Hello,
The minimum balance limit for my salary account is Zero, but still for some reason I am being charged 858 rupees and it is displayed as "mirevenue hold through gefu". My account balance has gone in negative. Please respond asap. I am not going to deposit money against such charges, or I will simply change the bank.

        I have paid for fastag in the month of december 2019 app no: hfr847127 but not yet received the fastag to my address.. It's been almost more than 8 months and i have called customer service and asked for a refund and they said the refund amount will get credited within 3 days but i haven't received a single amount. And no reply for my emails.

        Now, i need to get the refund and as well as compensation for making me to wait for long time in the toll gate.

          I requested for loan, so i paid application fee, which is around inr 6000.
          But very next day i changed my mind and want to cancel this process and want my money back.

            I made a payment for college fees using HDFC Bank net banking option. The amount was really huge.. as soon as I entered the OTP, I received a message in the college portal saying session time out.
            But I got message from HDFC that my money is debited..

            I thought I'll wait for the transaction to get reverted.. but it's been 4 days I haven't received the amount back..

            I regsitered a complaint in the net banking portal, got a docket number thorugh mail, using which I filled a complaint form as well. But it's been 2 days haven't got any response.

            I also called the bangalore customer care number, made all the necessary key presses, ultimately when it was time to connect to customer care executive, the call would automatically get cut..

            I tried calling my branch number, that was computer generated too and gave me a link as a message which redirected me to some EVA assistant.

            THIS WAS NOT EXPECTED FROM HDFC.

            I had always thought that HDFC would have one of the best user experiences.. and I'm sorry to say that I'm really disppointed. A huge money of mine is still trapped and I'm losing out on the last date of fees payment of college.

            As a customer now I'm clueless as to what to do. I tried every single option available online. Can't go to any nearby branch also due to Corona scene.

            Really disappointed.

              Dear team I have a salary account with HDFC bank let me explain the whole issue last year i took a personal loan from another finance company and did emi mandate for that loan with HDFC bank i gave permission to my bank for ACH payment for my loan emi but due to some dispute with the finance company regarding my loan I stopped maintaining balance in my account on emi due date and due to that I've been charged Debit return charges by bank and finance company both party, I have beard to much loss for my HDFC account as I've been charged Debit return charges multiple time in a singal month more than 8000 INR have been deducted from my account as debit return charges and still my account balance is showing in minus 7191 and bank has also hold my deposited amount of 7891 INR.
              I had dispute with bank executive regarding this issue but it's been more than six months and I haven't received any resulution for my complaint I request you to please look into this matter and give me resulution for the same as I'm going through very hard time due to this pendamic situation I have already lost my job in lockdown and there is no source of money I'm not able to buy grain to feed myself and my family I request you with my both hands attached 🙏🙏🙏 to help me with this as soon as possible.

                    i have been misselled a policy by your manager at hdfc indore.
                    and he guranteed me returns of 14% and a certificate of amount that i will get but today my money has lost and " I HAVE AUDIO RECORDINGS OF IT " "and i will file police complain and complain in irdai and consumer court if i dont get a solution.

                    1:- The manager at hdfc indore palsikar branch has sold me a policy by telling many lies which are as follows
                    a:- he lied that i will get 14% returns
                    b:- polkicy is 100% risk free and you will get guranteed returns
                    c: you will get a certificate of guranteed returns just like FD .
                    d:- the money can be withdrawn any time .

                    SOLUTION:-So i request you to please return my money Rs 50000 with 14% interest or i will file police complain and complain in irdai and consumer court as I have audio recordings of conversations with manager.

                        Today your employee through phone no [protected] called my client Dr Mohit Yadav who has taken a car loan from you with loan no 8176502. Your employee called my client at 11:32 and misbehaved with my client . Eventhough the fault was on their behalf only as despite the all procedural requirements they didn't deducted the EMI for the August and aksed to physically visit the bank.My client already had visited theHDFC Jhajjar Branch twice in month of July and also followed the direction for the automatic deduction of the EMIs .
                        Today i.e. 26/08/2020 a call from [protected] was received at 11: 32am and again asked for EMI . On which my client humbly told her that he had completed the requirements already for the automatic deduction of EMIs . Also he is busy in doing his medical duites as being a medical officer during this covid19 pandemic.
                        I request you to take necessary action against the said employee and find out who was she and ask him to tender an unconditional apology to my respectable client Dr Mohit Yadav.

                            I had taken hdfc life policy, policy no. 15001981 in 2012. The policy was provided to me by the branch manager of hdfc bank in rishikesh. I had paid two premiums worth rs. 99, 999 per year in 2012 and 2013. Due to some circumstances, i was not able to pay the remaining 3 premiums. When i contacted the branch manager who provided me the policy, he assured me that there will not be any issue and i will get all my premiums refunded when the policy is matured. The policy maturity date was told to be 5 years. So, i was supposed to get my refund of 2 premiums in 2017 but they were not given to me. When i approached the hdfc life office in haridwar, they told me that according to my policy i am not assured any returns. I never knew about this rule that is told to me all of a sudden. I was never even provided the bond of the policy in which i had enrolled. If i was previously told that my premiums will not be returned in case i miss to submit remaining premiums, i would never have opted for this policy. There was wrong verbal communication given to me from their end and with no policy bond in hand, i could never verify the same.

                                      Hello everyone,

                                      I applied for HDFC Bank Max savings account two weeks back

                                      I did video Kyc & account activated successfully

                                      I also deposited 30k+ on my account

                                      But I still didn't received my welcome kit & debit card

                                      If I tweet them thaey are asking me call phone banking officer but without tele-identification number we can't do it

                                      Tele identification number comes in the welcome kit which I didn't received yet

                                      I sent over 6 emails regarding this but there is no reply from them
