I have already stop this services then how can you do this, How the same can be done without asking OTP, request, , I do not have any such services, request you to please refund my amount immediately.

        I have purchased i phone 11 on 29th july 2020 from apple store through my HDFC credit card and i was told that i will receive cashback in 120 days. It's more than 120 days now and i have seen people waiting from 6 months for cashback but not yet received. So please clear that cash back will be credited back to my credit card or not . Because it seems you are just fooling the customers and not giving the cash back on your time period 120 days.

          Kindly look into this and advise why it is hold.

              I have made a purchase by my Union bank of India debit card on hdfc pos. of 720 INR at Handloom palace shop Sector 18 Noida. After some time i request him for refund as the product i purchased is not of good quality. The cashier make a void sale of 720 INR and it was done on last 29 oct 2020. But still now i have not received my money back on my account. I have contacted with the Union Bank customer care but they told there were no credit from hdfc in my Union Bank account. Now i contacted with the shop and they told they have done everying from there end and they don't want to do anything. Please tell me the status of my money so i can track it. The shop name is Handloom Palace sector 18 Noida. I am attaching here the void sale slip sent by the shop for your reference. Please do some thing about this fraud.                 First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

                    I have a credit card with HDFC bank ending with 7538 and i have made full payment against my card.

                    I have been trying to contact the bank for almost a month via phone support, FB page, and Twitter however I am not getting any response.

                    Also, their relationship manager who used to call me 100 times in a day for payment has even stopped picking my calls after i have made the payment.

                    Please help me getting a NO DUES CERTIFICATE.

                        HDFC Bank...
                        I'm Vijay Pandurang Patil a customer of HDFC Bank account holder.
                        Today I have just checked that mine HDFC Bank statement via internet banking.
                        After looked that I was shocked to seen my bank statement there has been deducted Rs. 885 rupees on 15th October 2020 through AHB CHGS INC GST APR-SEP2020-MIR[protected] this unknown source.

                        That I'm requesting to you please refund my money to mine HDFC Bank account.
                        Because,
                        That unknown translation would have not been by myself. It's your a huge mistake.
                        And I would like to tell you that there was already maintenance balance in my account...
                        So how dare you to do like this with customers...!!!
                        Disgusting...

                          I'm using HDFC CREDIT CARD ENDING with 9368.My account is activated with ONE ASSIST MFEE and charged Amount 1899 Rs with out my knowledge. I want to cancel the unauthorized plan against my Card, and also credit my money in my credit card which you have deducted in my credit card account.

                          Please kindly take a notice and CANCEL the plan and repay my amount Rs.1899 as soon as possible.

                          So request you to please cancel this activation against my credit card, and refund my money also.

                            I done the payment of HDFC credit card On 27 Oct 2020 Amount-20000 and I have not received any confirmation while payment deducted my account and it has not been credited to my HDFC credit card. I have done the payment from Paytm UPI mode Please check and confirm urgently. HDFC Team saying they have not received any payment.

                                I need to permanently close my account. I opened this as a salary account in June 2018. But I switched my organization and created new account there. My hdfc account has been inactive for almost an year. I logged in now and I see negative balance approx 5000.

                                I did not received any email/sms/call that my salary account will get converted to normal account and I will be charged for non maintenance and to an extent that my balance will go negative.

                                After that I have been following up with customer service through mail and calls for account closure but I could not get proper response. I visited branch for closing account but they mentioned there is credit card linked to my account and can not close my account.

                                Seems credit card they issue is managed not by themselves and other team manages credit card is not responsive to my queries. Totally disappointed and frustrated with service of this bank. They charge Money for non maintenance which is against RBI guidelines. Also they issue credit cards without customer consent.

                                  I had applied for a hdfc diners black credit via netbanking cards in september 2019.
                                  At the time of application, there was a promotion offer on my net banking which said - "get lifetime free hdfc diners black credit card with smartpay registration at the time of application".
                                  I had registered for smartpay at the time of application.
                                  Later, i was informed that this smartpay offer is not applicable to diners black card. Whereas the offer was specifically for diners black card.
                                  I wanted to confirm this on telephone and was thinking hdfc customer care would call me before issuing the credit card. But, i didn't got any calls and card was issued right away. And now i believe the conditions of the offer are being twisted to charge me annual fee, which is ethically wrong.
                                  After reading this forum, i realised same has happened with a lot of people. This is wrong and hdfc bank should act on it and reverse these fraudulent annual/joining fee charged to customers.
                                  In the screenshot, one can clearly see actual terms and conditions of the offer, which are not honoured by hdfc bank.

                                    Today I checked the account and found that the negative balance is keeping on increasing. Now it is -612. This account is a Jan Dhan account and If the bank account is mentioned as zero balance then it should not have any additional charges levied on it.

                                        OTP for adding beneficiary is not coming on my gmail

                                        I am trying to add beneficiary for my HDFC netbanking transaction. After adding the beneficiary the OTP for confirmation is going on my mobile which is now out of service as I am abroad. I need the OTP on my registered gmail (kanchan.[protected]@gmail.com) and on my international number (+[protected]. Please help its an urgency....
