I had taken hdfc life policy, policy no. 15001981 in 2012. The policy was provided to me by the branch manager of hdfc bank in rishikesh. I had paid two premiums worth rs. 99, 999 per year in 2012 and 2013. Due to some circumstances, i was not able to pay the remaining 3 premiums. When i contacted the branch manager who provided me the policy, he assured me that there will not be any issue and i will get all my premiums refunded when the policy is matured. The policy maturity date was told to be 5 years. So, i was supposed to get my refund of 2 premiums in 2017 but they were not given to me. When i approached the hdfc life office in haridwar, they told me that according to my policy i am not assured any returns. I never knew about this rule that is told to me all of a sudden. I was never even provided the bond of the policy in which i had enrolled. If i was previously told that my premiums will not be returned in case i miss to submit remaining premiums, i would never have opted for this policy. There was wrong verbal communication given to me from their end and with no policy bond in hand, i could never verify the same.

      The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
      First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

          My name is Mohd Faisal and I had ordered a product of RS.9999 (Mobile) in Flipkart on (31/7/2020) & cancel this order due to personal reason. And on (01/08/2020) Flipkart initiated the amount to my card It should credited by 06 August 2020,
          still didn't get the money. Flipkart sent this reference number 75503720215041296418058 and told me to fill charge dispute form at HDFC bank support.
          So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is 3541 (last four digit)

            Hello everyone,

            I applied for HDFC Bank Max savings account two weeks back

            I did video Kyc & account activated successfully

            I also deposited 30k+ on my account

            But I still didn't received my welcome kit & debit card

            If I tweet them thaey are asking me call phone banking officer but without tele-identification number we can't do it

            Tele identification number comes in the welcome kit which I didn't received yet

            I sent over 6 emails regarding this but there is no reply from them

                dear team kindly check the details without any reason my money got hold and in my credit card there is a finance charges of 600rs when i have already cleared the entire bill amount before due date.. this is 2nd time its happening like this i have complaint many times but no response from the customer care people whenever i tried connect with the team after waiting for 45min call will get automatically disconnected.

Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date.                             I am very disappointed, I had applied hdfc easyemi credit card via my login NetBanking.

                            I fill all the details and upload my documents and salary slip.Next morning I received message[protected] Your online Credit Card application DCC[protected] has been submitted and is subject to internal policies and guidelines. Our representative will get in touch with you soon for further processing of you application. Click here https://apply.hdfcbank.com/dapweb/TrackApplication to track the status of your application.--_[protected] then in afternoon I got a call from [protected] hdfc her name neelam she told me that your credit card is processed and your limit is 50k and it will dispatch with in 2 days then I relaxed...then i thought to check status of my credit ...I was shocked to that application decline without in msg or email they declined and before that they confirmed everything like credit limit.

                            I very upset during this lockdown I applied this card to release my burden but all in vain as I am their hdfc account holder customer they do like this. I need justification along with card.

                              Rs 3790.11 is what the bank has kept on hold against Gefu which is quite unclear.
                              Kindly give me information on how to get this amount released and how do I continue banking with Hdfc.( like what final charges payments so do I need to pay as I have insufficient funds too in my account.

                                Three transactions of rs. 485.37, 602 and 698 were reversed by amazon on 14th July 2020 but the amounts are not credited into my bank account. Transaction was done through hdfc debit card. Received the messages copied below from the bank on my registered mobile number but the amount is still not reflecting in my account.

                                Ur transaction on HDFC Bank DEBIT/ATM Card ending 4248 for Rs. 485.37 has been credited/reversed by AMAZON on[protected]:14:05:31

                                Ur transaction on HDFC Bank DEBIT/ATM Card ending 4248 for Rs. 602.00 has been credited/reversed by AMAZON on[protected]:05:21:19

                                I have attached a screenshots of the messages that i got from hdfc bank after the transaction was reversed, but the amount hasn't been credited yet.

                                  My name is Samkit Doshi From Jodhpur (Rajasthan)

                                  We have Hdfc account from More Than 10 years and We Have 3 Accounts in HDFC Bank.
                                  Around 2 year back my personal banker forced me to take credit card they said you will not be charged any extra amount that is my guarantee i said ok.
                                  Now Before Lockdown around JAN 20 OR FEB 20 He called me and said you are incurring Finance Charges from the Date of issue of Credit Card.
                                  Afterwards credit card was issued and personal banker have set my account settings to minimum amount due and i incurred finance charges till date and Personal Banker said that you account settings have been changed. Even i don’t know how to change the setting via net banking and before 1 month my personal banker has been changed by HDFC Bank. I am Trying at every level by no one is Helping.
                                  Jodhpur Branch is Also Not Solving the Issue.
                                  My Personal Banker Was From Jaipur Name Ankit Verma.
                                  I Am 99% Sure That settings have been Changed By Them because at the time of issue of credit card he only has done the settings I even don’t know how to change the settings .
                                  I Need My Finance Charges Back as soon as Possible.
                                  I Have Also filed a Complaint on consumercomplaints.in there also no response.

                                    delay in current account opening

                                    I am an existing customer of hdfc bank for more than 5 years now. My customer id is 61037817. I got a very good service always from you so i thoughtof opening the current account also. I am very disappointed this time.

                                    I am starting a new business and i went to my nearest branch i. E. Gorabazar branch, kolkata. I submitted all my documents and the check also for opening the current account on 7th august and its 2 weeks now...

                                    I am customer of hdfc bank and from last 1 yr i am using hdfc bank salary account.
                                    I am very upset about hdfc bank credit card service. I see that today in monthly statement there are multiple charges are levied on me. Hdfc people committed to provide good service so i choose hdfc credit card. But i see there are multiple entry which are inaccurate they charged wrongly.
                                    I need my money revert back in my account other wise i am escalate this matter to rbi and consumer forum.

                                    Wrong charges applicable on my statement :

                                    Instaloan, INT NBR-01, [protected] (Reg# 09999999980823002648398)-704.55
                                    Instaloan, PRIN NB-01, [protected] (Reg# 09999999980823002648380)-2767.46

                                    Total : 3472.01 rs unnecessary charges levied on me

                                    I want the restatement with corrected amount with an early date.

                                      I have activated smart pay through hdfc bank credit card for paying my insurance policy. The amount for my policy number HDFC life 90562776, was deducted on 11.08.2020, against transaction number TXHC8712, but it not deposited to insurer till today insurance agent are keep calling me that your policy due date was 20.08.2020, but they have not received any payment.
