Dear All, Beware of HDFC promotion mails, They are not fulfilling their promise and telling lies without doing their job.
My family is a classic customer for HDFC, I am getting great response from the support team.
I have received a mail on Feb 2020 to spend Rs.20000 and get an Amazon voucher of Rs.2000, I have spent the amount as per their instruction and waited for the coupon till June 2020, I have tried the HDFC customer care in June and July, Not able to reach them and wasted many hours with the automated voice system,
And escalated this issue by Mail on 1st August 2020, No response from their side, I have given the reminder on Aug 19, Aug24, Aug30, Sep 14th and September 23, I have got only the acknowledgements, I have attached the acknowledgements here,
Finally I have got the reply from the team on 23rd September, They told that they have sent the voucher on May 28th and its expired on 31st August it seems, I have replied to them with the screenshot of my mail box and states that I have raised this issue on 1st of August, If you would have respond to that mail, I would have used it on or before its expiry date, From then onwards the great support executives Murali Subbaraman and Karthik, Copying and pasting the same response for my mails, Not even reading my mail, Both are use for nothing, You can relieve from the Job with immediate effect.
Still now I am fighting with the team to get my voucher.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
