First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a a lot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky...

I had a jumbo loan of 100000 that was closed on 7.10.20 but didn't send me NOC, i am applying for another loan so i need NOC for previous loan, so I reqst to my branch and customer care many times but they didn't give me satisfying ans aur result, my new laon is stayed subjected to this NOC...

Hello there, on 1st june 2020 i had 75000rs in my account and at that time my due was
74542rs but neither it deduct by bank nor you able to make me payment (due to account was on hold). Instead of this i was being charged for June and Jully interest, even after having sufficient money in my account befor due date.

My HDFC credit card charged with 1899/- in the name of One Assist MFEE. I never get any call or communication regarding this. I never asked for this too. Then why this amount charged ? Anyway i want my money to be refunded immidiately.

I have purchased i phone 11 on 29th july 2020 from apple store through my HDFC credit card and i was told that i will receive cashback in 120 days. It's more than 120 days now and i have seen people waiting from 6 months for cashback but not yet received. So please clear that cash back will be credited back to my credit card or not . Because it seems you are just fooling the customers and not giving the cash back on your time period 120 days....
