I checked my credit card statement and it's not credited to my credit card. I am scared as it is really large amount of money. Please help me. Since its a message from bank, it means that flipkart...

Have purchased iphone 11 in August 2020 and as indicated that I will receive Rs. 5000 cashback within 120 days.
It has been more than 120 days but i have not received any cashback whatsoever.
Not able to reach out to anybody as well.

Amount 461 is getting deducted with the description NWD DEC CHG (ATM Withdrawal charges) eventhough my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from ATM other than HDFC. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this....

I am a HDFCBANK customer and have also got fasttag from hdfcbank.
On 06 Nov 2020, I was coming from Khopoli to mumbai via khalapur.At toll point in was in the cash lane since I knew that I did not have sufficient balance in fasttag.Hence I paid cash of Rs 203.Later today i found that i was debited Rs 203 from my fasttag account also.
I need to complain about the toll personnel who should have tolded me that the amount was debited...

It's been 22 days since I have brought my complaint on the credit card EMI issue to the notice of HDFC customer care(Complaint no.:[protected]. Meanwhile I had called their senior management team (Ph:[protected] at least 4 times regarding the update. Every time they said "the complaint is under review and it shall be resolved under 48h for sure". As an evidence, I have recorded all my calls with them with prior consent. But my issue...

My account has been debited with 1200 for not maintaining minimum balance. But that is salary account, which we can keep zero balance....

Today I got the message mentioned below for my refund by spicejet as my flight got cancelled due to COVID 19. It states that the amount has been refunded but it has not reflected in my account.

I have called customer 3 times and the reason for that is mentioned below:
All the time the customer care representative have put me on hold by saying that they are working on the issue which I have asked and then they will put me on hold and then will disconnects the call with out giving me the solution to my query....

I made purchases worth INR 53296 (transaction ID 000930) on 9th August 2018 and worth INR78, 314 on 24august 2018 (transaction ID[protected] at Tanishq and I NEVER got my 5% cashback amount from HDFC bank....

Myself Mayank Recently I opened a savings account in HDFC Bank through online mode, but when I visited the Bank branch on[protected], i.e ( Dilshad Colony, Delhi) for KYC Mr. Radhey Singh assisted me and he denied doing my KYC mentioning the reason that I don't have any surname, so he cant do my KYC with a single name.
