And want to change the contact details (Mobile no) however my letter got rejected because of signature mismatch but i apply credit card through netbanking and noone come here for signature verification.. So kindly show me the way that how can i change my mobile no. If my signature is mismatch..?

    I am writing here since i am fed up with hdfc bank. They have been repeatedly financially harrassing me.

    Every year, they would find a new way to charge me without taking my consent. Last year they upgraded my debit card and then charged more. When i told that i did not give consent, they downgraded my debit card and but did not refund the charges.

    Last month they charged me rs 1000 + gst for a credit card that i have not even received.
    I called customer care numerous times and explained the issue. They directed me to drop an email at customerservices. [protected]@hdfcbank.com. I wrote multiple mails from them. It has been more than a month but still no response. The only response i got was that they called me and said that i will receive a callback in few days.

    Then later i even filed complaint using hdfc portal. I received a call from hdfc agent and she asked me to visit hdfc bank branch. Again, when i go to hdfc branch, they say that they don't know anything about it and i need to get in touch with customer care.

    It seems like they are taking me in for a loop. Please help me find a solution for this. I can;t keep paying unfair charges like these.

    Hi Nadia, The issue is that I don't have the credit card is question nor it was ever received. When I contact HDFC bank, it tells me it has not been issued too. How can I be charged for something that doesn't exist?

      There's a huge deduction from my account in last 7-8 months showing Mirevenue hold through GEFU. When asked they said there's an outstanding amount for your account and they are still doing the same every month. Around 2k has been debited every moth from my account. What kind of outstanding amount they are taking about. It doesn't even shoe in the bank statement. They're literally looting people with this trick. Kindly help.

      WHAT OUTSTANDING CHARGES????? I don't have any LOAN going with HDFC. Stop this ###. What is this AQB chanrges that you are taking since last 7-8 months.

            Sir,

            I have a hdfc bank loan with loan account number 56955974. On 27 march 2020 i got a call from phone banker to recovery of bounce charges for which i have provided all details about these were not because of my fault same was fault of there hdfc loan branches bhiwani. After alot of discussion, we agreed on payment of 70% of charges and remaining would be waive off. I have paid same charges on 27.03.2020.
            On 17.07.2020 same charges is recovered from my bank account.
            I have called mr. Munish loan executive janakpuri branch hdfc. He said us this fault is because o[censored]s but same can not be refund. I have all recordings with your phone bankers. I have made three time online mail complaint as well and same is not resolved till now and no one called till now for this issue.

              The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
              First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

                I made a hotel booking on the 5th august 2020 for accommodation at royal orchid metropole mysore, check in on 13th august for a duration of one night by accessing secure. Agoda.com website, selecting visa / master card in the drop down menu and providing all details of my name, hdfc credit card number complete with cvv number for a booking with free cancellation option. Thereafter i did get a message alert at 4.59pm from hdfcbank providing an otp 487600 for a transaction of rs.2147.95 at paytm app on card ending 5013 valid till 17:02:10 hrs.
                Immediately on my authorising the transaction with the otp, i got another message alert from hdfcbank stating that i have spent rs. 2147.95 on credit card xx5013 at playgoogle1121386. Initially i did not consider any diversion of my payment, but realised that it was so as i never got any booking confirmation id from agoda.com even the next day. I tried to cancel the booking but was unsuccessful due to the absence of any booking id. Contacting agoda.com customer service got me a response that there was no booking in my name or reference to my email.
                I have taken up the matter again with hdfc bank but they are stressing the point that i have initiated the transaction, and are asking for a email / letter on agoda.com letterhead that they have not received any payment with respect to my booking. It is surprising that though hdfcbank has already acknowledged that payment was effected to playgoogle1121386 there seems yo be a great deal of reluctance in accepting that the payment has been diverted by paytm app. Furthermore it is surprising to note that a similar diversion of funds has happened in the recent past, to be precise a debit card of one mr. Sundarapandian was divested of funds to the extent of rs.8457.00 on 29/09/2018 and the amount was transferred to playgoogle1121386 which is an identical beneficiary.
                I took the action of blocking my card the next day and have been charged rs100.00 for replacing my card. Had i not taken this action, my credit card would have been a target for further diversions as the cvv number was already known.
                I therefore feel that the personnel in either hdfc and paytm or in both have colluded to continue the cyber crime which was carried out almost two years ago. Yet hdfc has not been able to address the lapses in their systems.
                I require a refund of the amount debited as there was a deficiency in service in respect of the fund transfer, and it is a repeat occurrence as far as hdfcbank is concerned.

                  I ordered something from Amazon and immediately cancelled it. I received a message that the payment has been reversed by Amazon but when i checked my bank statement there was nothing like that.

                  Could you please into this asap as the amount was huge.

                            Cheque book applied but not received

                            I have applied for my new cheque book on 11/Aug/2020 and got SMS notification from HDFC saying my cheque book is dispatch via BlueDart on 14th Aug. But, the blue dart way bill status showing the package is rejected in the receiving point. I called and confirmed with blue dart customer service. I'm not able to reach the HDFC customer service regarding this. I'm not sure what is happening, there are lot of chance for the cheque book being misused...

                              I have taken loan of two wheeler in 2016 i have cleared 14 months correctly my payment. in the last 6 months payment i was unable to pay due to some financial problems. Even though after that i paid all pending amount and i got NOC from bank.. I was reapplying for loan or credit card it is showing that the your not eligible for loans due to bank internal policy. And i tried in other banks it is showing the same please find the complaint and do needfull.

                                This is BINOJ, an account holder of HDFC including DEMAT A/C and credit card. On 18Th August 2020 I got a call from an employee from credit card section from Thrissur office WHO MENTIONED HER NAME AS SNUPA(MOB: [protected] - INTENTIONALLY INCLUDING HER NUMBER TO MAKE EVERYONE AWARE OF THIS FRAUD EMPLOYEE IN HDFC CREDIT CARD SECTOIN) explaining about a health cover .

                                As I always search for good opportunity to make savings, I was totally interested with the health plan she introduced and so only i asked her about the product brochure or synopsis of the same since she included lot many diseases which no company will give even i got shocked hearing HIV (which is not included, then came to know when the call came from HDFC), later she told me that HDFC employee will call, then tell your date of birth and mother's name. As she told me that, after this they will send brochure to my E-Mail ID

                                But when the call arrived, i came to know that they are calling me for issuing the policy and then i called her stating that without knowing the details i can't take this policy, Ms. SNUPA( FRAUDULENT EMPLOYEE IN CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT) TOLD ME THAT FOR AVAILING BROCHURE THROUGH E-MAIL YOU SHOULD TELL THOSE DETAILS THEN IF YOU'RE NOT INTERESTED SHE'LL ONLY CANCEL WITHOUT LOSING MY MONEY, SINCE SHE NEEDS TO REACH HER INSURANCE TARGET SHE COMPELLED ME TO TELL THAT I'M NOT HAVING ANY MEDICINES .LATER I CALLED HER ASKING FOR THE SAME, AT 10:10 AM ON 20/08/2020 SHE TOLD THAT SHE'LL CANCEL AND DISCONNECTED WITHOUT SPEAKING ANYTHING REGARDING THE SAME.

                                Later i called her at 11:29 AM on 20/08/2020 seeking the status on the same she didn't pick up the call and never picked up. I have called the toll free number by myself and asked for cancellation . i'll never rely upon HDFC Bank and i'll cancel my relation with the bank if i didn't get my money completely since i got hurt so deeply by your employee Ms. SNUPA

                                if this is the way your employees treat your customers means I'm losing all my hopes on saving my money in HDFC BANK.

                                DO THE NEEDFUL BEFORE I FILE A COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER COURT AGAINST HDFC AND ANOTHER COMPLAINT AGAINST SALES EXECUTIVE Ms SNUPA WITH FULL RECORDINGS I HAVE.

                                      My salary account (In HDFC bank) was created in my company xxxxxxx and now my salary account in HDFC bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me) and hence I had called your customer care and raised a request to close my account as I did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that i never logged in to my account through net banking and no transactions have been done till the date. I logged into my account for some reason on[protected] and I see that I have Rs. -6501(-ve) in my account.

                                      According to the RBI, A bank does not allow the balance in a savings account to go negative due to imposition of charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance and if any bank continues to debit charges on a savings account creating a negative balance, customers can approach the banking ombudsman.

                                      And since currently I'm in Visakhapatnam and couldn't come to your branch for any assistance in closure of my account.
