My RFID tag (34161FA8203288AC0386B2A0), is blacklisted without any intimation (by any SMS or call), i recharged it by Rs. 1000 on 11th Nov. 2020 and i was unknown that its blacklisted and i cannot use it.
When i started my travel from pune-Indore on 13th Nov. 2020 i came to know at toll plaza on AB road (Dhule) that its black listed and i cannot use it. I use cash all the way (on more than 6 tolls), waiting 30mins. at each toll (more than 3~4 hrs.) wasted because of this and double the toll is charged to me.
I filed complaint on 13th Nov. 2020 itself, but till now...on 200th Nov. also the issue is not resolved. I called to customer care executive more than 10-15 times, but still its a pathetic response from them.
Kindly get it activated, and let me know about my money refund.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by prasadsane Just now got a call from HDFC, the customer care executive are pathetic, he dont know how to talk to their customers, he is raising his voice which i want to again launch a complaint in his name...got a call from
