I got a call from hdfc customer care executive I picked the call after me picking the call she is not speaking for long time as I was continuously saying hello and cut down the call and called her to the below no [protected] and I spoke to her and she received and without listening she cut down the call and when I texted her she is using in appropriate language .Take action on her

    I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 4486 without my concern on date:27/11/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1399/-

      Fast tag for my application reference no. HR[protected] is not delivered yet. It was applied 15 days back and there was commitment to deliver it within 7 days.
      However, fast tag customer id and wallet id is issued.

      Customer Id is[protected] and Wallet Id is [protected].
      Its disappointing that fast tag is not delivered and also there is no tracking process of status. The customer care number is not working. Such a pathetic service they are providing. They should be banned from this fastag providing service.

        i am deepan chakravarthi ... due to covid 19 i am not able to paid my credit card amount ... customer care executive remind my pending due... i promised 2 month payment paid ... this january 2020 amout tranfer my HDFC savings account... today 9th still my amount not relised... i ask to customer care ... replay from cce paid pending due after only amount relised... from my request take pending amount that hold amount... no one responce from HDFC... i went in person also... no one meet me... i register complaint for call back... no one call... register complaint id is [protected]

          NPS - Frozen as KYC verification pending

          My New NPS account is currently frozen and I am not able to contribute

          Status: Frozen as KYC verification pending/rejected/Employer Confirmation pending

          Please do the needful at the earliest.

          Has attached the PRAN Number and other details for reference

          Also I am not able to locate any customer care number to raise this directly with HDFC....

          Branch not inform me that salary account converted to saving account with out informing me and balance go to negative and i am not in that situation to bear it these second time iam complaining my problem have not resolve How much time should i complaint please take action as soon as possible.

I had worked in HDFC as Sales Executive from May 2006 to December 2006, Emp Code CK01790 and Senior Sales Executive from January 2007 to March 2008 Emp Code CK03226. And I got the resignation acceptance letter also..but I need my experience letter for my current employment.I have been sending mail to HDFC to issue my experience certificate for past few days.they don’t even respond my mail.kindly help to get on the same.Thank you

              Please note that I had raised a request for Fastag throught net banking on 30th Dec 2020 and payment of rs 500 has been deducted. Post after few days in received a sms with customer ID and wallet ID but the fastag still hasn't been delivered. I tried to reach the HDFC fastag customer service on[protected] as provided in website. It rang several time but it used to get disconnected. It's such a pathetic and appalling service HDFC bank is giving to its customer. In future I won't be opting services from HDFC. Kindly confirm as when the fastag would be delivered to my address.

                Hello Team,

                I am Sachin Laxkar living in Shahpura, Bhilwara and I am a customer of HDFC bank since very long back.

                Well !! There is a saying that if a customer is requesting to something then at least we have to give them a proper reply, we should not be rude ...
                And this is what happening in HDFC bank . Bhilwara, Rajasthan. Wherein I called to one employee named Kapil Shrotriya, to understand for closure of my home loan and he replied to me "Aap mujhe kyun pareshan kar rhe ho, jisne mera number diya hai usi se baat karo" ...
                Is it really a way to talk to a customer ? If I yes then I would request you to close my all accounts, I don't want to have any sort of relationship with HDFC bank.
                I just want a clarification that how can he talk to me like this.

                  This to inform that I have applied for a Fastag on 30th Dec 2020 through NetBanking and an amount of 500 was deducted. I have received the wallet I'd and user id for Fastag but the tag is not yet delivered. I tried to reach the customer care number i.e.[protected]. The customer number just rings and gets disconnected. Such a worst and pathetic service is given by HDFC to its customers got fastag users, not even email ID is provided in their website in case the customer number is not reachable. Request you to kindly deliver the fastag to my address else I would have to discontinue all the services from HDFC.

                    Customer Helpline Number for HDFC Fastag[protected] is impossible to connect to. The number is either busy, or when one finally connects they are put on a long hold after which the line disconnects. There is no alternate number available nor any email contact. THIS IS TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM A REPUTED BANK LIKE HDFC!

                        Dear Sir,

                        My name is chanda bakshi and i am a customer of this bank from past 5+ years. I have a hdfc credit card account not a saving account. I left my job and i want to change my address. I already send a address change form but due to signature mismatch my application is rejected. I mail on several mail id's and i got a reply thet first change your signature then address. But when i talk to hdfc branch they said we are not change the credit card signature. I need my card urgently because my previous credit card had expired. I do not know why they people makes too complicated for credit card users for any profile updation. Please resolve my issue

                          HI,

                          I applied for the ebix prepaid card online, Paid 8600 but even after a week I did not receive the card, when I am trying to get in touch with Ebix card customer care they don, t pick the calls.

                          not even repying to emails

                          They are cheaters.

                            A hold of Rs. 8693/- has been put on my savings bank account on 5th January 2021 naming MiRevenue Hold Through GEFU which has to be unhold from my bank account as soon as possible.

                            I request an immediate refund of this amount.

                              My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once I left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) in the month of March 2018 I had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as I did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that I never logged in to my account through net banking and I haven't used debit card . I logged into my account for some reason on 7th December 2020 and i see that i have Rs -6219 in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank.. They have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer

                                I sunanda chandrabhan Dhonde having account in hdfc branch Devlali (Nashik) Maharashtra, I have given request to transfer my saving account from Chandimandir (Panchkula ) Haryana to Devlali (Nashik ) Maharashtra 5 times with all documents within 3 months since October but bank has not responded yet. They always neglecting to respond.

                                  Hi HDFC,

                                  I have taken personal loan in HDFC at 2018 I am paying correctly the due at 4th of every month. when I moved to another company in 2019 july my salary date was changed to 7 to 10th which is the only income of mine. So I could not pay the due on 4th but I have mostly paid with in 10th. Everytime I am paying Rs.649 as bounce charges.

                                  I requested HDFC before 5 or 4 months but they told me they can not do. This is affecting my cibil score despite I am paying all the dues.

                                  I need some kind solution

                                      Dear Sirs/Madams,

                                      I recently got a Fastag with Cust. ID[protected] & Wallet ID [protected] for my newly purchased car.

                                      On 05/01/2021 I received an SMS on my registered mobile [protected] that Rs 235/- was debited from my wallet for adjustment entry on 1/5/2021 at 7:39:00 PM. Then at 23:14 Hrs I received another SMS that Rs. 470 was debited for adjustment entry on 1/5/2021 at 7:53:45 PM.

                                      Kindly look into the matter and arrange for the refund of Rs. (235+470) at the earliest and see that this kind of act is not repeated.
