I am staying for a longer period abroad and my indian number was not going to be active.
So i visited my nearest branch in india and updated my number to my international number after confirming from the bank that i can receive otps on my international number.
However after coming over here i am not receiving any otps on my international number after multiple retries
I am struggling to do any transaction due to this.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I have detection of Rs. 590 once in every three months. I have approached the bank several times and they couldn't solve the issue and stop my deductions.

        I recently got my fastag acc and then travelled from indore to bhopal. Payments were nice but the other day i got a notifiaction that u have been debited by 371rs for adjustment entry. I dont get the deduction. Pls take this form into action asap.

          Hi Team,

          I have applied for a hdfc fastag on Dec 27th 2020 and the application reference number is HR[protected]. Till now it hasn't been delivered and i have no clue whom to reachout. When i call my relationship manager it always say busy. Please help me to deliver the fastag ASAP. Please let me know if you need any more information to process my request.

            I had Ordered a Product from Moglix.com on EMI on my Credit Card.
            But due to their Delay in Updating the status i had cancelled the product. This happened twice. The amount deducted from my Card was credited back by Moglix. But now when i checked the statement its showing the same amount was deducted both of the time from my account right after it was credited under the name of MER EMI, LOAN PRECL.
            AS per the Loan Detail in Credit Card Tab both the EMI has been closed. Detail of the cancellation of the product and its EMI is as follow .
            1st ORDER placed on[protected] Cancelled on 5-1-2021 IMG attached
            2nd ORDER placed on 6-1-2021 Cancelled on 9-1-2021 IMG attached
            Now the amount Debited under the name of Loan is showing in my Unbilled amount of Credit Card.
            its a sincere Request from me to Please resolve the Problem.

                I did a transaction on 7th January on smart buy via hdfc debit card money got debited from my card but the order was failed. I bought 1750rs Amazon Gift Voucher from smartbuy also order not showing in the order history.
                I tried many times to contact hdfc customer support but they disconnect my call.
                I already sent mail to HDFC and GYFTR but still my issue in pending it's almost 10 days over now.

                Still they not credited my refund . What to do ? Its almost one month over now. Their customer executive making only excuses but not resolving my issue. If they will not refund my money till Tuesday then i have to forward my issue to RBI.

                  Yesterday night around 1AM there was an unauthorized transaction made on my credit card ending 4878. SMS I received was "ALERT:Rs.329.00 spent via CREDIT Card xx4878 at AMAZON1258399 on[protected]:01:12:27 without PIN/OTP.". Card was with me, and I have checked all the amazon accounts where this card was linked, but there were no transactions made, even though it says "AMAZON1258399".
                  Amazon gets my OTP for a transaction even less than Rs.100, but this transaction didn't get the OTP. This is surely a fraud unauthorized transaction. Looking for proper resolution to my complaint.

                  I'm sorry. I found the reason why & how it happened. I used my card for subscribing Amazon prime for my friend's account. But it was set (somehow) as auto-renewal, so it took amount on my card automatically. Even my friend didn't know this auto-renewal happened, he just got message regarding this and then he informed me.

                    HDFC sales guy has a sold me a credit card, during the purchase he informed me that there won't be any charges on my card but now when I called the HDFC costumer care they have informed me that there will be an annual fee on the card but I was informed by sales guy that there will be zero fee on my card.
                    This is plain cheating and I want my charges to be waived if not possible I want my card to be closed before the charges are levied.

                        Hi Team,

                        I made a recharge of INR 1000 to my HDFC Fastag Wallet with ID [protected] and the transaction was successful with the following details:
                        POS TID: 76008706/E
                        Ref:[protected]

                        However, the amount is not reflecting in my wallet and in general, I'm facing issues with recharging my HDFC Fastag wallet as the payment options (which are narrowed down to very few) barely work and even when they work, they result in issues like this wherein HDFC very conveniently deducts funds and yet never updates our profiles. Not sure if this has anything to do with the fact that I don't have an HDFC account and yet unfortunately had to go with HDFC as the Fastag vendor, which is my car showroom's doing by the way.

                        Please help or suggest if I could better go with competent Fastag vendors like ICICI or PayTM or Bank of Baroda etc., in case HDFC is not really able to seamlessly handle Fastag.

                          This is in reference to the transaction made in my account under the header of depository charges; without any intimidation by the hdfc bank.

                          Kindly be informed that an amount of rs 885.00/- was deducted from my savings/salary account on 15 jan 2021 under the name of depository charges dec-2020.

                          Kindly refund this amount.

                            Unable to make GST payment without OTP received in our registered mobile number. Failed 4 times because OTP not received on time and user timed out. We have been facing this problem for the last 1 month and making payment through HDFC Bank is becoming tedious job.
                            Please take necessary steps against the bank to rectify the server issue.

                              I had applied online for Fastag from your portal on 05/12/2020.

                              It was also informed that the fastags will be delivered within 7 working days . But till date the same has not been received .
                              I am already call to customer care and mail but no any valid reason provide by Fastag customer care Team.

                                      I have applied for current account on 29th December in HDFC sector 23 A Gurugram branch. They said that account details will be available within 3 days and cheque book kit Will be available within next 4 working day. But today it is 15 jan, i didn't receive any banking details neither cheque book kit. They are not still mentioning any valid issue for this long delay. Simply they mention that it will be done today or by tomorrow before 11 AM. At least for bussiness purposes. HDFC is always bad choice. Lots of customer has similar complaint every day.

                                        My Internet banking & account has been blocked since 3 days due to multiple failed UPI transactions which I attempted on 12th Jan 2021 & HDFC bank is unable to take any action.
                                        The customer care numbers don't connect & provide any appropriate support or response.
                                        Upon visiting the nearest CBD Belapur branch on 14th Jan 2021, the Assistant manager-Mr Ganesh Deshmukh advised me to write a manual application requesting to unblock with relevant account details & self-attested address proof. He was extremely casual & mentioned that it would take atleast 5-6 working days to unblock the account since the bank is short staffed. Such responses & timelines are highly unacceptable especially in the COVID times, where internet banking is a necessity.
                                        Upon contacting my relationship manager, she said the process has not been followed properly & has advised me to visit my home branch Sahar road Andheri & fill an unblock request form (more than 30kms from my home).
                                        I would request immediate assistance on the above matter to unblock my NetBanking & account as it is my salary account with all loans & EMIs linked. Such unreasonable timelines will jeopardise all my auto-debit EMI mandates. This is a clear case of harassment & I will really re-think about my decision to continue my account with HDFC.
