I paid to allensolly on 31july 2020, and there was 10% cashback scheme which was supposed to be credited within 90 days but has not been credited yet. So i need my cashback as soos as possible.
Note - Payment was in name of Madura Fashions.

    This is wrt to complaint no./ref no. 2227587.Cx id:47302902
    Ac no: [protected]I had initiated a transaction for amount 16449.68 INR to Agoda.com for a hotel booking but the amount never reached the travel agent. The amount got deducted from my account but never reached the merchant. and neither did the amount get reversed/credited back to my account. Txn details on statement are as follows
    POS51296XXXXXXXX3873Retail Domestic Ref Num: 554802For amount ₹16449.68 on 6th Oct
    The transaction was initiated on 6th Oct, the same day complaint was raised on hdfc support, after multiple follow ups got the first revert on 9th Oct assuring that the same will be resolved shortly and requesting me to fill the card holder dispute form. The form with the necessary proofs(Merchant Correspondence) was filled and sent on the same day itself i.e. 9th Oct, since then I have requested multiple times for the amount to get reversed and still there is no response or update on the same. I never expected HDFC services to be so pathetic .I am asking for a reversal for the past 45 days and have mailed and called more than 30 times. Transaction is on 6th Oct and today its 21st Nov it has been more than 45 days. I am compelled and left with no option but to raise a complaint on the consumer forum, HDFC being one of the top banks should be ashamed for this kind of service.

    The merchant on the other hand with whom i have no relationship with was quick enough to check their records and respond on the same day. Please tell me what is the point of being a long loyal customer of HDFC.

      I had recharged a wrong amount of Rs 250 instead of 249 rupees fortunately my amount has been debited from my bank account and the retailer not recieved recharge through PAYZAPP even the status of the recharge is pending so please kindly refund my money due to unsuccessful recharge...

            Hai this is Rahul, i had blocked debitcard and netbanking and upi transctions due to fear of misuse of m y account as my phone got stolen, as the problem sorted out i raised request at bank to unblock netbanking and upi and for new debitcard. I got new debitcard and it is working and netbanking it is unblocked and able to transact. But am not able to send money via upi transaction such as phone pe, paytm, payzaap etc. Since my upi is not unblocked am not able to make transactions. I had raised complaints thru phonebanking but every time they say raised the issue or mailed the issue wait for 3 working days
            So kindly request you to sort out my problem as soon as possible

              already the bank charged approx 4000rs from my account, i have complained that too in bank Kalkaji branch please return my money back asap

                HDFC Bank has informed you that it has not disclosed my amount from the account .And it does not come back play positive so please request that you please check.
                I would like to express my concern that HDFC Bank has debited my savings account RS 23, 112 / - without my official account, the following details are as under: 20/11/2020 FUND TRF DM-522852******5371.
                This is wrong. How can I transfer money without my knowledge? And then how much money would have been transferred before him.
                The money came from my scholarship and I can't pay it and those kids I can't sit for college exam, but if I have any loss, he will be held responsible by hdfc bank. You can see where the money comes from in the account in the statement . This money should be given to me because I want to give an exam .. Please help me ... otherwise I will have to commit suicide. And HDFC Bank is responsible for all this

                      I have paid off my loan on 13th of this month.

                      Since then an amount of 590 has been getting deducted from my HDFC Bank. I have been trying to get in touch with customer care HDFC bank since 2 days I called more then 10-20 time and was on queue saying that all their executives are busy. They make me wait for 10 minutes and simply disconnect the call. This is really frustrating, I need a refund for the same as they have deducted more than 2500 as .ach debit return charge for a loan which is already cleared. Worst Customer service ever. I think the number they have provided is a fake.

                            My RFID tag (34161FA8203288AC0386B2A0), is blacklisted without any intimation (by any SMS or call), i recharged it by Rs. 1000 on 11th Nov. 2020 and i was unknown that its blacklisted and i cannot use it.
                            When i started my travel from pune-Indore on 13th Nov. 2020 i came to know at toll plaza on AB road (Dhule) that its black listed and i cannot use it. I use cash all the way (on more than 6 tolls), waiting 30mins. at each toll (more than 3~4 hrs.) wasted because of this and double the toll is charged to me.

                            I filed complaint on 13th Nov. 2020 itself, but till now...on 200th Nov. also the issue is not resolved. I called to customer care executive more than 10-15 times, but still its a pathetic response from them.

                            Kindly get it activated, and let me know about my money refund.

                            Just now got a call from HDFC, the customer care executive are pathetic, he dont know how to talk to their customers, he is raising his voice which i want to again launch a complaint in his name...got a call from

                              This hdfc bank is causing really a lot of trouble.
                              They cut lot of money in the name of this and that charges.. Every month.
                              Recently.. They did cut 236.00 rupees saying it's emi rtn charges.
                              I maintained sufficient amount on emi date.. Still it happened.
                              They don't even notify customer while they cut the amount. It's too bad.

                                    When I applied for the HDFC loan they asked me whether they want to protect the loan amount with the insurance but they did not disclose any working of the insurance amount etc and when I asked whether I can stop paying the premium as and when I want they said yes .

                                    Accordingly I decided to take insurance for some time and then anyway close it as the premium for Term insurance is less than this premium .

                                    It was understood that there will be a insurance policy from HDFC life insurance co and I will pay premium directly to them with discontinuance anytime i need .

                                    However now when I approched them they are saying full premium is paid by HDFC via a loan to HDFC life and now for closing I need to pay full value alongwith the interest on loan and then I would get surrender value . This working should have been shared to us while giving loan and also there is no policy paper issued to us .

                                    I feel this is a mis representation by the HDFC home loan dept .

                                    I just want to stop paying the premium request help .

                                        I have recently had a very poor experience with HDFC bank - relationship manager "Surbhi Johri" from Janak Puri, New Delhi.

                                        My name is Yashpal Singh and I have a savings account (Classic Customer) in the HDFC Bank.

                                        A couple of days ago my relationship manager (Surbhi Johri) called me to upgrade the credit card and I refused them not to upgrade because my mailing address is old and there is no receiver also I cannot receive it from there.

                                        Then RM (Surabhi Johri) said no matter sir when the courier boy comes to deliver, you will tell me, We will submit it to your home branch.

                                        Me: I said are you sure?.
                                        RM: pretty sure sir we will dispatch to the home branch at Janak Puri, New Delhi.
                                        Me: I said then okay! (you can also check recorded this conversation)

                                        After some days the courier boy (blue dart) went to deliver it to my old address and I have not met at that address and the blue dart tracking status is showing - C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address

                                        I have tried contacting her so many times but no success and if she calls, she does not speak anything and that call was put on hold!

                                        I am disheartened by the repeated ignorance of the relationship manager called Surbhi Johri, she is supposed to be handling my account. So what is the benefit of such a relationship manager?
                                        She is a really poor relationship manager!

                                        Also, please take strict action on the Relationship Manager called Surbhi Johri. Why did she lie that your credit card will be delivered to the home branch?
