      Dear HDFC support team,
      I am an existing customer for HDFC from the last more than 5 years and I have been availing personal loans based on my requirement.

      I had an irrecoverable incident with the recent loan whose details are mentioned below.

      Personal Loan Agreement Number.[protected] for INR 2490000/- (TWENTY FOUR LAKHS and NINETY THOUSAND)

      This is to bring it to your notice that I have applied for a personal loan through a follow up made from the below contact details claimed as Sailekha and Varsha might be fake names for sure.

      Apart from the above contact details I have also copied the person sailekha.[protected]@gmail.com to whom I have shared the documents to process the loan, I had a proof in my SENT items along with the Whatsapp chat history claiming their promises.

      Before processing the loan, these ladies promised me that there is an Offer valid for the month of DEC/2020 where they can wave off the processing fees, zero pre-closing charges after 12 EMI's and 0.5% cashback on the loan amount constituting a total of 4704 + 200 + 12450 = Rs 17354/-

      In addition to the above offers they have promised, It also incurred me a pre-emi interest of Rs. 12177/- which they promised to wave off when I told them that I will avail the loan in between 01/JAN/2021 and 05/JAN/2021 instead on 22/DEC/2020, they forced me to avail the loan saying that they are going to help me cope up with all these offers and wave off the charges

      Note : The persons who made a follow up with me seem to be reporting to Swathi and Nagaraju as i have spoken with them during processing on some questions/concerns/clarifications, Swathi confirmed that Sailekha is going to process the Offer.

      Now the total amount consolidated to 17354 + 12177 = Rs 29531/- which they promised me to make a settlement in the form of a refund, it's been more than a week now they are not at all responding to calls.

      I can understand that these offers were not associated with the HDFC bank.

      Your incentives and targets might have an indirect reflection on these false promises from these greedy people, but how would you like to avoid these types of fraud/cheat/false promises from the personal loan processing department in the future ?

      Spending some time and writing this in the hope of preventing these types of frauds/cheating with any customers in the future and also help me fulfill their promises.

        I had purchased new honda car in the month of October 2020. I had written several mails to hdfc to update my vehicle number and called the customer support several time. Customer support said they are not responsible for updating and they dont have access to emails. Fed up with this, i decided to close my fastag on 14th of December. I followed up several times for refund, and I still havent recived in my bank account. I spoke to Anitaa from fastag today and she said to send email again. Totally dissatisfied with fastag service of HDFC. Noone of the executives are informed on email communication, nor have authority to do anything. No escalation levels are followed and HDFC customer support does not take responsibility for anything. Past3 months they have been telling 2 working days, be it number plate updation or refund.

          I have been deducted different amount of Rupees 1071, 75. 37, 3.06, 5.21, 648.78, 227.45 in the month of November & December on different dates from my savings bank account. As the said amount is deducted without any notice either by SMS alert or E-mail.

          I request the concerned authorities to refund the above mentioned amount and credit into as soon as possible.

                uske baad sheetal mam ne bola ki 1750 amount pay kardo meine google pay amount pay kiya fir ek din baad firse call ki 4500 amount pay karo mene bola kalhi to 1750 pay kiye the ab firse 4500 kis liye pay karne hai to sir ne bola ki aapke documents verification ke liye pay karna hota hai or first salary ke saath aapko vo mil jata hai fir mujhe doubt huva isliye mene bola ki mujhe job nahi chahiye ab me sheetal madam ko call kar rahi hu to vo mera call hi receive nahi kar rahe or unhone bolatha ki 1750 aapke refundable amount hai agar aapki job nahi lagi ya cancel hui to aapko aapki amount refund ho jayegi

                please don't trust any people they all are fraud ...

                  It's been more than a year since I have received confirmation of being issues a fastag by HDFC. However I have not received the RFID sticker nor does the customer service respond. My Customer Id is[protected]. Please help.

                    Hi,
                    I became a customer of hdfc recently
                    I could find that 499 rs is debited from my account.

                    Transaction :
                    Net PI to HSL Sec A-c 3731744-[protected].

                    I was charged so much money and i specially mentioned i don't require any demat account, i have contacted hdfc and i am not satisfied with the approach and further they said it is hdfc securities and demat charges which i informed i don't want and cancel and refund my money back.

                      My hdfc fastag account is locked since 1 month the issue is not resolved till now. I kept on calling customer care and had been providing all the documents they wanted. Nowadays the customer care number itself is not working most of the time. Pathetic service from hdfc.

                      Somehow I was able to connect to customer care. They promised a callback from back end team by morning today. Not yet received. Customer care is also not reachable. I was planning to travel tomorrow. Not sure how to deal with this kind of irresponsible guys.

                          I tried transferring a sum of Rs 2, 00, 000 via the IMPS transfer from my HDFC Personal account to my self SBI Personal account . After I gave the OTP for the transaction and proceeded I got a message on my phone stating that the transaction had timed out due to technical reasons but the amount had been debited from y HDFC Account

                          Hereby requesting to let me know when the amount will be remitted back to my HDFC account and what other steps should I do further to inform the bank

                              I had given registration form for converting minor to major Account on 21st December. Till now i.e 29t and they did'nt. BM promised that they will do it in 3 days and it is more than a week now.

                                Since 2017 one assist has been continuously renewing their services on my card ending 3564 without my consent inspite of again and again lodging complaint with them. they apologise and mail bout approving cancellation of service and then again same problem. I am harassed to no end and i want refund of my money .

                                  Worst service by hdfc. I have 3 accounts at hdfc. For two accounts i can generate statement online however for one account [protected]. It just gives error visit bank. When i visited branch behind Sahyadri hospital Vanaz kothrud. They were veri rude especially lady with surname Sagar. I showed her screen shot of error still she said you dont know how to use in front login in front of me and show again. There was no network in bank so i was toggling between standing on road accessing account and showing it to her. She was pathetic she made me wait for half hour then again tried it herself and said come after two days. I asked tell me the issue i just dont want statement but fix the issue she refused. Then i had to approach branch manager after a lot of heated discussion with reluctance they checked and told me procedure to reactivate the account. In front of me two other customers were also shouting to get their queries resolved. One of them recorded video so branch manager threatened him to delete video else no service will be provided. WORST customer experience.
