I was holding a HDFC Credit card 8 years ago. From the year 2012, I have been in abroad and was not using the credit card. But in CIBIL, the card shows active. My name is Hari Subramanyam Jakkula and PAN is ACRPH0293D. Email address - [protected]@yahoo.com
Please help me for next steps to resolve this.

    I have received welcome kit in my address of account ***********6655 . But you guys block my account . Why ?

    If you sent welcome letter, then why can't I delivered?

    Its your responsibility.

    Today I received the email and message that my account is blocked.

    I have completed KYC and received debit card as well as pass book. I transact many times. They why are you guys disturbing me ?

      I have availed a housing loan of Rs 2900000/(Account No[protected] for a tenure of 15 years.
      At the time of filling up of loan application, we were explained the insurance, we were informed and that the insurance for 15 years term is one time amount of Rs 86000/.
      We duly filled the required forms and submitted all the required documents.
      At the time of disbursement of loan, we were informed that the tenure cannot be for more than 5 years as I am eligible for a term of 5 years only as I work in Merchant Navy.
      This is breach of the commitment of HDFC.
      The Manager informed me that the executive was not aware of the rules.
      I want the insurance to be covered for the full tenure.
      Please assist me

        Hi Sir/Mam,

        I am using HDFC credit card. I forgot to pay bill amount Rs. 588 on 8 February. I Paid 5 days late on 13-02-21. But the HDFC bank charged me RS. 8317.44. So kindly do the needful.

            I have applied the business loan in hdfc and it is not approved. I have spoken to my hdfc advisors they said i had some problem in 2020 but they don't know the reason for rejection. Ric team have rejected the request. I don't know what is the problem and how to rectify it. Kindly check on this asap

                I have a car loan from hdfc bank last year at November n my emi was unable to deduct from my account due to signature miss match so i use Net banking to pay or something time through cash deposits I fill ecs mandate form and submit to the bank on February ans now it's march but still the same problem..
                Please look over the matter i work for defense so sometimes I even have to go some places were I hardly find network..

                  Applied for Fastag on 20th Feb 2021 via HDFC online, received an acknowledgement on email saying it would be delivered in 7 days.

                  On 9th March I receive an email and sms saying it's been replaced (no reason mentioning why it needed a replacement)

                  The tollfree number given doesn't work and there's no way to contact them.
                  I am still waiting - 17 days and counting.

                    I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has added 1399/- amount of one assist membership fee in credit card statement, credit card number ending with 1328 without my concern on date:19/02/2021. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the one assist membership amount from my statement.i will not pay that amount

                      I received a personal loan in 2016 from HDFC Bank. The details of my loan are as follows:
                      Personal loan agreement number: 40468762
                      Name of the account holder: Angalaeswari M
                      Loan Amount: Rs. 3, 00, 000/-
                      I was unable to repay my personal loan EMI on time due to my financial problem. So my personal loan account became NPA status.
                      In January 2020, HDFC Bank filed a lawsuit against my personal loan under the NI Act.
                      In August 2020, I repaid my personal loan without any arrears.
                      In this connection, the HDFC Bank had issued a No Objection Certificate (Account Closure letter) vide letter no. 40468762/1955/BOD/280820/C/001 Dated: 28-AUG-2020.
                      After fully repaid, HDFC Bank agreed to withdraw the lawsuit filed under the NI Act against my personal loan.
                      Although the loan was repaid in full, HDFC Bank did not withdraw my case. The case is still pending in court for more than six months and the court has issued a warrant against me. Further, there was no proper response from the HDFC Bank Arakkonam Branch.
                      And also I have made so many petitions in this regard, but there was no response from the legal team.
                      This is completely unreasonable and gender biased. I am completely depressed because of this harassment.
                      I request your good self to kindly look into the matter.

                        I had HDFC credit card some years back. I think it was in 2004 or 2005. After using for one year, I discontinued the card with no outstanding, . Still HDFC did not terminated the card and kept sending bills with annual fees. Now they keep sending some vague statement asking thousands of rupees whereas I do not owe them anything, neither I am user of card.

                        There is no way to contact them. When they did followup, I ask them whether I can put legal action on them for such harrassment, they did not provide any address or contact details. Basically they send statement asking money, but at their end, there is no one to talk to any sense or settlement. I do not ahve credit card number as it was discontinued long back, so it is not possible to make any online complaint in company website, statement do not show credit card number fully.

                              Cancellation of One Assist Membership
                              I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has charged me a total bill of Rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 3336 without my concern. I am not interested about this service and also never agreed with this service to be activated and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1899/-.

                                  I am an existing customer bearing policy number-PP000208.
                                  On 8th March 2021 at 3.17pm to 3.19 I made two calls for my query.. The first call attended by an executive who was so unprofessional at her approach to attend customer query. She event lost her decency to extend her assistance further and willing to disconnect in a hurry... In my second time call my query got answered by another executive with proper intention of serving customer with their query.

                                  Such untrained and ill mannered executive actually spoils the Brand value of the Organisataion.

                                    My company opened a salary account with HDFC in 2011, but for some reasons I moved to ICICI and had very less transactions with HDFC there after. Also I was asked to take a MF SIP in one of the branches through CAMS and they linked this account for direct deduction of 1000 RS against each SIP every month. I wanted to close that before COVID but neither HDFC nor CAMS helped in closing that SIP

                                    till covid situation I was able to maintain some balance hence my account was in debit balance. there are two complaints here

                                    1) Since I could not close my SIP and no balance in account I have been charged 600 per month as ACH return charges
                                    2) Also they charged me for not maintaining sufficient funds
                                    3) no intimation of converting salary account to Savings account
                                    4) also they sent message only from last 3 months.
                                    5) they expect us to visit home branch only for account closure and in total they moved my account into credit of 13000 rs
                                    6) How can they expect people to visit Nacharam branch and I stay at Miyapur. no transportation and its my safety concern as well.
                                    7) now when I went to home branch for account closure they are asking me to pay the amount and then get it closed.
                                    8) why are the customers being charged in this covid situation and that too without intimations.
                                    9) we get multiple calls asking if we need loans, why don't they call for these things and get them sorted?

                                        Respected Sir,

                                        Sir, as per my Current Month outstanding amount statement show "39460" Rs. Unknown & Unauthorized Transaction in My HDFC Credit card on Date of 05/March/2021. I search and Check all My Transaction related SMS on my Registered Mobile Number, but as per the Current Month outstanding amount statement showing "39460" Rs. to "TATA CHEM CONSUMER CO-OP SAMBHAL", But in reality, I didn't pay the amount, but the same date I paid 390 INR. by the Card vie WIFI mode for fill Petrol in My Activa 125 model Scooter, I Kept the payment slip from the Petrol pump Vendor,
                                        I call to HDFC Care center but they told me, We Block my Current Credit card and raised my concern about the Transection, they already sent me New credit card Request but told me to contact the Cyber cell and get FIR against the Transection.
                                        Sir, they Confusing me for Solve my this issue.
