Hi,
I have had an HDFC Car Loan[protected] since 2016. 07/11/2021 was the EMI due date and somehow EMI hasn't been deducted from my account. On the Internet banking portal, it will show EMI status UnPaid. So, I have tried to pay this using Net banking (same day), but double amount of the EMI deducted from my account. I thought they take 2 EMIs (Current month and Next month), but the portal shows only this month EMI as Paid.
I had contacted there customer support, they were saying that it will take 24 Hours to reflect into the Loan account. I am not satisfied with his answer. If one transaction reflects the same time, then why not another one?
Later on around 2 pm, the bank automatically deducted one more EMI from my account. Again, I have tried to contact customer care, but they are super busy with other customers.
I have contact with there customer care again, and he told me to wait form one business day for this, but this issue still not resolved.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
