I have hdfc credit card holder I have using past 2 yearyears. I have using the credit card properly on every year, I could not pay the full amount within the credit period before due date. Hence, I have paying only the minimum due every month. So, my outstanding balance increased due to the interest which I could not afford and pay. Hence, we decided to close the credit card and we were planning to convert as emi.

I tried to contact the person regarding the issue. I have contacting customer service continuously. But they told many time, offer is not available in your card and offer will be provide later untill wait. I need my outstanding balance amount to convert the emi option which is possible amount of my outstanding amount. Please consider to my obligation as early.
due to covid 19 i want pay my whole outstanding amount but pay in emi not able topay full amount..plz convert my outstanding into emi

    I sent money from Kotak Mahindra Bank through UPI to my HDFC Bank account. Money got deducted from Kotak Mahindra Bank, But didn't receive in HDFC Bank account.

      I have paid my jumbo loan EMI on 3rd Nov 2020 and on 4th Nov 2020 EMI was auto deducted again. I did not even received message on mobile about the payment.

      Then after I visited near bank and informed them about the issue. They called the customer care and and he said that system is not showing about deduction and asked me to talk after some time.

      Till now I have not received deduction message.

      Pl help to refund the amount.

          Hello Team,
          this is in regarding my fastag wallet balance refund. below is the detail for same. i have applied for deactivating my current fastag as it was not working well. it got de-activated on[protected] and i was suppose to get my refund within next 8-10 working days but till now i've not received any update on same.
          now requesting you to process the same as soon as possible without any further delays as already 10-11 monnths are gone and i've not received any update.

          i've mailed to "fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com" many times ad also called customer care but not a single update from team.

              I have been resigned from the company on 4TH SEPT 2020 and still company has not paid my FNF salary, PF, VPF, pension part. I have mailed to HR but they are not replying, and called on HR LANDLINE NUMBER BUT NO RESPONSE UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHETHER COMPANY IS ACTUALLY INTERESTED TO PAY THE FNF, PF, VPF

                I have been making payments using my hdfc credit card. I see additional charges to it. I have been writing emails for long, calling customer service for long. No one calls. They respond with inadequate information once a week and then again I write and this has been in practice for very long time now.

                I don't know how much they have charged from me till date.

                I have been so obedient that I pay my bills the same day when I make transaction. I don't wait for any last day or anything. I trusted HDFC bank for so long and they have cheated with me.

                I have never opted for EMI feature till date. My transactions have been automatically converted and then constantly charged. I have asked to stop this service for so long. But no action.

                They have been charging me for months and even after asking to stop the service. They continue to do that. I need all my money back. All my money that they have eaten up in the form of interest.

                I could have added screenshot of calls that I made, all the emails that I sent for all my issues faced. But no such option available here

                  I had purchased IPhone 11 in Mysore on July4th through hdfc credit card which had an offer of 5000Rs cashback within120days and its been more than 120 days and I still haven’t got the cashback.
                  I have lodged a complaint too
                  I haven’t received any action
                  And I’m trying to contact customer care and even not able to do it
                  This is very inappropriate
                  I need an action to be taken about this as soon as possible

                        I had cancelled an order on Pepperfry and got an sms from HDFC Bank that said -

                        “ Ur transaction on HDFC Bank DEBIT/ATM Card ending 8840 for Rs. 19107.00 has been credited/reversed by PEPPERFRY64213 on[protected]:11:28:19”

                        Even after receiving this sms, the amount credited hasn’t reflected in my account.
                        Kindly resolve the query because the customer care department of HDFC is also not complying.

                              At Kalamsery Municipality, they have swiped mistakenly 126300 instead of 1263 at HDFC swiping machine . Amount was voided immediately but still not reflecting after 3 days too.
                              It's too bad that we have to suffer for some one else's mistake.

                                  I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 04/07/2020 in Mysore. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                                      I have a problem related of wrong deduction of toll from my wallet, tried calling and emailed my problems but no reply from hdfc

                                      Please provide me solution as soon as possible, otherwise i will surrender my fastag because i cannot afford to pay two times for single transaction. Please charge back my balance in my account and deactivate my account. I'll purchase from other company. HDFC service is very poor, 8 times i called to customer support. But they never sort out my queries.
