I have over paid an amount of 72458 on 14th October, 2020. HDFC net banking always shows the statement bill without any due. I tried calling Customer care but there was no response. This excess amount is not any small amount. So please consider my request for refund of excess amount....

IMPS Transaction failure

My wife transfer the amount 20000/- from her HDFC savings account number [protected] on date 13 0ct 2020 around 4 pm to my Sbi saving account no [protected] (ifsc :sbin0017411), amount was debited from her hdfc account but not credited in my sbi account . Message status shows transaction time out . But now its almost 24 hrs since transaction failed but amount not yet reversed back in her account .

UPI Blocked

I Had blocked my card, net banking, upi id because of some suspicious activity. Then i got a instant card, activated my card and net banking. But still i am facing issues while doing upi payments. But i am not able to send money via upi. I went to the nearest branch but they told me to call customer care and still i am not getting any help from customer care.
I want you to unblock my upi id as soon as possible.

Locked net banking

I reported a fraudulent transaction in my account after which my account was locked. It has been 15 days, i have visited nearest branch twice, given written application, filled up few forms, but still it is not active. I am unable to access my salary, pay my loans and credit card bills...
