Hello,

I did one online purchase recently and requested them to do the refund for rupees 619.46 inr. Request your help with the transaction status of the amount. It's been more than 10 days that they confirmed me the transaction but i don't see that in my account.

    I am writing to you because I want NOC of my credit card, last month i permanently close
    my credit card even the customer care people also confirmed that your HDFC regalia credit card permanently close
    but they not provide me any deactivation proof since last month, even i sent handwritten letter to
    chennai office but they also not give me any confirmation to my NOC please.
    I didn't understand what service you provide to customers. Some customer executive people said like you will
    receive this month and some of them said 1 month you can get your NOC.
    Please look into this matter and please issue my NOC ASAP.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I have been troubled and irritated by HDFC telemarketing executives by making daily calls to me. Since past couple of years I have been observing that I am receiving unwanted loan related calls every day. I end up receiving about 2 to 3 calls every day since past few years and I am now very tiered of them. Inspite of telling them not to call me anymore there is no result.

      If HDFC people can invest their time at the right place and spare me I shall be very thankful to them.

          I was prominent customer ofhdfc bank (last digit credit card number 8050) and i have good realthionship with bank as per transaction history in the past but i lost job during lockdown but still somehow i arranged money to pay credit card due in one time full payment so i request you to wavier of all charges occured during lockdown period and till now also so i can pay full due payment immediately.and also remove unnecessary charges from my saving account.
          unfortunately i am not getting proper response from hdfc.

            Hi hdfc team,

            Pls clarify following. I tried to reach your Customercare but i didn't receive any response .

            #1.
            I had purchced an item from Flipkart with no cost emi option, i understant that the interest on emi was reduced by Flipkart from the device price. But now in my e statement i could see that i have been charged with MER EMI, INT NBR and i could see 3 components of IGST . Why i am getting charged on No Cost EMI ? Why three components of IGST of 18% each one?

            Why my Flipkart EMI amount getting changed (Basically increased) everyMonth ? As for as my knowledge, EMI should be same for each month.veach month?
            Please clarify!

              Hi, i had recharged my jio mobile number with amount 599 via hdfc payzapp application. Transacation was successful and the same amount was deducted from my account but recharge was not done. I send a mail regarding this but no one is responding to mail or calls.

                At the time o[censored]pgradation of regalia to diners club, i was told that i will be offered a lifetime free card and no joining fees will be charged on my card. However, the customer care executive has informed me that i have been issued a Priced card and joining fees of Rs. 10000 plus GSt of 1800 has been levied on my card as per the statement in the month of July 2020. Further, my relationship manager is asking me that once i pay this amount, it will be reversed at the end of one year. I do not know whether this is correct or not.

                It seems some kind of mis selling has been done with me.

                  I recently passed the hoskote toll and when the tag was scanned it showed invalid. My account did have a balance for Rs 417.62. In the next toll also I faced the same issue.
                  When I contacted the customer care @[protected] the lady who answered my call did not have any knowledge and said due to system issues she could not check my account. The irony is when my details can be verified correctly not sure how she can’t check the other details. Also when asked to connect to a senior/ supervisor she informed me to call back after 10AM as they were all busy.
                  Even after explaining multiple times she doesn’t seem to understand the criticality and urgency of the situation there was no help offered and she also asked me to contact 1300 if I required immediate attention.
                  This is the worst service anyone would expect out of such a reputed bank and I think I will be forced to discourage my family and friends to bank with such an irresponsible bank with horrible services. Hope somebody else does not face this issue again.

                    I want to inform you that i applied in Tech Mahindra site from where i got a call.The executive told me that my CV has been shortlisted for interview of Data Entry Operator in HDFC Bank. They asked me Rs 1950/- for the form. I got an interview call one day after and they again asked for Rs 7536/-. After that i got appointment letter which i have attached with this complaint. In this mail they are again asking for Rs 11880/-.
                    I am assuming that this is a fraud call. Kindly do the needful and guide me for the same.

                      I did one transaction with an amount of 8080/- to pay my house rent and I used it through Nobroker.com site through PayZapp applications on 03rd, Oct, 2020. While I am checking my transaction history of PayZapp app where I am unable to see this amount entry.

                      Please find the attached screen shot for your kind information.

                      Request you to please check and revert me on the same on priority basis as I want this transaction entry into my history details

                          I had opt home loan from HDFC . I have registry in 2011 and now my load is full paid . On document release they are dining that they don't have registry document. I did complain and not getting any response.

                          below is complain copy :

                          I went to collect document to Vaishali Branch as document was arrived as per my request . HDFC Representative told me Registry paper is missing in set of document folder and this is not with HDFC and I have to get this from Builder “Mahagun” . After long argument, HDFC Representative has agreed that HDFC will collect registry paper from builder and will call me to collect paper

                          Now This is very serious matter, In case if builder will not have registry paper, who will be responsible for it. As I have home loan, last 10 year paid all the amount with interest and HDFC is not bother about the main document. I have few question and want answer on it.
                          1. Who was responsible to collect registry paper at time of registry ? I paid amount for this service
                          2. Why was this not audited in last 10 years ?
                          3. Now a days many builder are bank corrupt and offices are closed, In this case customer document will get misplaced, then who will take this responsibility ? this is very serious matter.
                          4. Is this a value to customer, who paid all EMI without any failure and in blind trust that registry document is safe with Bank ?
                          5. Is this a moral value and right approach to ask customer go an find you registry paper yourself.

                          One last thing I am not going to ignore this and I want my all document to be hand over to me in this week without any failure. I was planning to get other home loan but if this is case I will never go with HDFC Home Load and will do the same for my all reference. This is very careless and irresponsible behavior from such a leading bank.

                            Hi,
                            I have applied online for opening a PPF account in HDFC Bank on dated 30 Oct 2020. On 31 Oct 2020 my PPF account open by HDFC Bank but in Wrong Branch i.e. Anna Nagar to which i don't belong. I have my account in Gurgaon Sector 14 Branch of HDFC Bank.
                            I don't want any account in Chennai as i never went to there nor I want to go..
                            Please Change my PPF account branch to the Branch where I am having my saving account. i.e. Gurgaon Sector 14 Branch.
                            Thank you Gov of India for giving us a platform to raise our voice against the fraud.

                                I haven't bought anything on EMIs, yet you collected a Rs.2440 "EMI" from me... Now you're going to charge me another EMI of Rs. 2440 on the 10th of November.

                                Raised like a dozen tickets about this but no one cares. Just automated replies - half-hearted resolution efforts... just doing script work.

                                Just visited the local branch and they said they don't have access to the "credit card" system!

                                I waited like an hour to get through to a call support resource who told me what was happening. It was a purchase I had made last year... but had paid a couple interim EMIs so this one appeared to be out of nowhere!

                                  I tried to transfer money through IMPS and the amount was debited but I received a message saying it timed out due to technical reasons.

                                  When I tried to call customer care they kept me on hold for 30 minutes!! The suddenly disconnected my call!! When I called again they kept me on hold once more, then connected me to a phone banker after 15 minutes who cut my call as soon as she picked up!!

                                  Absolutely the worst customer care I've seen and I still haven't got my money back!!

                                  Closing my account soon.

                                      I am using HDFC credit card Number 1779 from last five years. In this Covid19 pandemic i have failed to pay an outstanding amount due to salary deductions. Now banks has lien this account with my saving account and freeze my entire salary. I need this money as this is my first full salary after this pandemic and need to pay room rent and one pending other bank personal loan EMI also. Is there any option for getting this money back (at least 60-70%) from the bank?
                                      If i failed to pay loan EMI in this month then this account is also connect with NPA.

                                      Kindly suggest.
