Respected manager,
Writing this to highlight i did full payment asked by bank executive to clear my credit card bill payment in cash year ago or more than that. Now i am recieving credit card bills every month though i am not using it.. I was informed my card is permanently blocked and cannot be re-activated.
I have sum of 28000/- hold amount on my account. Nobody has answered my query, i contacted customer care number hdfc mumbai care numbers visited branch too. Everyone is asking me to make payment but no one is sure whether this amount will get released or will be full deduction.
Kindly look into the matter awaiting for your reply.

    My name is Savio. Time and again i have been getting calls 2-3 calls per day from the hdfc bank pressurizing me to take their credit card and personal loans. Even though my phone number is on do not disturb list it seems to have no value. The shameless call centre guys from hdfc are continuously calling and disturbing. I request you to look into this matter as soon as possible. Today morning i got a call from this number [protected]. Yesterday received call from[protected], [protected]

      On 2nd January a loan was given in the name of 'Aggregator emi offus' for 10790 rs. In my credit card without my permission. I did not ask for any loan but it got credited without any intimation. Please help.

        HI I just wanted to unlock my Netbanking Because it was blockl due to I had raised the concern for the misuse of saving account but now all the matter has been solved I want netbanking and upi to unblocked. I have contacted to the branch for same they said me to ask to the banks consumer care ask from them to form which form is needed be submitted and thentake the printout of it and after filling it it submit it into branch.I am unable to contact consumer care services and I njust wanted to know WHich forn is needed to be printed out just share me link of it or send me ti my email adress quoted below [protected]@outlook.com

          Respected sir,

          I have try to book tatkal ticket in 25th nov 2020 through IRCTC website.the ticket was not booked but the amount was debited from my credit card(XXXX XXXX XXXX 3695).i asked IRCTC customer care and they told me that failed transaction was happened due to the the amount was not spend from your bank end.so please ask your bank. so kindly refund the failed amount Rs, 886.13 to me.

          I have send the Dispute form also to cc.[protected]@hdfcbank.com mail ID.but still i can't receive/Refund amount.?

          herewith i have attached the dispute form and supporting documents for your view.

          IRCTC Declared that amount was not processed from Bank. so IRCTC was not responsible to that amount.so kindly help me to solve this issue.

            Rs. 1999 was deduction from my account on 1st jan 2021 midnight without any authorization provided against this transaction, subjected as google pay reward. I was trying to connect with customer care team but not able to do so due to complications to connect through their contacts or sometimes they did not accept calls and disconnected automatically. Kindly reimburse the amount back to my account asap.

                unauthorised emi loan created by hdfc bank against my credit card aggregator emi - offus

                Address: SN 34 & 5, Sreeji Cplx, Bedford Circle, Nilgiris, Tamil Nadu 643101

                I had made a purchase on Flipkart on 25th December using my Easy EMI HDFC Credit card. I however cancelled my purchase and had the same amount credited back to my Credit Card. On 31st Dec, an AGGREGATOR EMI - OFFUS transaction been made. The credited amount not been adjusted with my Unbilled amount? HDFC has processed an EMI without my authorization and there is absolutely no way I can reach them over a customer service number.

                I have registered for fastag through hdfc online portal. After submission of application through online they have generated application number i. E. HFR01710209, on December 8th, Payment is deducted and got a message within 7 working days you will received. card is not yet received till now. I am trying to reach their toll free numbers but most of the times they are not working. I have paid rs 500 online for this registration. Kindly solve my issues.

                  Dear Team,
                  My Fast tag for application reference no HR[protected] is not delivered yet. It was applied 11 days back and there was commitment to deliver it within 7 days.
                  However, fast tag customer id and wallet id is issued on 29.12.2010.
                  Cust id[protected]. Wallet id - [protected].

                  Still its disappointing that fast tag is not delivered and also there is no tracking process of status. Also your toll free number always not reachable. I am not able to resolve this as I am unable to connect with anyone. Please look in to this otherwise please close my account and refund my all amount Rs.500.

                    I am trying to reach hdfc customer care firstly the ivrs system worst. I dialled many option and finally it redirected and then again it says our customer executives are busy in attending other calls, kindly stay online. I was kept online for 45 mins.

                    I tried multiple times the same, i got irriated and then finally i dropped call after for long hours, worstest worst customer service.

                        I have received the following sms from hdfc bank:

                        "Dear Customer Mandate reference no: HDFC[protected] issued to BSE Limited with value Rs. 50000 and frequency ADHO was rejected due to the reason 'Drawers Signature Differs' received today for processing. In case of any issue please get in touch with your branch."

                        I have not given any mandate. Please resolve the issue. Screen shot of the sms is attached herewith.

                            Iam getting so many calls claiming from hdfc bank and they are calling and torturing by speaking in tamil though my phone network is not registered in tamil nadu.
                            If i block a particular number, they will call from another number and keep troubling . Few numbers from which i received calls are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. They are really troublesome and appreciate if you take action on these people. If i keep the phone down, they will call from other number and keep calling continuously and i believe one lady who calls from these numbers is not mentally sound, she keeps making so many calls on amavasya days and speaks vulgar language .

                              There were Manual debit entries in my HDFC Fastag account for amounts 169.50 and 823.50 on 3rd April 2020.
                              Due to lockdown, the vehicle was in my parking on the date when the unauthorised charges were debited. Post lockdown, when I took out my car for a ride to Mumbai, at Mumbai-Pune expressway, I came to know that my account has been delisted/deactivated due to OD Balance. I called up the customer complaint number[protected] and they provided the mail id [protected]@hdfcbank.com and fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com. I sent the details, such as RC Copy, Car Photo and wallet statement; but there has been no revert from the bank or concerned Team. The complaint number is HBL=[protected]. Since fastag is going to be mandatory, I request HDFC Bank to reverse the manual debit entries, as it has been woringly charged to my account. Attached is the wallet statement for reference.

                                I did a transaction to recharge my fastag wallet thru BHIM app. money got debited from my card but was no credited to my fastag wallet. This happened on 28th november, 2020. From then on, I am following up with hdfc bank fastag customer care. Money has not credited back to my account till now. It's been more than 1 month now, no emails from them, no calls, and no proper response even if i call. I have sent so many emails, no response. Spoke atleast 20 times till now, no proper response

                                  I purchased Fastag with HDFC Bank. When I tried to recharge my account, I noticed that my fastag account got freezed. As discussed with customer care came to know that KYC have to be update. As they mentioned I shared the documents which all are needed for KYC verification on December_2020. Too many follow-up calls I made, but still there is no action made still.

                                    I m receiving too many calls from HDFC personal loan department. Approx. 5 calls daily (even on weekends) from past few months. I m not a customer of the HDFC and these calls are highly disturbing as they are late in night and during my working hours. I called HDFC customer care but of no use. Please help.

                                      I may please, Sir I login titi club through URL link dated 25/12/2020, I send money on the same day morning through BHIM APP Rs.5000/- through pay I [protected]@ hdfc bank and also paid Rs.500/- through payumoney.[protected]@axisbank. I started I daily earning money as per terms and conditions of titiclub, till today I have not received the money from titiclub I am put the withdraw every time failed or sucess, but money is not credited to my bank earning money or capital amount account till today. Therefore titi club day by da cheating me and also hared earned money, hence ivrequsting to you please registered the complaint against the titi club refund the money my through your platform to my bank account.
