Credit Card upgraded without confirming, and that my earned points 12500 in my previous card diners club millennium is reduced to 4500 and when i ask to customer care through email they said that you have more value card issued so your points i reduced to 4500 it is a fraud bank do get HDFC bank credit cards cheating customers even not responding to the query appropriate answers they have the template like this they send the same reply to every customers not even bother about the customer query

    Primarily, HDFC bank should not contact me, offering any credit card/loan/any offers on loan/any offers for this matter as I settled my card with them after the complaints to RBI.

    Since 2 Years again they started Nonstop calls and emails pestering me all time to take a credit card/loan. I had informed them of my case for all the callers. But still, they keep calling me saying we got data from my manager, and when I ask them to connect to the manager they refuse and disconnect abruptly.

    I have a list of numbers which I can provide, even sometimes I need to use abusive language due to their torture by calls.

      Ordered on 16 Oct 2020 and the amount of the product was 319.00 rs. I had received my order from amazon on 22 Oct 2020 and it came defective so I went for replacement and I replaced and received the new product on Nov 3 2020 and that too came out defective and this time I went for return and returned it to amazon and the order was picked up and my refund was processed on 4 nov 2020 and I was to receive the refund by 9 Nov 2020. I am writing this complaint on 26 nov 2020 by talking to both amazon and hdfc for help but none of them were helpful.
      My Amazon Refund Reference no. is[protected] and I will attach the mail sent by Amazon confirming the refund reference no.
      Please help me

        Hi, amount of 29.50 and 19.40 has been deducted from my account recently without even any intimation regarding this. I came to know that it has been deducted abruptly even when I am not using my card to take money from any atm. Now my account has minus balance. Also there is no proof of why it has gone below zero.

            Hi,

            I got a mail from HDFC on July 4th 2020 stating that, if i spent 41000 between 3rd July to 31st July. Will receive 1500 Gift voucher before end of October 31st 2020.

            I spent the amount of 41000 between that period, having credit card statement as a proof. But i didnt received the Gift voucher till now, enquired the same to HDFC Credit card department. They are not responding correctly, always telling 2 working days, 5 working days, etc.. No solution so far.

            I need immediate assistance to get the Gift voucher and also compensation for making wait so long .

            Kindly take acction ASAP.

                    I had purchced an item from amazon on emi which was supposed to be no cost emi, i understant that the interest on emi was reduced by amazon from the device price.                     Hello there ! I made a purchase on Amazon through easy emi card on 26/05/2020 worth 18, 500/- . On the same day I cancelled that order and I received refund in the month of June . But last month I got bill to pay emi and I mailed to cc.[protected]@hdfcbank.com and they confirmed that refund was confirmed in the month of June . So please close that emi and please refund charges for that transaction too because it’s a mistake from bank . Please check the attached screenshots for more info !                         My name is Allwin Joseph from mumbai and i have been a valuable customer of HDFC bank since more than 6 years.
                        I have a credit card as well as a savings A/c.

                        Few weeks back i got a call from the hdfc CREDIT CARD customer care and they were trying to sell me a new personal insurance plan called aditya birla active secure plan. The premium amount is 7090 for 2 years .
                        I was not at all interested in this plan but they were trying so hard to sell it. The customer representatives name was ANUJ GUPTA and he told me that if i take this plan all the finance charges that was charged on my credit card post lockdown(after may month) will be refunded back along with the late payment charges.
                        I have never delayed in making any payments whatsoever .only once it happened because of some auto debit issues and i was not aware of it ..
                        Now its been so many weeks and still they have not refunded a single penny, I mean this is a clear case of fraud and cheating that too from such a big nationalized bank.
                        Mr anuj promised me he will return all the charges.
                        Today when I called to complain about this the customer representative told me that my refund request has been denied.
                        I mean seriously???ITS NOT MY MISTAKE IT GOT REJECTED..
                        YOU PEOPLE PROMISED ME THATS THE ONLY REASON I TOOK THAT POLICY.
                        I RERUEST YOU ALL TO KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS AND GIVE ME A PROPER RESOLUTION.
                        OTHERWISE I AM DONE WITH HDFC BANK.

                          Aman Raj, who is your customer, made me fraud of 10, 000 rupees with me, I made it fraud with me in the Compliant Cyber Cell and here .I have also compliant Paytm Cyber Cell and I also tell you to lock the account of that person and get all my money refunded. For this, I also had you DM on mail and Twitter. I request you to stop this as soon as possible. This person has fraudulently sent a message but no one has told.That is all I can tell, if you need any more information, you can call or mail me.

                          I had an ad in social media instagram from extreme_profit, then I saw his story and post, I thought it would be right and I also got money I needed it, so I thought about it, whatsapp on it, then after that he told me your money has got to me, now wait 25 minutes. I then got him a massage in Whatsapp chat after 25 minutes but he did not reply to me and blocked me. Then I used to massage him on Instagram but he used to block me by speaking upside down, then I thought that they are fraud, That is why I Complaint in its Compliant Cyber ​​Cell and with the help of this money I got 10, 000₹ money from Paytm Payments Bank.
                          Then I told this to Paytm, then after 1 day, Paytm shared an account number with him, I saw him and then he saw the bank of the bank, If I was, then I told all this in the Twitter account of HDFC bank, then he took his Compliant and started the investigation still under process, And I had also shared a form from Paytm, I filled it and shared it with Paytm, to HDFC Bank, Then I have a few days later, with an Instagram new account, he wooed that fraud person and took his national documents, And my 1st Complaint Closed has been Reason to share details without fraud, so I brought more details of that fraud so I Complaint must be raised again.

                            Very poor service. it's been a year m trying to close my credit card. all I did was visited the nearest bank and then they say to call customer care. and guess what? they won't attain your calls. and simply keeps on charging you. I won't recommend this bank at all to anyone. highly irresponsible. the customer care people are so rude and keep on hanging your calls. you guys are worse than SBI.

                              I had placed an order online on www.titan.co.in using my credit card with an EMI option to it.
                              Product: SHIMMER FROM RAGA MOMENTS OF JOY
                              Amount got deducted but order did not get placed.
                              Did not receive any email or sms regarding the order placed after raising an email to Titan company they had stated that
                              "At the outset, we regret for the inconvenience caused to you.
                              With reference to the below email, we would like to inform that the transaction for the mentioned order was unsuccessful and the order is in rejected status."

                                Recently I made a transaction of over 10k using an HDFC easy EMI credit card. And I was interested to pay my whole amount in a single go which I did.
                                But in the monthly statement, it was get converted into aggregator offus EMI which was not expected.
                                Now I have to pay 1000 more. Hate this.
                                I don't wanna convert into auto EMI if I spent more than 10k.

                                  I have been charges 2170 rupees in multiple instances for an ACH failure. There was an EMI due on Nov 2nd, i paid to the vendor directly the same day -Nov 2nd. But HDFC has charges me 590 three times and 400 on 23rd Nov. I request the bank to refund my money since i have paid my EMI on the same due day. Also 2170 is too much for an EMI of 3600. Please return my hard earned money.

                                    I am always keeping my hdfc balance above 10, 000 rupees but instead of that hdfc has debited rs 885 in 23rd November, 2020 as my annual debit card fee which was not notified even when i opened my account in this bank. I am using hdfc bank for the last 10 years but they had never deducted any annual debit card fee. This is the first time and no explanation related to any debit card fee was given when they have offered me the debit card. This is such a ridiculous thing.

                                    Kindly revert this and can credit my account with rs 885.

                                      Hello. My registered mobile number with bank is [protected]. I had purchased Samsung Buds+ from Samsung online store using my HDFC Regalia First Credit Card ending with 2968 on 19.07.2020 for Rs.8541. There was a flat 10% cashback offer on my purchase and it was stated in the terms and conditions that the cashback would be credited within 90 days from the date of transaction. It has been more than 90 days but I haven't received any cashback.
