Balance and transaction

Dear HDFC, I have transfered 5000 to my HDFC Account but it has not got credited to the hdfc account .

Message from HDFC - “ UPDATE: INR 5, 000.00 deposited in A/c XX2859 on 01-NOV-20 for UPI-SHARATH B GEORGE-[protected]@ybl-SBIN[protected]-Payment from Phone.Avl bal:INR 6, 913.14 subject to clearing”

Hi team,
My Diners Club credit card has expired in March 2020 since the time that lockdown had happened. The address for delivery for the credit card was in Bangalore which is my official address. But since lockdown I have moved to Chennai and have been WFH. The bluedart courier agent tried delivery of new card to my official address in Bangalore twice to which I told them that office is closed due to Covid-19 lockdown and if it can be delivered to Chennai at my residence. I haven't got any reply from HDFC representatives and when I reached the customer care executive they told me to report to the branch in person which is not viable considering the limited travel we all are doing due to Covid-19. Please help.

    Levy of quarterly charges of Rs 295 in my savings account

    In my account no [protected] with Panvel, Navi Mumbai branch of HDC Bank, I have recently observed that every quarter charges of Rs 295 are being levied named as ISAQMC. My account is normal savings account and these charges are wrongfully being debited form my account for so long. These charges should be revered and all the amount so collected be deposited in my account. Savings account is not demat of trading account to be charged so...

    Hai this is uday, i had blocked debitcard and netbanking and upi transctions due to misuse of my saving account, as the problem sorted out i raised request at bank to unblock netbanking and upi and for new debitcard. I got new debitcard and it is working and netbanking it is unblocked and able to transact. But am not able to send money via upi transaction such as phone pe, paytm, payzaap etc. Since my upi is not unblocked am not able to make transactions. I had raised complaints thru phonebanking but it’s still not unblocked
    So kindly request you to sort out my problem as soon as possible

      UPI ID still blocked after requesting to unblock

      Hai this is uday, i had blocked debitcard and netbanking and upi transctions due to misuse of my saving account, as the problem sorted out i raised request at bank to unblock netbanking and upi and for new debitcard. I got new debitcard and it is working and netbanking it is unblocked and able to transact.       Hello there, on 1st june 2020 i had 75000rs in my account and at that time my due was
      74542rs but neither it deduct by bank nor you able to make me payment (due to account was on hold). Instead of this i was being charged for June and Jully interest, even after having sufficient money in my account befor due date.
      Right now i have 9096rs as remaining due, it's nothing but interest that you charged me for month from June.
      Already 760rs is deducted and 9150rs on hold. I want to take legal action against this bank and i have all proofs, i want to go fot further actions.

        HDFC Bank — not receiving otp on mail id

        I have to reset my net-banking pin. I am getting otp on my registered mobile number, but not receiving OTP in email.

        But no response.

        Please help me on this.

          My HDFC credit card charged with 1899/- in the name of One Assist MFEE. I never get any call or communication regarding this. I never asked for this too. Then why this amount charged ? Anyway i want my money to be refunded immidiately.

                  I have purchased i phone 11 on 29th july 2020 from apple store through my HDFC credit card and i was told that i will receive cashback in 120 days. It's more than 120 days now and i have seen people waiting from 6 months for cashback but not yet received. So please clear that cash back will be credited back to my credit card or not . Because it seems you are just fooling the customers and not giving the cash back on your time period 120 days.

                        I have made a purchase by my Union bank of India debit card on hdfc pos. of 720 INR at Handloom palace shop Sector 18 Noida. After some time i request him for refund as the product i purchased is not of good quality. The cashier make a void sale of 720 INR and it was done on last 29 oct 2020. But still now i have not received my money back on my account. I have contacted with the Union Bank customer care but they told there were no credit from hdfc in my Union Bank account. Now i contacted with the shop and they told they have done everying from there end and they don't want to do anything. Please tell me the status of my money so i can track it. The shop name is Handloom Palace sector 18 Noida. I am attaching here the void sale slip sent by the shop for your reference. Please do some thing about this fraud.                               I have a credit card with HDFC bank ending with 7538 and i have made full payment against my card.

                              I have been trying to contact the bank for almost a month via phone support, FB page, and Twitter however I am not getting any response.

                              Also, their relationship manager who used to call me 100 times in a day for payment has even stopped picking my calls after i have made the payment.

                              Please help me getting a NO DUES CERTIFICATE.

                                  I'm Vijay Pandurang Patil a customer of HDFC Bank account holder.
                                  Today I have just checked that mine HDFC Bank statement via internet banking.
                                  After looked that I was shocked to seen my bank statement there has been deducted Rs. 885 rupees on 15th October 2020 through AHB CHGS INC GST APR-SEP2020-MIR[protected] this unknown source.

                                  That I'm requesting to you please refund my money to mine HDFC Bank account.
                                  Because,
                                  That unknown translation would have not been by myself. It's your a huge mistake.
                                  And I would like to tell you that there was already maintenance balance in my account...
                                  So how dare you to do like this with customers...!!!
                                  Disgusting...
