      I have bought my iphone SE 2020 and I watch series 5 with hdfc bank debit card on 08/07/2020 in apple store unicorn Aundh road Pune . As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cash-back of Rupees 3600 and Rupees 4, 000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in apptronix, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

        Dear Concern,

        On date 10 Nov 2020 Without carrying the fastag i got charge in toll plaza sms attached for reference,
        Even the fastag activated today i.e. on date 11 Nov 2020.
        I have paid in cash at toll plaza receipt for the same attached ticket no. 1654404 dated 10 Nov 2020.

        I am surprised without carrying fastag which is inactive i had charged toll amount even i had paid in cash.

        Kindly justify for the same and revert the amount also.

            I am having a salary Account (credit card 10+ yrs) with hdfc bank since 2009 .I have been trying reach out to HDFC customer care service several times in last two months. But it will never connect to Customer service guy(it will always loop to main menu). Finally I made many payments with other bank cards. So better to close all accounts loans and credit card and better keep away from HDFC Bank.

                      I was informed that I will receive a cashback within 45 days from the day of purchase and now it's been more than 3 months since I haven’t received my cashback.

                        I have made an order on Myntra on 29th October 2020. However amount got debited but order was not placed.

                        I have sent a mail to Myntra customer service but got reply that money will be reversed back from HDFC BANK within 48 hours if not I need to communicate with Bank directly. I didn't get money back hence writing this letter.

                          I made a query to hdfc bank regarding my paymnet of credit card. Since i was not able to pay dueamount of hdfc credit card and also did not want my credit score to be affected as well interest and fine charged on non payment i wrote a email to hdfc requesting of some method so that i can pay the due amount in parts or else i can can be given some kind of payment holiday. I wrote the email 17 days back in advance and kept on sending reminders also but no one replied. I also escalated and worte email to higher ups but they also did not replied. They totally ignored my issue.

                                    I have been informed that the transaction has no tbeen done through smartbuy. I am 100% sure that I have made this transaction through smartbuy and I have been using this card for the last 4 years, so I am not unaware on how to make a smartbuy transaction.
