There are some discrepancies in my credit card bill. I, in this regard called Customer Care, After a whole lot of tiring process finally managed to get someone on the call. Before i could even start the conversation, the call was dropped. Now can't connect again since the IVR doesn't give me any option for talking to them.
There is a lot of discrepancies in my credit card bill. Who is going to solve this? if the customer care doesn't respond to the customers ?
