Dear Sir,
I have an saving account & a credit card account with HDFC bank.
During covid period, sue to some financial issue, I was unable to pay my dues. Last when I used my credit card, the total outstanding was 48000 approx. But now HDFC has sent notice for 73999 RS. For which I received a call that you need to pay amount, and one executive went to my address. He claimed that I have not paid such amount and I am a fraud. But Sir regularly I am in follow up with HDFC collection executives. They have hold my account during this critical condition and have charged many charges in HDFC credit card. I never denied to pay. Recently I have their requested amount and sent screenshot which they asked. But my account is in hold for 73999. I withdraw some amount from my PF account to use in family work. But same is in hold.
Kindly help me, I am very frustrated from their collection agents.
