Hello,

My fastag application reference no. is HR[protected]. Its been more than 2 weeks since i requested for a fastag from HDFC bank the delivery status still shows pending. I tried contacting them on their number [protected] but the call doesnt get connected always and when it does there is a lot of static starting from the IVR and as 2 mins after getting connected to an agent the call gets disconnected. Not sure what to do now.

    Dear sir/maam,

    In this current bill statement, the amount of RS . 12043.73 (23/01/2020) has been charged..

    I didn't do any trasaction like this.

    So I would like to know, what is this and why is it added in my current bill..

    So please help me in this and send me clarification for further to associate with credit card services..

      The bank has been charging me service fees for every time I make a transaction on Zerodha.

      These charges were not disclosed to me and vary in amount. The minimum they charge is about 118.00 INR. These charges are applicable even when I receive dividend from a company.

      HDFC is a fraud bank, they say no hidden fees but they never keep their promise. One of the worst banks to deal with.

          My New NPS account is currently frozen and I am not able to contribute

          re-kyc has been submitted on 19-feb-2021

          Status: Frozen as KYC verification pending/rejected/Employer Confirmation pending

          Also I am not able to locate any customer care number to raise this directly with HDFC.

            Hi Team,
            I already sent a request to hdfc by email regarding that I'm not able to pay outstanding amount because lost job and savings is over now.
            But still recovery agent call and using abusive language via call.
            I already told him to settle my card so that I can arrange settlement amount for outstanding amount but they sent agents to my residence.
            I have recording of that girl neha recovery agent.

            Also they call to relatives.
            Please help.

            Being a very reputable organisation, they guys are doing your job very worstly. I have used my credit card and couldnot able to pay due to financial constraints. Now when I'm trying to pay so these people of hdfc banks are harrasing me like I'm a thief. Being very genuine and constantly talking to these people, I got to know that these people have worst customer representative sitting there on payroll or as a third party. This person with the contact number : [protected] is constantly harrasing me, my family and my friends.

            This person names 'neha' uses vulgarity while being on call and says " tu paise nahi dega toh tera baap dega ", tere saare relatives ko call krungi "

            Is this the way people works at ur place ? I know I have to pay you back for what I have used. I'm ready to do that.

            He is been calling one of my friend 'sunil' on [protected] and harrasing him on daily basis. He is been calling my friend 'sanjay ' on "[protected]" and uses bad words like "apne ghar ka address de", "tu or vo ek ka hi lete ho gaand main", " uske office pr jakar hi uski beizzati karni padegi", sHe uses bad words which is not tolerable. I know I have to pay my bills. But why should I do if people like this will call and harras over and again.

            This is not the way. If people like this will call and harras over and again I promise I will file a complaint of harrasing and attempt suicide.

            Then this will sue HDFCguys. They guys will have to pay for it. I've been annoyed by these recovery agents so many time but they are not understanding what I've been gone through and still going through.

            Now who is going to pay for this mental harrasment. Tell me ?

            Are they guys ? Or these recovery agents ?

            I'm very fed up with regular calls to me and my friends and family.

            If in this situation if i take wrong decision and commit suicide then who will be responsible for this??
            who will look my family after me??
            seriously today i felt how people commit suicide.

                  I have an HDFC salary account and get a personal loan from HDFC Bank I paid every month EMI, but once I couldn't maintain the balance in the account and that time I was charged with an overdue charge which is around 649. Now, again they charge me 236 rs for EMI RTN charges. If I have already paid overdue charges then why HDFC is again charging with EMI RTN charges.

                    I've received Fastag & since day 1 its not read at any of the Toll Plazas & I've to pay Cash. I've written so many emails t HDFC FAstag for replacement on Free of Cost basis since it might have come damaged in transit, but there's no proper reply from their end, neither I'm getting a new 1. If they want me to pay for Re-issuance then they should clearly mention it in their reply for me to do the needful accordingly. Awaiting their positive feedback.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      This is regarding a Loan agreement XXXX964 with HDB financial Services which is the child financial company of HDFC bank

                      I requested them multiple times to respond but no single person has responded and resolved the issue. They are all aware of my issue but intentionally done this fraud to get the extra bucks .

                      HDB has provided the moratorium scheme from March 2020 to August 2020, during this period they should not present any ECS/NACH to collect the my monthly EMI as per the RBI scheme, but they have represented NACH multiple times on my ICICI bank account XXXXXX44092 and also I requested for the loan recast as per the RBI guidelines but without providing any response again they represented NACH multiple times and after that they have activated the restructuring scheme on their own without any agreement in between me and their company, they have restructured my loan on their own terms with no restructuring related communication. When I'm seeking the resolution from HDB, but without listening to me they are representing the NACH for every week.

                      ICICI bank has been debited Rs. 17700 for the representation of NACH from HDB financial company and 7000rs added as due in my loan account even after my loan restructured by them, HDB has represented NACH for 30 times from the month June 20 to Jan 21. Could you please explain about your schemes? I availed moratorium and also HDB is activated restructuring scheme on their own, but why NACH has been represented multiple times from HDB which causes me the charges more than my EMI amount .\

                      HDB company asked me to pay the restructuring fee of INR 2000/- Rs and one month EMI to consider the restructuring request from their end . Again I have approached HDB management to get the clarification on this but they have not responded back to my request. As per HDB instructions, the restructuring plan should be activated only after I made the payment for the restructuring fee of 2000rs and 1month EMI, But I have not done any payment but they had activated a restructuring plan on my loan account and not shared any revised repayment schedule with me over the registered email address. Still I'm seeking clarification from HDB for the charges that they are collecting against my loan account for the restructuring, Meanwhile they restructure my loan on their own by adding restructuring fee 2000rs + 1month emi as a due in my loan account and continuously represented the NACH for my EMI which caused me the huge penalties from my bank .

                      When I approached to the BNAK for the reversal of these charges they clearly indicating that ECS/NACH representation is biller response and they would have stop it when biller is given the moratorium.

                      Finally I ended up with paying the extra interest for opting the moratorium, extra tenure for the loan recast which was done without my consent and NACH charges with by bank for the negligence of HDB financial.

                              I initiated a transfer of 14440 on 23rd of February 2021. The amount was debited from my account and the beneficiary bank still does not recognize the transaction. It has been t+1 day and still the funds are not credited back to the account. Below is the message

                                  This is disgusting, getting too many calls from hdfc bank and their consultancies for personal loans. Hope you can understand how they are irritating. I didn't apply for loan/credit cards in any hdfc site nowhere. Couldn't understand how bank got my numbers.
                                  One of your tele caller said that calls are coming from different branches. I said that banks have centralized software then she cut the phone.
                                  Please take it seriously otherwise i am going to take police action.

                                    I have been escalating since a month to the customer care about my blacklisted HDFC fastag. First the customer care doesn't answer the call, even if they answer they give false assurance.
                                    I am a regular traveler on the highway and this invalid /blacklisted fastag has made my travel difficult.
                                    My wallet ID is showing a balance of 2172.50 and still they are not whitelisting . my fastag wallet id is [protected].

                                      Hi,

                                      So far I haved send 5 mails to fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com regarding my fastag application. I haven't receive any single responds from them . I applied for fastag on 2019 April for the vehicle no mh12rk7098. my fastag account number [protected] . Called customer care 50 times but still not resolved and they just promise to send someone, didn't register my vehicle too . But still now nothing has been created when ever I call customer care they keep on asking to wallet ID proofs . I have send my walIet iD proofs for 5 times to fastag.

                                      ... Kindly call back or will go to consumer court, repay my money

                                        Hi,
                                        I called on[protected] and spoke to Alka and explained her about the Double Toll charges charged, She suggested sending the mail again regarding the same, so sending the mail again. I had paid cash on Khalapur toll plaza while travelling to Pune on 23rd Jan 21 but on Talegaon toll plaza the amount was deducted from the fast tag account. Requesting to reverse the charges at earliest. I have attached the Khalapur toll receipt for your reference and also my car RC and photo. Here's the Text as well for the amount deducted:
                                        Dear Customer, Your FasTag A/c has been debited for Rs. 203 for transaction by Vehicle MZBFE813MLN027713 at Toll Talegaon Toll Plaza on[protected]T14:50:59. Balance amount in the A/c is Rs. 0 - HDFC Bank Ltd.
