I am having a salary Account (credit card 10+ yrs) with hdfc bank since 2009 .I have been trying reach out to HDFC customer care service several times in last two months. But it will never connect to Customer service guy(it will always loop to main menu). Finally I made many payments with other bank cards. So better to close all accounts loans and credit card and better keep away from HDFC Bank.

      My EMI against loan account number 5392181 was paid on time but even after that every day some balance is being deducted from my account as RTN Charges for this loan number.

          Hi, I am Complaining about Amount Deducted in my credit card account of 1399.00 Rs/- by auto renewal (which is not not opted).
          The Cancellation Request has been requested and agreed on Last year it self but again activated without any information & Request.
          HDFC Bank & One assist not Responding to Mails and Calls (attempted many Times).

          I Request the amount to be Credited (or) Returned in my Account as early as Possible, Card Ending with XXXX XXXX 3671.

            The hdfc bank has put a hold on my funds of rupees 6259.00as mi revenue hold through gefu, ac number is

            The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
            First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

              Hi,

              I have bought my iphone11 with an HDFC bank debit card on 11/07/2020 from Hari Om Custom Collection, Mumbai.
              I was informed that I will receive a cashback within 45 days from the day of purchase and now it's been more than 3 months since I haven’t received my cashback.

              Please find below transaction details as per the bank account statement :

                Hi,

                I have had an HDFC Car Loan[protected] since 2016. 07/11/2021 was the EMI due date and somehow EMI hasn't been deducted from my account. On the Internet banking portal, it will show EMI status UnPaid. So, I have tried to pay this using Net banking (same day), but double amount of the EMI deducted from my account. I thought they take 2 EMIs (Current month and Next month), but the portal shows only this month EMI as Paid.

                I had contacted there customer support, they were saying that it will take 24 Hours to reflect into the Loan account. I am not satisfied with his answer. If one transaction reflects the same time, then why not another one?

                Later on around 2 pm, the bank automatically deducted one more EMI from my account. Again, I have tried to contact customer care, but they are super busy with other customers.

                I have contact with there customer care again, and he told me to wait form one business day for this, but this issue still not resolved.

                  Hi team,

                  I have made an order on Myntra on 29th October 2020. However amount got debited but order was not placed.

                  I have sent a mail to Myntra customer service but got reply that money will be reversed back from HDFC BANK within 48 hours if not I need to communicate with Bank directly. I didn't get money back hence writing this letter.

                    I made a query to hdfc bank regarding my paymnet of credit card. Since i was not able to pay dueamount of hdfc credit card and also did not want my credit score to be affected as well interest and fine charged on non payment i wrote a email to hdfc requesting of some method so that i can pay the due amount in parts or else i can can be given some kind of payment holiday. I wrote the email 17 days back in advance and kept on sending reminders also but no one replied. I also escalated and worte email to higher ups but they also did not replied. They totally ignored my issue.

                          Why i an getting charge for insufficient fund .i am unable to maintain 10k because my salary is 10k to 12k how can maintain on this salary .Ans this is also my current salary account .why i am getting charged .on another many i request to customer care to convert my credit card bill into emi but one help me for the same, very sameless services, saying i require offer for same .how can i run my family n how should i clear my credit card bill no one is helpling to get it esier to pay .

                              I have not received reward points for the following order ids which I have done on Amazon through smartbuy.

                              I have been informed that the transaction has no tbeen done through smartbuy. I am 100% sure that I have made this transaction through smartbuy and I have been using this card for the last 4 years, so I am not unaware on how to make a smartbuy transaction. This is absolutely ridiculous and I need immediate help on this. I have been following up on this issue since October 17th.

                                Hello HDFC team,

                                I have been trying to reach you via your customer care number, seems you're not taking any calls due to Corona outbreak.

                                I have returned few of the ordered products from Amazon, Marks & Spencers and Swiggy. The amount got refunded from their end but has still not refelected in my account. They have provided me with various reference number as well but it is impossible to contact your bank.
                                It's been aorund 5-6 months since an amount of Rs. 4000/- (approx) has not been credited in my account. I'm really worried now beacuse this has become a consistent practice from different vendors where they are asking me to contact my bank.
                                Request you to please contact me at the earliest.

                                  I Received SMS from HDFC BANK that RS-3142 is to be paid for my credit card(card numbered XX4466) to ONE ASSIST PLAN. Ive never used my credit card to pay all this due. I never gave any consent for renewing my card. Ive closed my account in the bank few months back but i am still receiving this message asking me to pay immediately. Ive also filled a form in the bank to deactivate but it failed and the process was stopped. Ive never used the card or it is of no use to me . i dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited due for payments of my credit card is not really an acceptable act . So i kindly request you to deactivate ASAP. (Relationship no. 6280441). This is 4rth time am registering complaint. For six months i am getting same msg to pay the dues. Its very irritating. Sir/madam pl kindly deactivate membership this credit card from one assist.
