 5 family members plus 10 lakh of accidental claim. Policy papers haven’t received as of now its been 8 months. Hdfc is fraud. These fraud can’t be done without top management all are involved in these kind of fraud.

        Not receiving otp e-mail to reset ipin.

        I forgot my ipin and need to reset it. using debit card details method is not possible.
        To use the method of otp to mobile+ otp to email, iam getting otp to registered mobile number, but not receiving otp on mail.
        All other mails from hdfc keep coming. I dont understand why this is happening....

        My father had buyed a mobile for my brother, which had worth of 25000/- rs
        My father paid 6000 as downpayment and opted for 6 months emi, before pandemic and lockdown, after that due to natch problem and signature miss match they couldn't deduct emi, later we resolved it, due pandemic and lockdown my father has to deal with huge financial loss, and wan not able to pay on time, 3 emi he had paid already 3 emi left,

        The collection executive named ramaiah called from [protected] this number and asked my brother "where did your dad go and die, did he go to ### my # or what I will ### your # if you don't pay" this was the sentence he used, I would like to inform the authorities that I want the compansation for this insult, I will not pay you one single penny until then.

        As of proof I have the recording of your employee accepting the mistake if its is not resolved I'm going to escalate it.

          My fast tag is blackisted even after recharging it with sufficient amount on 27th January'21. Today I again called HDFC bank to remove blacklist issue and they said it will take more time for resolution. Due to this delay, I will have to pay twice the amount at every toll tax and HDFC Bank should reimburse me for the extra charges and unnecessary tension caused.

            My HDFC account closed my debit card enabled, closed my credit card enabled, I am not able to use internet banking. Still HDFC collection department call me 50-60 times per day. Why HDFC bank itself not raising mail to the costumer directly with full statement and issue. I spoke to agent that please register my request and send to HDFC bank to raise email to me if any issue. But they denied to do so and said pay money anyhow . Please resolve this issue. this is very bad

              I received sms from HDFC bank today that ₹1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I dont even know the company and this kind of charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
              And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.

                    I have opened a Salary account in HDFC Bank 30/06/2019 in Coimbatore. Later on september, i left that Job and moved to jordan. And i couldnt use that account. But now the balance is showing as -5200. As they have changed the salary account to normal savings account and they have charged for the non maintanance of minimum balance. Iam not informed about this. And even they inform iam not able to close or send any money to that account since its not an NRI account. I dont want to use that account anymore. Need to close it.. but i really dont want to pay the charges just for closing.
                    What should i do?

                      Dear sir/madam,

                      I have not received salary for Jan 2021 month due to account was block from HDFC bank. My KYC verification was pending and i have submitted to nearest branch on 3rd feb but still activation not done from bank as they have not courier my document to my home branch which is old madras road.

                      After a long follow up with the bank they have given me confirmation that within 2 days my account will get activated. As my account was block my salary has been rolled back and from last couple of days i trying to in touch with the concern person form nexwave but even i am not getting proper support.

                      I am badly in need as i waited for one month still didnt got any response..

                      even ticket has been registered in paybook even no action from them.

                        Subject - FOR HDFC CREDIT CARD NO [protected] 's PAYMENT ( 50, 000 dated 17/11/2020 ) WITHDRAWAL

                        Dear
                        Sir / Madam
                        On 17/11/2020 I took a HDFC SL ProGrowth Super II Application No.[protected] policy. In the first attempt for 50000 payment of this policy, my card payment failed due to network or technical reasons. And in the second attempt, my card was paid. But later the first attempt was made. In this way, my card was paid twice for the same policy. And I also canceled this policy now due to some compulsion ! And the payment of this policy has come to my credit card. In this way, there was a payment in my card due to the policy being canceled and the other payment did not come. And I took the same policy that day. So my remaining 50000 payment (the first attempt which was not completed that day due to network or technical reasons and was later cut off) should be returned to me as soon as possible.
                        please make my payment back to the bank as soon as pissible, which has been stuck for three months .

                            As on 19 Feb 2021 ShopClues refunded my money through reference number#[protected]. Refund from ShopClues but money has not been credited in my account as I am account holder in HDFC bank.

                            I have a fastag for my vehicle issued by hdfc bank. I need to recharge my fastag but I have made several attempts and put all methods into place e.g payzipp, my fastag app, hdfc recharge portal etc but nothing works . Even my vehicle no is not matching with my fastag, since my mobile no is registered and I can see my fastag balance on giving a missed call on a particular no. But when I use same no on hdfc portal it shows no is not registered.
                            Very disappointing and disgusting on part of hdfc service

                                There was a wrong transaction done on my card amounting for 9630/- and retail store raised the Void Sale. But neither my bank nor HDFC is acknowledging and submitting to resolve the issue.

                                  Amount 29.5 is getting deducted with the description NWD DEC CHG (ATM Withdrawal charges) eventhough my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from ATM other than HDFC. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this.

                                    "Your FasTag A/c has been Debited for Rs. 60 for Adjustment entry on 2/25/2021 6:33:35 PM. Balance amount in the A/c is Rs. 430 - HDFC Bank Ltd."

                                    Received the above message from HDFC Bank today the 25th February 2021.
                                    My last travel date wad 23rd February 2021, via Pune expressway. All toll charges were paid via the fastag. I had recharged fastag with Rs.500 through HDFC bank on 23rd February 2021.. So why is my balance showing as Rs. 430 today??
                                    And why has HDFC charged me Rs.60/- for adjustment entry?? A total rip off and a scam by HDFC fastag!

                                    Please reverse my money back immediately to my fastag account as I see no reason for such deductions!
