I am a Privilege Customer (Account Holder) of HDFC Bank since 7 years and I have made transactions for more than 50Lakhs so far. I have a Personal loan[protected]running and for which I have Paid 20 EMI's so far without any delay or bounces or defaults. As because of the Covid19 crisis, this month I have delayed the payment and on inquiry by the collection department after 15th Oct, I had given assurance that I would be doing it in a week by Saturday as my funds from 3rd parties were delayed due to Hyderabad Floods and also there were 2 days holiday declared at Hyderabad. One of the Executive named "Shirisha" called me on Friday and asked about the payment. I told that as I have promised and assured, I would be doing it in this week, by Saturday. She said that Saturday is a Bank holiday and started using Threatening tone with warnings and said that under any circumstances, I have to clear it by the end of the day (Friday). I was speaking to her very politely without loosing my temper and also told her that this is not a professional way of communicating or convincing. But she was raising her voice and was behaving like a hooligan. I finally told her that I am not in a mood to argue as I was Covid19 infected and was in Quarantine.

Finally, I would like to say that I had a very bitter and Bad experience with HDFC. Even in these challenging situations, it has become very inhuman without even an iota of sympathy and humanness. They haven't even provided any privileges or facilitated the so called Privileged customers. I also have Credit Card outstanding's which were heavily Charged with Bulk amount of interest and never gave any option to either Convert it into EMI or any other way to easy or facilitate the customer situation due to Covid.

ON THE WHOLE, THIS IS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE I HAVE AND WOULD NOT REFER ANYONE TO BANK WITH HDFC. THEY EXECUTIVES DO NOT FOLLOW ANY ETTIQUTES AND DOES NOT HAVE ANY SENSE OF PROFESSIONALISM. THEY EVEN DO NOT CARE IN MAINTAINING THE RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CUSTOMERS.

    I had an issue 4 month back and I mailed the issue, Raised the issue on twitter, Called them, talk to every person who daily call me for HDFC Loan or to Increase my credit card limit.
    They have staff to call you daily on these promotional things but they don't have staff to resolve queries, neither they reply on mail not accepts call as they say "they are working with less people because of Covid".

      I have purchased an AC by HDFC credit card with 5% cashback in 90 days offer on 31st May 2020, around 147 days passed but still I have not received any cashback. It is a gross negligence or failure by HDFC Bank

        I used my credit card to pay ₹12222 for Amazon shopping. I cancelled it and I got the refund message. When I check the credit card bill it still shows the amount due as ₹12222.
        The refund was already returned to my credit card still they are not updating the bill.
        HDFC credit card number ending with 0244.

              My name is divyanshu gautam.i have taken a personal loan for hdfc bank.my loan no is 56614254.I am not able to do loan at this time, because my financial condition is not good nor am I working now.But I will close the loan soon as soon as my condition is correct, but the collection agency is bothering me so much that I have been harassed.A girl harasses by calling and speaking every day.She does not call on the mobile number that I gave in my reference, she calls my relative and speaks to them also.He called my relative's phone number and then harasses them.pls stop all call & msg for my relatives.

                I had paid the merchant (Metro Shoes Ltd) for an online order via Google pay on 1st August 2020. The transaction failed but amount of Rs.1605.50 got deducted from my account.I contacted the merchant and they mentioned that it was a transaction failure and they didn't receive the payment. They even shared the screenshot of their payment gateway. Then I contacted HDFC Bank customer service regarding the same explaining the issue along with the merchant's screenshot.                   I had hdfc moneyback creditcard since long as there was no annual fees for life time.

                  After that HDFC representative had suggested to upgrade creditcard to hdfc regalia creditcard and at that time he/she had committed that there will be no any annual charges for a life time.

                  Now, last momth I have been charged for annual fees around rs. 2500. As hdfc representative have already committed that up gradation and than annual fees will not be charged though hdfc has charging annual fees in last month statement. This is really unbefitting and such false promises wont be acceptable. I also talked with my phone banker Mr. Parth Shukla but he also has denied because he dont get any response from management. Also, i have visited nearest branch and talked to creditcard customer care but till date no any solution has been given.

                  I am a customer of hdfc since 2009 but till date no such incident has been faced. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                    There is a service charge with description "ISAQMC" 250rs every quarter is detected from my account. I checked in google there it is mentioned like it is detected for maintenance charges DEMAT/ MUTUAL FUNDS. I initiate to close my Demat and mutual fund account 2 years. I not even brought a single share. Then why i have to pay maintenance charges. Total cheating.

                    I called your customer care executives, Picked by Sundar, Balamurugan, Littleflower. None of them is resolving my query they simply told like the will transfer to another department and the call got disconnected eventually. Pathetic service. I am still losing my amount for no reason. Please provide a proper justification.

                        Unblock my UPI

                        Hai this is Jauharudheen, I had blocked debit card and net banking and UPI transactions due to misuse of my savings account, as the problem sorted out I raised a request at bank to unblock net banking and UPI and for a new debit card. I got a new debit card and it is working and net banking is unblocked and able to transact. But am not able to send money via UPI transaction such as phone pe, Paytm, google pay, etc. Since my UPI is not unblocked...

                          One assist as took a renewal payment of rs. 2000/- from my account in 2016, which was cancelled by me within a week along with the membership. Suddenly after 4 years, in October 2020 in this pandemic situation, without giving prior notice they took 1000+2999+GST from my credit card. When I contacted the customer care, they are stating the membership was took in 2016 for 2 years.They didn't contacted me in 2018 about this, suddenly they used my credit card without my permission.It's almost a week now, no one is responded to my query. One assist used my card without my knowledge then how come they give protection.
                          When I contacted the HDFC Bank, they are informing, one assist can cancel and I can question only one assist. Asking me to file a complaint in -person to the Bank branch .From Bank side also I didn't get any help till now.
                          One Assist and Hdfc Bank cheated money from me in this Pandemic situation

                                  To whom so ever it may concern,

                                  It is extremely disappointing that a process that should not take more than 24hrs to complete is still pending for more than and month and 6 follow up calls and endless promises to get the issue sorted withing the next 24 hours.

                                  Here is a cronology of my calls on ur helpline no. [protected]

                                  1st call - 25th September 2020, spoke with sharukh and put in a request to update my vehical no. and my cell no... I was told the same would be done in 48hours.

                                  2nd call - 9th October 2020, spoke with Riyaz and was informed that the vehical no. Has been updated but cell no. Is still pending due to some technical error and that it would b updated In the next 48 hours.

                                  3rd call -- 16th october 2020, spoke to a lady and was told that it's still.not been updated and she would put in a request to expedite the same.

                                  4th call -- 19tth October 2020, spoke with riyaz, same response as above and processing time line promised was 24hrs.

                                  5th call -- 20th October 2020, spoke to Manasi, same response as above.

                                  6th call -- 21st October 2020, spoke to Kaushalya, same response as above.

                                  7th call -- 22nd October 2020, spoke to sharukh, same response as above... I asked to speak to the manager to try and understand what the exact concern was... Was out on hold for long and was later told no one is available to speak with. And was give this email id to write down my concerns.

                                  The cell no. Registered on my account is incorrect... The no. Initially given was[protected]... Instead the one that is registered is[protected]. ...[protected]does not belong to me or anyone I know... Hence I have been constantly requesting for the same to be changed to [protected].

                                  I got this fastag on January and since then I have been trying to get the no. Changed first by following up with the delaler ( modi hyundai, thane) for months and then directly with hdfc for almost a month.

                                  It's extremely disappointing that such a simple task should take such a long time for such a prestigious organization to sort.

                                  I request you to give this utmost priority and sort my problem immediately.

                                    I’m a customer of Hdfc bank for 13 years and I’ve been holding a Salary account initially and now a Savings account.

                                    I’d received a phone call from one of HDFC staff on 15/10 offering an auto approved HDFC Credit Card. When I replied I wasn’t interested, the staff said the card has already been approved, if I don't need she will close it . Thereafter, she said she will send me a link and asked me to click Submit in the form .
                                    As I’m not familiar with Credit Cards, I completely trusted your staff’s words and submitted the form . When I opened the link it was a form for credit card online request. When I enquired about that she said she will be able to close the card only if i submit the form. Since I never used credit card in my lifetime, I completely believed her words and submitted the form.
                                    Thereafter, she called me to inform that reference number was received at her end and she would be able to close the card. She Promised me as well.
                                    But on 16/Oct I got a credit card in mail box and today I got an OTP to generate pin for the credit card. Also got a message stating my credit card is shipped via bluedart. At that point of time only, I realised that to make me get the credit card HDFC bank Staff played a cheap game
                                    Immediately, I tried reaching the customer care and with hdfc reaching a customer care executive is climbing a mountain and with so much of pain I was connected to an executive and she said that was a different department.
                                    I told her I was not able to reach the credit card department and asked her to connect and she said she cannot and disconnected the call at once.
                                    I strongly believed that my ignorance on credit cards has been misused by HDFC bank staff.
                                    I'm deeply disappointed with this activity of hdfc executives.I just can’t believe that how come renowned banks like HDFC cheating customers to apply for credit cards.
                                    I raised 3 complaints with HDFC since Saturday (17/Oct) regarding this issue. I haven't received any response so far. I did not pick up the courier person call and I want the card to be returned to the bank. I want Hdfc bank to close the card without any additional charges
                                    I would strongly advise hdfc bank team to teach their executives to behave well with customers, respect the customer’s phone calls and most importantly refrain cheating customers to meet their target.

                                    Of late, I’ve been facing so many issues with HDFC. This is because I was a salaried customer before and now am not. So much of deductions every month for not maintaining the balance. HDFC wants their customers to maintain a minimal balance of 10k.This is not the case with other banks. Also their customer care numbers are not reachable.
                                    To be honest, I would say, this is one of the very worst customer service that I have seen ever.

                                    By the time your executives respond you people will misuse my card and do all fradulant work. Without my permission everything had been enabled on this card. I keep on getting messages like card activated, autopay option enabled. You people give card on your own wish without customers interest and you yourself enable everything and charge for it and I have to pay for it. I want the card to be closed ASAP else I have to move on to next level of escalation. I know you people are least bothered about anything and you will continue your cheating work.

                                    It's already 14 days since i raised this complaint. Not even a single response for this. I have never seen a worst bank like this ever before. Cheating customers and when customers raise complaint you people are least bothered about that.

                                    I don't understand like what you people think about your customers. I am trying to close this issue at the earliest, but you people are trying to drag this. You people are giving me so much of depression and you have to give me an answer for this.For the past 2 days(02-Nov & 03-Nov) the same girl is calling back and giving us mental torture and she is asking me to say I have applied for the card to her higher officials.
                                    I have clearly mentioned only after receiving the card I understand that whatever link she asked me to click and submit was an online application for credit card.She promised me to close the auto approved credit card and she asked me to do that. She has played all this game and she is asking me to say I have applied for credit card.
                                    OMG I never ever expected this from you team.
                                    To be safe I have hotlisted the card on 30-Oct through net banking and I have marked ' To be reissued field as NO' and another shocking thing happened on 01-Nov. I got 2 messages stating your insta credit card sent via email. 1 message with the same credit card number and the other message with a new one. And now am able to see a new active credit card linked to my account.
                                    You people will keep on adding credit cards to my account without my permission and knowledge and I have to take all pain in raising complaints, following it up for which you are least bothered and you will never respond. This is giving me and my family so much of depression and you have to pay for this.
                                    I want all the credit cards linked to my accounts to be closed in next 24 hours with proper acknowledgement to my complaint mail. Also i should not receive any calls from that girl again asking me to talk whatever she says.

                                      why this so..i did ask bank to convert the amount into emi.
