HDFC LIFE FACES SIX CHARGES:
1. Specifically agreeing to change of biased agent, but later advising it cannot
2. After hiding auto-debit deactivation instructions, falsely stating deactivation withdrawn
3. Submitting illegal auto-debits, fraudulently, TWICE, despite deactivation and AFTER being paid
4. Not pre-advising due date of due payments, deliberately
5. Blatantly claiming falsely to IRDAI that it had resolved issue
6. Most seriously, falsely attempting to besmirch financial standing of customer
It avoids answering 4 of 6 charges and even 2 “answered” are false/contrary.
It cannot answer because HDFC Life is not always able to speak the truth.

    Amount 461 is getting deducted with the description NWD DEC CHG (ATM Withdrawal charges) eventhough my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from ATM other than HDFC. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this.

      I am a HDFCBANK customer and have also got fasttag from hdfcbank.
      On 06 Nov 2020, I was coming from Khopoli to mumbai via khalapur.At toll point in was in the cash lane since I knew that I did not have sufficient balance in fasttag.Hence I paid cash of Rs 203.Later today i found that i was debited Rs 203 from my fasttag account also.
      I need to complain about the toll personnel who should have tolded me that the amount was debited from my account and I need not pay cash.
      I need refund for the same and an explanation for the mistake.

        It's been 22 days since I have brought my complaint on the credit card EMI issue to the notice of HDFC customer care(Complaint no.:[protected]. Meanwhile I had called their senior management team (Ph:[protected] at least 4 times regarding the update. Every time they said "the complaint is under review and it shall be resolved under 48h for sure". As an evidence, I have recorded all my calls with them with prior consent. But my issue has not been resolved yet. My complaint was as given below:
        I have purchased a TV from Samsung website on 17/08/2020 by opting the 18 month No Cost EMI. I was surprised to know from the credit card statement that my EMI was counted for 3 months with some interest rate. Regarding this discrepancy I had written emails and had telephonic conversations with the SAMSUNG team. They have replied with attached evidence confirming my 18 months No cost EMI and stated that I have to deal with the issue with the concerned bank (HDFC). Hence, I wrote to customerservices.[protected]@hdfcbank.com
        Unfortunately, I have not received any information regarding the same in spite of repeated reminders even to the senior management team (Ph:[protected]. I'd even stated in my earlier emails that I would like to pay whatever be the entire amount when the issue gets resolved. I had been doing the full payments on my credit card bills until now, I was never this late. Delay in payments of credit card dues affect my credit score. It's clearly not my fault here. I have even stated that I can make payment for the entire amount right then, but on a guarantee that after re-adjusting my actual 18 months no cost EMI i would get back my money as credit.
        Already statements of 2 months have been generated along with a fine for delay in payment. On the other side, HDFC bank's credit recovery team keeps on calling me multiple times even after i told them every time that i had raised a complaint against which i had not received any response and i told them i would pay the amount once the issue gets resolved. I don't understand why don't they keep calling me again and again. Why don't they communicate with their recovery team and ask them not to disturb & humiliate this customer until the complaint is resolved? You know what? My card is blocked for all purchases. I could not use my credit card during Dassehra festival. Do they understand how much pain and humiliation i had gone through for not being able to make online purchases using my credit card? and i am about to miss another festival (Diwali). I have lost my complete trust in the HDFC bank. I have even warned their senior management team three times at least stating that I would be approaching the legal route (consumer helpline/court) for justice if corrective action is not taken immediately. But i haven't received any response from HDFC. All documents in support of my communications with Samsung & HDFC are attached for ready reference. If required, i can provide audio records too.

        Summary: I request HDFC to correct their mistake and change the EMI back to 18 months NO COST EMI, waive off the entire late payment fees and give me in writing, stating that because of this delay, my credit score wouldn't get affected. Also, i demand a formal apology letter with all reasons which led to this situation, humiliation and mental discomfort i had to go through because of this bank & it's concerned employees.

                Today I got the message mentioned below for my refund by spicejet as my flight got cancelled due to COVID 19. It states that the amount has been refunded but it has not reflected in my account.

                  All the time the customer care representative have put me on hold by saying that they are working on the issue which I have asked and then they will put me on hold and then will disconnects the call with out giving me the solution to my query.

                            Myself Mayank Recently I opened a savings account in HDFC Bank through online mode, but when I visited the Bank branch on[protected], i.e ( Dilshad Colony, Delhi) for KYC Mr. Radhey Singh assisted me and he denied doing my KYC mentioning the reason that I don't have any surname, so he cant do my KYC with a single name. All the documents that I provided to them contain my single name only.
                            Due to which I requested the Backup Branch Manager to close my account, in return to this they said we can't close this account and it will get close after 12 months automatically.
                            This type of behavior is too unprofessional and creating a negative brand image.

                                Hi team, I have done with my hdfc credit card settlement with the amount of 80k in the given time period of 6 months but at the end paid hdfc team telling that paid 400rs less in the given time, so asking to pay full amount again asking me to pay 70k... due to COVID situaion I lost my job that's why gone for settlement, now again asking to pay 70k for the amount of 400rs.
                                I request hdfc credit card team to resolve the issue by taking 400rs and support me to overcome in this Pandemic crisis situation.

                                  Today I check my credit card statement it shows there is a transaction from HDFC bank credit card of Rs. 1899/- to one assist plan. It's totally unfair, it's done without my permission and there is no notification or mail from the bank or Oneassist as well.                                       I paid fees for ibps rrb officer scale I application form but on logging on the site it is showing unpaid fees status, my fees amount also got deducted from my account Paytm payments bank account. But it is still showing unpaid fees status and requesting to pay up the fees.

                                        I want to inform you that an autopay option has been enabled in my jumbo loan that i availed through credit card.Also i am not able to cancel the autopay through net banking.

                                        I want to deactivate the autopay for this purpose i have sent autopay de registration form to HDFC credit card division.

                                        But till now there has been no single response from HDFC bank.

                                        Please de register the autopay option. As earliest as possible.
