Post 90 days from the offer end date cashback of Rs. 500 not yet processed in the account.

    The customer service of HDFC bank is horrible.

    I am holding an account with HDFC bank, on 2nd November 2020 I tries to withdraw Rs 10, 000 from one of Axis Bank ATM's in Bangalore.
    The shutter of the ATM cash disperse slot opened twice, but did not disperse any cash. But my HDFC account got debited for Rs 10, 000.
    The same day I reached out to HDFC Branch in HBR Layout and registered a complain. I visited the Branch again on 4th November 2020 to enquire about the complain, they did not take any action.
    Hence I called HDFC customer and informed them about the ATM Dispute. After Following it up with the customer multiple times on 14th November 2020 they informed that Axis Bank has informed that the Cash was dispersed. But I did not get the cash from Axis Bank ATM, the cash dispersing shutter of ATM machine opened twice but did not disperse any cash. I am not sure where the cash went.

    I have bean writing to [protected]@hdfcbank.com, no response.

    I want to know where the Money went

      I swiped my card on 03/07/2020 for samsung watch and i was supposed to get 10% cashback which i havent got it yet and it has been more than 120 days now and i cant keep calm anymore and im compelled to file a complain in consumer forum.

        I was informed by HDFC officials for Salary account there will not be any charges be applied. Today i was deducted with 41rs for no reason. i Was not notified with a message but only after checking the statement i could see the back robbed my 41 rs. So cheap it is.

          Dear Concern,
          As I said in complaint subject, I have booked via Flatworldrewards JBL-Infinity Tranz 300 Wireless Sweatproof Earphones with Mic & my Order no. is #40916] (October 9, 2020).

          Till now I have not received the above said product or I have not received any proper response for the concern.

          Believing HDFC I have taken risk to book this product but if this type of response is from your franchise how can we be satisfied with the service, bringing to your kind notice for your further improvement action please.

            Dear sir/madam,

            A Few Months Ago I Applied for HDFC Bank Credit Card (through bank employee) from HDFC dugri Phase 1 ludhiana Branch.

            Sales representative name was Girish

            Contact Number -[protected]

            few Weeks ago before i received a message - your credit card total outstanding amount is 2950 rupees

            This Credit card has not yet received to me. I didn't activate this credit card and I didn't receive this credit card.

            I would like to inform that sales person has clearly told that credit card is completely free card. He clearly said that there wont be any annual fees or charges on card and considering the card as free, i have agreed for issuance.

            Now it will be injustice if i had to pay annual fees which i was not communicated before taking card.

            Its really very painful to spend time on this issue. I have already hotlisted regalia credit card before 1 months

            Please Waived off this charges and cancel my credit card.

              UPDATE: INR 6, 826.00 debited from A/c on 18-NOV-20. Info: FUND TRF DM. Avl bal:

              When I called the customer care she dropped my call and didn't give any solution to this, my due date is 7th of every month, couldn't understand why this happen today.

              This is very unprofessional and fraudulent behaviour. Kindly give a solution to this otherwise I will have to put this in social media.

                I have applied for hdfc bank fastag on 04/11/2020 and remitted rs.500/- by online payment. I have recived an email message stating that your fastag has been issued sucessfully. My customer id is[protected]. Till date i have not received the fastag. I am a customer of hdfc bank for the past 3 years. I am unable to contact them by email nor toll free no. Since both are faulty. Such a poor service from hdfc bank never expected.

                  My balance is automatically debited so many times, yesterday they put my balance on hold 1460 rs.
                  I have no job, this is my salary account, I can't maintain balance, I am really so much frustrated.

                  It's my request to Hdfc branch to refund my whole amount till they cut.

                  I am really so sad.

                    I received a message from HDFC bank saying an amount of 129.00 was used on Credit card at amazon1258999. This was happened without notice. Plesae help in resolve the issue. Looks like many people has faced this issue with amazon1258399.

                      मैं, जावेद, शंकर नगर एक्सटेंशन कृष्णा नगर दिल्ली का निवासी हूँ और आपको सूचित करना/बताना चाहता हूं क्योंकि मुझे दिनांक 01/05/2020 की सुबह अपने फोन पर एक संदेश मिलता है और जब मैं संदेश पढ़ता हूं, तो मुझे पता चलता है कि मुझे रु 2, 00, 000/- इंस्टा जंबो लोन मिला है जबकि मैंने इंस्टा जंबो लोन के लिए आवेदन नही किया। जब में कृष्णा नगर बैंक जाता हु और ये सारी बात बताता हु तो बैंकर मुझे एक ई-मेल ID और एक फ़ोन नंबर देता है मगर बैंक से कोई हल नही निकलता और ना ही फ़ोन नंबर से फिर में ई-मेल पर मेल करता हु।

                      वे यह मेल ID customerservices.[protected]@hdfcbank.com और फ़ोन नंबर [protected] है

                      उसके बाद फिर मुझे एक ई-मेल मिलता है जिसमे यह लिखा होता है हमारे ग्राहक सेवा कार्यकारी अधिकतम 12 से 14 कार्य दिवसों में जवाब देंगे। मगर मुझे कोई जवाब नही मिलता मैंने दूसरी मेल डाली उसका भी कोई जवाब नही मिला इंस्टा जंबो ऋण को रद्द करने के लिए तीसरा अनुस्मारक ई-मेल करता हु फिर भी मुझे कोई जवाब नही मिला इसमे मई का पूरा महीना निकल जाता है मुझे इस इंस्टा जंबो लोन की जरूरत नही है मुझे लोन के लिए फोन आते थे लेकिन मैंने कोई भी ऐसा बटन नही दबाया ताकि लोन का आवेदन किया जा सके और मै कॉल काट देता था

                      यह आपको सूचित करना है कि जिस ऋण के लिए आवेदन नही किया गया है उसे तुरंत रद्द करवा दे और बिना किसी चार्ज के HDFC बैंक इसको वापस ले।
                      में नही चाहता कि मेरे अकाउंट से कोई भी अमाउंट कटे और में नही चाहता की मेरा सिबिल स्कोर खराब हो इस लोन के चकर में।

                      मेरे मोबाइल पर फिर से एक और मैसेज आता है जिस में HDFC Bank Credit Card loan ending With 7854 और इसको मेरे सेविंग अकाउंट से लिंक किया है ऐसा मैसेज आया और फिर मैंने अपना सेविंग अकाउंट चेक किया तो लिंक हो चूका था फिर भी तीन ई-मेल करने के बाद भी ये HDFC बैंक ऋण प्रक्रिया आगे बढ़ाए जा रहा है ये HDFC बैंक की तो जबरदस्ती वाली बात हो गई।

                      में ये चाहता हु इसको रिमूव किया जाये जब मैंने इंस्टा जंबो लोन लेने के लिए आवेदन नही किया। तो ये जबरदस्ती क्यो दिया जा रहा है कृप्या करके इसको वापस करवाए और ये भी बताना चाहता हु कि में जब भी कस्टूमर केयर पर फ़ोन करता हु covid 19 की जानकारी के बाद फ़ोन कट जाता है जिससे की कस्टूमर केयर पर भी मेरी बात नही हो सकी और में बैंक भी गया फिर में अपनी सारी प्रॉब्लम बताता हु तो वो कहते है कि एचडीएफसी बैंक पहाड़गंज ऋण शाखा जाओ ये बात HDFC बैंक महिला कॉलोनी गान्धी नगर शाखा की बात है मेरी प्रॉब्लम का समाधान नही हुआ।

                      इंस्टा जंबो लोन के लिए मैंने एक से लेकर चौथा, पांचवां, छठा, सातवाँ, आठवाँ और दसवां रिमाइंडर भी डाला ईमेल पर मगर मुझे कोई जवाब नही मिला।

                        I have received below message today

                        Your FasTag A/c has been Debited for Rs. 530 for Adjustment entry on 11/17/2020 6:59:04 PM. Balance amount in the A/c is Rs. 0 - HDFC Bank Ltd.

                        I haven't used my car on 17/11/2020 at all. But amount is deducted.

                        What is Entry Adjustment and how it is calculated

                          I had bought a Lenovo laptop from the official Lenovo website on 16th October the price of the laptop was 44000. As part of the Lenovo legendary sale hdfc bank was offering a cashback of 10% up to rupees 3000 on purchases with hdfc credit/debit card. I had used my HDFC debit card for the purchase it's been more than 30 days but I have not received my cash back. Please help

                            Even though I have sent hard and soft copy of credit card closing form on October 2nd since then card was not cancelled.
                            i have sent multiple mails and complaints, no proper response from the bank. got replay saying it has been cancelled but still November credit card bill has been generated. don't know what is happening . Someone please help on this .

                            Still Credit card was not cancelled. Again December Credit card bill has been generated. i am not understanding what is happening with HDFC credit card department.

                              i had made many complaints in HDFC customer care but they are not responding haven't open any demate account with HDFC.

                                    Hello, I am jitin Sharma and my fast tag customer id is 20291086. Whenever I crossed the pilkhuwa toll gate, my fast tag sometimes work or sometime not work then I paid double charged on however I have enough balance in my account and shows active.
                                    There are display shows Blacklist id.
                                    Please look into this matter and resolve it.

                                      Hi, I HAVE NRE ACCOUNT I don't know why the hdfc bank is doing with my account he every time when bank deducted money like(POS MYPROTEIN.AE[protected] INR, POS DECCHG-29X33=957 INR, "amb chrg incl gst for SEP2020-354 +177 INR, amb chrg incl gst for OCT2020- 354 INR mir[protected]"rupees times (Total=4555) i dont know why they are having problem with my account. I am totally fed up with this.
                                      I want my money back. This is NOT FIRST...

                                      Hey, I, Jaswinder Singh am a customer of HDFC Bank. I have taken a credit card of the bank ending 8**1. In the previous month, an unauthorized transaction named one assist mpfe of Rs. 1, 399 has been debited without any permission. I request you to cancel the subscription which is not even subscribed by us and revert back the debited amount of Rs. 1, 399 as soon as possible.
