I have been using a. Saving account from HDFC since last 1 year. This month Nov 2020 my account is suddenly showing blocked with a negative balance. I have not recived any email, sms or call about this. I do not have any credit card yet the account says credit card hold. I need my account unloacked else I am moving to consumer court for this harrassment. My wife had her surgery few days back and I am already in a very bad phase. Either sort it out or I am filing a report and a case

    Dear All, Beware of HDFC promotion mails, They are not fulfilling their promise and telling lies without doing their job.

    My family is a classic customer for HDFC, I am getting great response from the support team.

    I have received a mail on Feb 2020 to spend Rs.20000 and get an Amazon voucher of Rs.2000, I have spent the amount as per their instruction and waited for the coupon till June 2020, I have tried the HDFC customer care in June and July, Not able to reach them and wasted many hours with the automated voice system,

    And escalated this issue by Mail on 1st August 2020, No response from their side, I have given the reminder on Aug 19, Aug24, Aug30, Sep 14th and September 23, I have got only the acknowledgements, I have attached the acknowledgements here,

    Finally I have got the reply from the team on 23rd September, They told that they have sent the voucher on May 28th and its expired on 31st August it seems, I have replied to them with the screenshot of my mail box and states that I have raised this issue on 1st of August, If you would have respond to that mail, I would have used it on or before its expiry date, From then onwards the great support executives Murali Subbaraman and Karthik, Copying and pasting the same response for my mails, Not even reading my mail, Both are use for nothing, You can relieve from the Job with immediate effect.

    Still now I am fighting with the team to get my voucher.

      Dear All,

      Please Beware of HDFC promotion mails, They are sending promotional mails to spend more every month, But they are providing the coupons as per their promise, I have received a mail from HDFC to spend 13000 to get an Amazon coupon for Rs.750, I have done the transaction only for the coupon, Still now I haven't received the coupon, If I raise the ticket with them they are telling stories now, I am not eligible for the coupon it seems, Why because I have got another credit for the different transaction it seems, Nowhere you have mentioned this stories and all, Then why did you send the promotional message to me to spend 13000.

      Dear Friends Don't use HDFC credit cards for their promotional activities.

        Money got deducted twice, but I swiped only once and its been three days money not yet returned.

        I had used HDFC card on Saturday and taken 2k, oddly around 2Am I got sms saying another 2k was deducted around the same time I had taken money(7:30pm), but I had swiped only once, its been 3 days already and HDFC is yet to return my money, please help me out!

          I have made a purchase from ajio and cancelled it ajio had initiated refund 15 days back bt still I didn't receive any refund in account.they had given me a reference number also the reference no is [protected]

            Since 10 years I am a customer of HDFC Life. I have a life insurance for which it is time for the maturity payout. We have been requested to send some documents like ID cards etc. to them. But they continue to ask for more documents. We send all documents 2 times per email and brought them to the HDFC bank office in the city too. But they request that we go to Hubli to meet them in their office. We wasted so much time for this already, sending emails, calling them on the phone, going to the bank office in city. It is enough.

            I can only recommend to everybody:
            STAY AWAY FROM HDFC !!!
            You get only trouble!

              I have cancelled the order on amazon but it was cancelled they have refunded money immediately to bank which was debited from my debit card. I also received message on amazon that - my refund on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 6742 for rs. 498.00 has been credited/reversed by amazon on[protected]". But till now i didn't received money in my bank account in a month

              Amazon company send me reference number of refund for send to bank customer care please send email /contact number so l send number

                I have not expected this kind of service from a well known bank hdfc. I have forgotten my debit card pin and my IPIN for Internet banking and from last 5 days I have been calling customer service but there is no help received from them now the issue I am not able to reset my IPIN because it needs debit card pin details to follow the process and on the other hand I am not able to reset my debit card pin through atm or via online because I don't remember my old debit card pin. So I request you to please look in to this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

                  with respect to above reference, The card which is used by me was given as replacement card. Also, it was never explained or communicated that charges will be applied if this card is Not used up to certain limits.
                  Being a customer, it is our choice whether I must use or not to use any card and it is our responsibility to make a Payment if I have used any services.
                  I am doing my responsibility and making payment of bills on or before time.
                  Now the bank has added charges of 2500 without any intimation and without my knowledge.
                  I was highlighting this issue to Virtual Relationship manager, Then customer Care credit card department,
                  But everyone is doing just time Pass rather than understanding the issue and doing the Reversal of this Amount.
                  Please have a look in the issue Instruct relevant authority to do the reversal of Rs. 8150 as per following:
                  - 2500 - Transaction amount
                  - 450 - Interest @18 % per Month
                  - 200- Phone charges
                  - 5000- Mental harassments

                      Hi..

                      1. I am not happy with the service of relationship manager... Can you please let me know how to change relationship manager at HDFC bank?

                      2. My credit card has been blocked due to non-payment of membership fee Rs 512( which I have paid now).
                      I haven’t got any notifications on paying this amount so I missed.
                      I have been HDFC member for 6 yrs and this is very unfortunate that because of this small amount, my card has been deactivated.
                      I have been trying to reach the customer care since morning to resolve this issue but no one is responding back.
                      This is unacceptable and I need the card to be activated ASAP otherwise I have to switch to some other banking service.

                        I am HDFC credit card customer for more than 10 years and recently changed my residence and moved during lockdown.

                        I have sent many mails to support for address change along with aadhar card, electric bill etc. but no response received till date.

                        I tried to reach out to call centre where calls are not answered or cut down abruptly. its really humiliating when they are treating customer for simple service request.

                        Now they have sent new credit card to old address and nobody is responsible for it.

                        i tried to login online but system does not work at all. All the time it is saying try later. No new password is being generated.

                          What does it mean that customer reference number "************" issued to Yes bank with value **** and frequency ADHO was rejected due to drawers signature differs received today for processing. What should I do now?

                            Hi HDFC,

                            I am not getting any OTP SMS on my canada number. As a result I am not able to add a beneficiary or pay bills using HDFC card. Also there is no way to get OTP on email.

                            I have already sent numerous emails to supprt hdfc customer care email but no proper solution. Most of the emails dont get any reply.

                            Kindly please help. What is the use of bank account if we are not able to use the banking services.

                                I have received confirmation from AIR INDIA, they had initiated refunded of ticket on 9th Oct'20 and process was complete on 15th Oct'20 from their end.

                                I have still not received the amount on my HDFC credit card account.
                                Since last 2 weeks I am following up with HDFC and I have been informed by customer support over call that I need to send an email and get the status of the payment. I have sent an email and still have not received any reply from HDFC team (Email Ref number[protected].

                                Can you please help and let me know the status?

                                  Issue : HDFC Bank has debited INR 88.50 in my Current Account for the following transactions.

                                  1. MIR[protected] INR 29.50
                                  2. MIR[protected] INR 29.50
                                  3. MIR[protected] INR 16.41
                                  4. MIR[protected] INR 13.09

                                  Transaction Remarks: NWD DECCHG 25-08-20 CARDEND[protected]

                                  While opening HDFC Salary Account in WIPRO LIMITED, HDFC Sales persons promised that we have unlimited ATM withdrawals. Kindly mention why HDFC charged my Current Account and also refund the same.

                                  I wrote the above mail to HDFC CUSTOMER CARE TEAM and received the following reply.

                                  Resolution provided :
                                  Dear Mr. Gowtham, Thank you for writing to us. This is with reference to your e-mail dated September 04, 2020 with Subject line : We would like to inform you that when you use your HDFC Bank Debit Card at other Bank ATMs within / outside India or at a merchant outlet outside India, and the transaction gets declined due to insufficient funds, the chargesof Rs. 25 per transaction (plus GST) are levied. As per our records, such declined transaction was attempted on August 26, 2020 for which these charges of Rs29.30 were levied to you on August 29, 2020.

                                  Existing Issue with HDFC Bank : Upon analysing the above scenario, I have found the exact issue.
                                  Exact Issue : I have tried to Withdraw money from Non - HDFC ATM but Transaction declined due to Lack of Money in ATM Machine. But HDFC Bank Softwares assumes that Transaction Declined due to Insufficient Funds. This shows clearly that HDFC software is not tested properly.

                                  This is unfair/illegal to charge a customer for Insufficient Funds in other bank ATM machine.

                                  I want HDFC Bank to Refund all the money to all the customers, which HDFC Bank has collected through the application bug.

                                    In my bank account, there should be exactly an amount of 486/- rupees but instead it has 14/- rupees only. So what happen to the rest of money(472/- rupees). I want it back because it is my hard earn money and I don't want it to disappear into thin air mysteriously. Please return my money back.

                                      Its been almost 6hrs and amount is not yet received by beneficiary.
