This is in regards to the HDFC0000016 - Pali hills branch
I stay in delhi and my account for Pali hills needs to be closed. No HDFC branch in delhi is closing it as it is Mumbai branch.
Also they are charging me again and again Rs 600/month for not maintaining minimum balance.
2) They have not requested any KYC for past 2 years
3) Why the account is not going dormant and being charged Rs600

    I have checked the credit card transactions on the hdfc netbanking website, it shows Morat Interests and GST taxes ( Rs.851.52 and Rs.153.27) are debited from my card account on 29/12/2020.

    Please find the screenshots for the communications.
    they were not ready to revert this charges.also i called the customer care about this issue, they said for Smart EMI, they levy simple interest charges now, but they didn't do any communication before that.
    As per the supreme court direction, there is moratorium interest to be levied for the moratorium period and also central has approved this also.
    so they will not levy any interest during this moratorium period.

    I don't know, what is the process instructed to banks by RBI? so ultimately public are impacted this due to corrona. they will never help for people even during this corrona hard times.what is stupid banking process in india?

      In spite so many complains, i am still getting Telemarketing calls. Today i got a call from [protected], yesterday i got a call from [protected]. It is very disturbing and frustrating as these calls come during any time of the day. In spite of telling them i dont need anything, still they keep calling.

        Kindly consider this as an escalation of a HDFCLife customer to the CEO office

        With immense disappointment I have to bring to your Notice my 4 months of struggle to revive my policy, which is all about endless waiting for HDFCLife to respond, Adulterations of medical reports with other patients ( Nandkishore More ), No clear doctor recommendations uploaded on Portal based on which your organisation has asked for additional premium ...

        It's so highly confusing and disturbing to be a customer of HDFCLife Can you please help me - All I asked for is my lapsed policy revival and i am being taken for a whirlwind tour since last 4 months

        The relationship manager given to me is just doing a postal service between your backend, without ANY proactive or reactive attitude to help the customer

          Hi, I regularly receive calls from HDFC Bank seeking my interest in personal loans. On a day, I would receive 2-3 calls too. All calls are made from mobile numbers. Do note, my number is marked for DND & they are bypassing the same by calling from mobile numbers.

          I have repeatedly requested them to remove my number from their calling lists but to no avail

            This is my Personal Number: 9022388 and payment due date 7thJan 2021. Date of 11 Jan 2021 my account deducted amount Rs 649. Reason that overdue loan recovery. Please refund my amount as soon as possible.

              Amount was deducted from the fastag wallet as well as I was asked to pay cash. I called customer service number[protected] to resolve. They told me all the formalities and I did so on 9th November 2020. Post that till date whenever I called customer service they only reassure to escalate the issue but nothing is done. I asked them to connect me to senior authorities they kept saying that senior managers are busy and they will arrange for a call back. I have not received a call back nor have I received my refund. I have all the proofs to prove that I was wrongly charged and also proofs of contacting customer service HDFC fast tag.
              Problem persists. Their staff has no clue . They just are trained to give reassurance to the customers. But queries and issues renain unresolved

              I got a response to my tweet from HDFC Bank Cares and they told me to get in touch with customer care number and email id: [email protected] Due to the tweet I have received the amount credited in my Fastag wallet.

                Without intimation debitred from my account no [protected] of rs.1899
                Rs-1899 debited from my bank account without my intimation on 31 st Dec around 6 -6.30 by the name of cponeassis & rs-1899 has been debited from my account without any pin or otp no. I am really shocked how does it possible. Without involment of bank .. I maid a complaint to hdfc and they refused to refund the same, that shows how all fraud is going on, I did not used any service or demand for it. Then how does these transaction done? I am not interested in this kind off services. So i request you to revert my debited amount in my account, otherwise i will go through legal against your company

                    HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag deducted excess amount by manual debit
                    on Feb 13, 2020
                    manual debit rs. 55 by manually named "debit adjustment" or "entry adjustment"

                    But i have no due pending amount, and can be seen by statement (Attached).

                    When i asked while returning, attending person replied that we don't know ask to customer care.

                    Now i am getting for over due amount sms regularly. I am not recharging now as excess amount is already deducted.

                    Kindly review and resolve the issue.

                        I have been with HDFC Bank since 5 yrs now with smooth operations being from them, now I have applied for a Fastag via one of their agents, Ref - HFR 01813489 on 30th of Dec, which was confirmed to me that the Fastag will be delivered to your registered address within 7 working days, now after more than 10 days still awaiting for the same.

                        Their Fastag Customer care is horrible & even the HDFC Official is unable to track the status of the Fastag, which is really disappointing..

                          I have applied for fastag from HDFC Bank in last week of October 2020. I had paid the whole amount (Rs 500) of fastag and it has been issued to me. But, I have not received my fastag from 2.5 months. I have contacted them on toll free no. for 9-10 time and always I have been asked to wait for 7 days. I am a valuable customer to HDFC Bank and I was not expecting such a bad service from HDFC Bank. Please look into the issue or refund my money as soon as possible. I would rate HDFC Bank very poor for their fastag services.

                            I have not received my fastag from HDFC Bank . I applied on 28th October 2020. Since then, I have called them 10 times and always I have been asked to wait for 7 days. I have already paid the fastag amount (Rs 500) and it has been issued to me but I have not yet received the fastag.

                              HFR01091815 applied on 28-Dec-19 for 3 vehical out of 2 vehical fastag till not recived multipal time call on toll free nummber [protected] & mail also but every time saying under delivery process.

                              HDFC Fastag toll free number[protected] not for customer support it is customer harassment. I requesting HDFC bank to audit toll free number and its resolution.

                                    Fast tag for my application reference no. HR[protected] is not delivered yet. It was applied 15 days back and there was commitment to deliver it within 7 days.
                                    However, fast tag customer id and wallet id is issued.

                                    Customer Id is[protected] and Wallet Id is [protected].
                                    Its disappointing that fast tag is not delivered and also there is no tracking process of status. The customer care number is not working. Such a pathetic service they are providing. They should be banned from this fastag providing service.

                                      i am deepan chakravarthi ... due to covid 19 i am not able to paid my credit card amount ... customer care executive remind my pending due... i promised 2 month payment paid ... this january 2020 amout tranfer my HDFC savings account... today 9th still my amount not relised... i ask to customer care ... replay from cce paid pending due after only amount relised... from my request take pending amount that hold amount... no one responce from HDFC... i went in person also... no one meet me... i register complaint for call back... no one call... register complaint id is [protected]

                                        My New NPS account is currently frozen and I am not able to contribute

                                        Status: Frozen as KYC verification pending/rejected/Employer Confirmation pending

                                        Please do the needful at the earliest.

                                        Also I am not able to locate any customer care number to raise this directly with HDFC....
