I have a message show in my credit card statement i.e.O FFUS emi, PRIM NB:04,[protected]Ref no 09999999981222004364717)
OFFUS EMI, INT NBR:04, [protected] (Ref# 09999999981222004364725) is on 22/12/2020. As debited amount 7898.65 and 299.91 respectively. Please solve my issue which I have no of times called to customer care but they did not respond any more.

    Rs 199 spent via credit card without opt and pin from Amazon1258399 this is stupid things happening from hdfc and Amazon people . please solve this issue no response from customer care people

          Hi,
          I opened my NPS account on 9th Jan and made contribution through HDFC Bank. The amount deducted from my account dur to this including charges is 1259.60.
          The transaction ref no is[protected].
          I spoke with the nps customer care and they asked me to speak with bank on this.
          Please help.

            I have a salaried account in HDFC bank (perungudi branch). Due to COVID 19 I have so many cash troubles. So I skipped nov and dec month NAVI loan. So my cheque got returned. On dec from Bank, they have charged like ACH debit return charge was debited 590rs as 18 times. My salary was 12500rs. But they have debited almost 11000rs. So I directly went to the bank and asked about the details. They have told that it is not happened from bank, it is from loan side. So I called to the NAVI loan and asked about the debit charges. They have informed it is from Bank side. What can I do? Still I didn't get my cash amount bank. I need immediate refund of 590*18=10800. Kindly do the needful asap. For this month also they have debited some charges. Now my account balance is -6500. I want to know the reason and refund.

              I had applied online for 2Fastags thro your portal on 27/12/2020. And on 28/12/2020 I received messages that the applications have been successfully registered with the f0llowing references
              HFR 01779735
              HFR 01779777.
              It was also informed that the fastags will be delivered within 7 working days . But till date the same has not been received . The residential address in the application is
              13/92 SIVASAILAM, PAMBOOR, KOTTEKKAD ROAD, KUTTUR PO., THRISSUR-680013.
              This is a very pathetic case of inordinate delay .
              Kindly do the needful urgently.

                      I received a message that my credit card has been charged for Rs.199 and I did not make any such transaction with my credit card and did not enter OTP or pin anywhere. Kindly get this charge removed.

                        I made a transaction of 49990/- on 12th January in croma store and the store reverted the transaction because they made a mistake and there was a misunderstanding about the product.
                        Its almost 2 days and i haven't received my amount back.

                        I have called my bank and they said there is no refund initiated.

                        Please help me with this issue.

                          I have applied for a home improvement loan and not found any resolution yet by sales persons.
                          They also demand other documents which are not listed out in your hdfc loan portal.
                          I have already paid processing fees and after they demanded a document which is not listed in hdfc loan portal.
                          Before upload documents, sales person has already told me that you are eligible for loan approval with current sale deed documents and now they are not providing me proper status for loan.

                          I have not found proper service from HDFC sales person and request to provide proper status otherwise provide me refund of processing fees.

                          Process is also very much slow and not found proper communication from the sales team.

                          Hope you are understand my frustration and resolve my query ASAP

                          NOTE : I have already email to many nodal officers but not found any call or reply and always found auto generated mail. Look like HIDFC does not have good managers and they are not interested in customer satisfaction. I have all the proofs and audio clips of conversations and If I will now going to share in social media and press.

                              I recently place an order for Samsung TV on Amazon throughHDFC Debit card EMI option, later I had to cancel the order. However the Debit card EMI has been triggered and sent me messages on EMI amounts.

                                      Yesterday at noon I placed an order on Reliance Digital store, but because of shortage in inventory my order got cancelled. In the morning I received message from HDFC Bank, that my amount has been credited back into my account but still its not reflected into my account yet.

                                      Message screenshot is attached below.

                                      As the message says from HDFC that, Reliance Digital has already processed the refund amount, but it is still not reflected when I check the balance!
