I have done transaction of rupees 6109.30 on 20 December for school fees of Muktangan through payu. Amount got debited from my payzap card but not on payu it shows fail transaction.
So i request you to pls credit my debited amount.

    I have mailed HDFC for my fastag issue on their email, they are so irresponsible that they do not reply to my any mail, It has been happening from 16th October 2020 to till date 21st December 2020 and no response from their side. The fastag is not available to us and the amount is deducted from my fastag without going anywhere. I have my car without fastag, I submitted the complaint on the day this happen, I want to know why this happens, apart from that I want my fastag for myself. Through that I tried regularly email that they will see but they are no replying at all. You cas see at my snapshots. So if you're going to buy fastag from this I'll suggest you that don't go with them they are very irresponsible to their customers.

      Why withdrawing money from my account
      i have an a/c in hdfc bank mathura main branch in the name my a/c no. Is [protected]. When i have not signed ur auto debit & don't giving u any authority for debit money from my a/c then how dare u withdraw money from my a/c. On 10th dec 2020 u are withdraw rs.1200/- from my a/c. Now i say to u very clearly refund my money or i will fire case against u .Reply me within 48 hours. If not replying me iwill take strict actions against u .         Fastag dispute

        I have purchased HDFC fastag 1 year ago but my vehicle no. not updated in my fastag. Now I am not able to recharge my fastag also No records found showing on website. I have called customer care so many times but no solution given till now by their side....

          There was a transaction in my bank account. I get a call from customer care about that transaction. But customer care considered it as a fraud and blocked my account. but i requested him don't block my account but he did. i had called to query not to block my account. So now my hdfc a/c is locked. Debit card is blocked.net banking is blocked.

          I visited bank to enable my account and net banking and to apply a debit card. They asked me to fill a form. I did. As per them i will get my net-banking credentials in next 1 days. Its almost 3 days and i have not received any message/mail from bank end.

          Due to this my salary wont be deposited, loan emi will trigger to the account and bank will not allow to do the transaction. So will pay the penalty for that emi as well.

          Now who is responsible? Is it the customer care representative / bank/ myself who had called them for a query

                When I initially opened my account the person in charge told me that I have to deposit 15 thousand by cash at first and when I was depositing the money, he told me that I have to deposit 14000 now and keep 1000 in his hand and ext day he will deposit it for me so that my account can officially open, I thought how thoughtful of this bank to decrease my hassle and I, with my blind thrust gave him the money and next day I went to generate my atm pin and there I saw the amount and it was Rs14115 and then I took out a mini statement and it showed that my Rs 885 was deducted for DCD which I never applied for ...please look into this matter, don't deduct people's money without their consent

                    I was employed in a co. back in 2018 and left it in early 2019 after few months I received a msg that my money was deducted due to non maintenance and it became nill .
                    I talked to support team they said I have to visit branch and branch employee told me to go to the branch which is 22 km far from my place.
                    I thought it would stop at 0 but after few month I got msg hat it keeps on deducting and my balance got in negative.
                    I dropped numerous mails and consumer forums but they dont close it and saying I have to Pay first all the money i.e 6503.
                    I dont have that much of salary. Please help me out here Its been more than a year fighting over this.

                      On 17 of December 2020 I've payed rs 10000 cash for the credit card. On the same day at around 6 pm, 9200 rs was deducted when i had not done any transaction. I want to know the details as to why those money were deducted. If this query is not solved within 24 hrs I'll be complaining to the RBI.

                          I have applied for fastag via hdfc online with refernce number HR[protected]. After applying, i got message stating that filled form pdf will send to your registered email, which i didn't receive yet.
                          After few days i got a message with my wallet id and customer id[protected]. So now i am able to login to site, but so far i didn't receive fastag sticker. I tried to call customer support - [protected] multiple times but nobody is picking the call. Then i tried to call pos number of bangalore [protected], but again the same, nobody picks the call. Even i didn't receive any call from any of the courier services.
                          I have 8 years of relationship with hdfc and never face such scenario. But for specific to fastag service this is happening. With this i am bit scared, how can i get help if i stuck in some toll plaza, as nobody is receiving the call.

                            I had submitted for re-issue of fast tag by paying sum of Rs. 100 to the specified account "SMPLIFED FINE PVT LTD. on 21st January 2020.

                            In spite of repeated calls to TOLL free no. i had not received the FAST TAG as of today.

                            As A last resort i am complaining to consumer complaints against the HDFC bank before approaching the BANKING OMBUDSMAN.

                              I've applied for an Insta Jumbo loan online and it's processed on 8th of Dec. 2020, I got loan amortization schedule ([protected]) and 1st emi statement also but till now I've not received the loan amount. As I don't have account in HDFC so it should be Demand Draft that they've to send but there is no information about DD whether it send or not. Customer Care no. I've already tried so many times if I connect to loan department then they say plz contact credit card department and under credit card there is no option of query regarding this type of loan so it's going round and round only. Don't know whom to contact and why should I pay emi for the amount that I've not received yet..

                              How this complaint marked as resolved when till date I've not received my Demand Draft. Since so many days I'm calling customer care and finally today I got to know that DD was dispatched on 9th of Dec by Swift Courier tracking #[protected] but I've not received it yet. While tracking it online it's showing no details available, almost half of may day is wasting on tracking this issue. I'm repenting now why I've applied for this loan, EMI for this amount I've to pay till 5th of Jan while there is no amount received so far...can any HDFC executive help me in this regards?

                                I have done a transaction of Rs.29919 on 17 Dec 2020.The transaction got failed but the money has been debited from my account. The transaction got failed because of the timeout error which happened at the hdfc bank’s end. Please look into this issue and resolve it asap and refund amount asap because on 17 I will have to pay emi and money got hold from hdfc this is a serious issue if transaction got failed you will have to refund amount assoon possible like one or 2 hour if you will refund amount within 3 or 4 days this is ### please do needfull as soon as posilbe

                                  I have been using HDFC fastag for the past 3 years, last week noticed that my account is blocked with no intimation from HDFC about it after multiple calls to customer care I found that I have to update my KYC, and every time I call CC they give a different reason. after submitting the relevant documents they have issued me a new fastag but still, the wallet account is blocked. I do not understand the logic of sending the replace fastag with the account still blocked, after multiple calls to customer care I have found that again I have to send documents for unlocking the account. It's really pathetic customer service for HDFC fastag just for simple fastag.I would suggest HDFC to stop issue fastag, please do not defame your bank name.
