Dear Sir,

This is BINOJ, an account holder of HDFC including DEMAT A/C and credit card. On 18Th August 2020 I got a call from an employee from credit card section from Thrissur office WHO MENTIONED HER NAME AS SNUPA(MOB: [protected] - INTENTIONALLY INCLUDING HER NUMBER TO MAKE EVERYONE AWARE OF THIS FRAUD EMPLOYEE IN HDFC CREDIT CARD SECTOIN) explaining about a health cover .

As I always search for good opportunity to make savings, I was totally interested with the health plan she introduced and so only i asked her about the product brochure or synopsis of the same since she included lot many diseases which no company will give even i got shocked hearing HIV (which is not included, then came to know when the call came from HDFC), later she told me that HDFC employee will call, then tell your date of birth and mother's name. As she told me that, after this they will send brochure to my E-Mail ID

But when the call arrived, i came to know that they are calling me for issuing the policy and then i called her stating that without knowing the details i can't take this policy, Ms. SNUPA( FRAUDULENT EMPLOYEE IN CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT) TOLD ME THAT FOR AVAILING BROCHURE THROUGH E-MAIL YOU SHOULD TELL THOSE DETAILS THEN IF YOU'RE NOT INTERESTED SHE'LL ONLY CANCEL WITHOUT LOSING MY MONEY, SINCE SHE NEEDS TO REACH HER INSURANCE TARGET SHE COMPELLED ME TO TELL THAT I'M NOT HAVING ANY MEDICINES .LATER I CALLED HER ASKING FOR THE SAME, AT 10:10 AM ON 20/08/2020 SHE TOLD THAT SHE'LL CANCEL AND DISCONNECTED WITHOUT SPEAKING ANYTHING REGARDING THE SAME.

Later i called her at 11:29 AM on 20/08/2020 seeking the status on the same she didn't pick up the call and never picked up. I have called the toll free number by myself and asked for cancellation . i'll never rely upon HDFC Bank and i'll cancel my relation with the bank if i didn't get my money completely since i got hurt so deeply by your employee Ms. SNUPA

if this is the way your employees treat your customers means I'm losing all my hopes on saving my money in HDFC BANK.

DO THE NEEDFUL BEFORE I FILE A COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER COURT AGAINST HDFC AND ANOTHER COMPLAINT AGAINST SALES EXECUTIVE Ms SNUPA WITH FULL RECORDINGS I HAVE.

    I have not done the following transactions using my credit card but HDFC bank sends the following statement in my monthly Credit Card Statement.

    OFFUS EMI, PRIN NB:09, [protected] (Ref# 09999999980816010621027) Rs. 3, 578.95

        My salary account (In HDFC bank) was created in my company xxxxxxx and now my salary account in HDFC bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me) and hence I had called your customer care and raised a request to close my account as I did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that i never logged in to my account through net banking and no transactions have been done till the date. I logged into my account for some reason on[protected] and I see that I have Rs. -6501(-ve) in my account.

        According to the RBI, A bank does not allow the balance in a savings account to go negative due to imposition of charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance and if any bank continues to debit charges on a savings account creating a negative balance, customers can approach the banking ombudsman.

        And since currently I'm in Visakhapatnam and couldn't come to your branch for any assistance in closure of my account. Hence I request you to kindly waive off the charges and help me in closing my account as early as possible. Expecting prompt response from your end.

          I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 4272 without my concern on date:18/08/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1399/-

            First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

              Rs540 debited from my account and i recieved the message below
              Thanks for paying Rs.540.00 from A/c XXXX9259 to PAYUEGRASHRY via NetBanking. Call [protected] if txn not done by you
              Hence my water bill payment is still pending
              Kindly do the needful and refund my amount

                I am account holder of Account No [protected]. As per bank statement I have been issued a credit card which has not been received by me so far. Furthermore the same credit card ( Last four digits 7336 as mentioned in the SMS of HDFC) has not been activated and nor used for any transaction during the entire period. Now it has been revealed from your various messages that an amount of Rs 7465.59 has been levied charges on account of credit card/misc charges which is wholly illegal. However the complaint to the effect has also been lodged with Reserve Bank of India and subsequently Ombudsman BO Chandiagarh has been assigned to look after my complaint and compliance accordingly. Moreover I would like to seek your personal attention that the concerned authority of HDFC be directed to do the needful to check their records that the said so called issued credit card at their end has been activated or used for any transaction by me. Then how they can claim for charges on account of such credit card which has not been activated or used for any transaction by m.e

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  Your sales representative has contacted me in month of Aug 2018. I have given my documents to him and received my card in month of Aug-2018.

                  I would like to inform that sales person has clearly told that credit card (Diners ClubMiles) is completely free card. He clearly said that there won’t be any annual fees or charges on card and considering the card as free, i have agreed for issuance.

                  Now it will be injustice if i had to pay annual fees which i was not communicated before taking card and last year (2019) no annual fees were deducted.

                  I have 3 different credit cards from other banks which does not have any annual fees and also don’t encourage myself to take card with annual fees or any other charges irrespective of multiple benefits available. I have never been defaulted by any bank for delay payment or charges.

                  It’s really very painful to spend time on this issue. I have already hot listed Diners ClubMiles credit card before 2 months due unsolicited call from number and planning to cancel.

                  Please take your time to investigate the matter and i can provide all details which you need but kindly reverse annual fees at earliest on my card so that i can initiate process to cancel the card.

                    I had HDFC moneyback credit card issued with lifetime free card. But after one year they charge annual fees of 499+18%GST.
                    when i complaint regarding that they reversed 499 Rs.
                    I paid remaining GST 90 Rs.
                    But when i check my reward point they cut 499 reward point which equal to annual fees without my acknowledgement.
                    So cheap bank.
                    i had complaint regarding that many times but no reply from their side.

                        Hdfc bank is debiting unnecessary charges from my account i have a personel loan and I pay my EMI everytime on time and this time I have applied for mortarium, and it has started debitting my EMI from my account. Now suddenly it has charged me loan manual charge i.e. twice my one month EMI. Please resolve this at the earliest.

                            mctf money deducted randomly

                            An amount of rupees 3, 267 was deducted on 17th aug 2020 illegally and suddenly without me making any transaction on that day for an e-commerce website called instacart.

                            There is no cheque id mentioned for that transaction either. Kindly initiate the refund asap....

                                i am subodh kumar gupta, serve in the indian navy now posted at kerala. While i was in goa i have take a credit card from hdfc bank and catd limit was 80, 000.00 rs. That time i have spent all limit. Some time i have not make any payment of my card pending and one of hdfc bank personne call me and told me for payment. That time i want to close my credit card and settle the all oustanding amount. That time he (hdfc executive) told me to pay 54, 000 rs for settlement. I pay the settlement amount but not received any slip or acknowledgement papaer from banl.

                                  1 month back i have opened an savings account in HDFC bank but on 14th August i have been charged 590 rs for issuance of debit card even i did not get informed through message. Any bank does not charge for ATM for the very first time. But why i have been charged. Please solve my issue

                                    MY account has debiting through ACH charges everymonth 589rs, and Mi revenue is keep my funds hold through GEFU, , , already I complained once there no answer from customer care and bank, , again this month has been debited my amount and kept in hold 1137.14rs and also to reach customer care its very hard, , so please resolve my issue atleast this time I hope...

                                      I'm using HDFC CREDIT CARD SINCE LAST2 YEAR CARD NUMBER ENDING with 5**8.My account is activated with ONE ASSIST MFEE and charged Amount Rs.1899 with out my knowledge. I want to cancel the unauthorized plan against my Card, and also credit my money in my credit card which you have deducted in my credit card account.

                                      Also this is unfair that you cannot deduct the amount from the credit card without prior notice through call/message.
                                      And HDFC Bank also has to recheck this issue with the Auto Payment modes.

                                      So request you to please cancel this activation against my credit card, and refund my money also.
