I transfered 14000 from my hdfc account to another account through hdfc mobile app. My money got debited and they didn't received money. I need money immediately for medical emergency. I never experiences like this in previous any another bank. Am sure they didn't received money. Refund my money asap as it is emergency

    My netbanking account always remain locked since i opened the account.. After i regenerate ipin password it gets locked again after 30 mins then again i have to regenerate it i have complained everywhere still no solution

      I have cancelled a order on flipkart, i immediately got a msg from hdfc that

      Ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 4036 for rs. 11999.00 has been credited/reversed by flipkart payme on[protected] :17:03:10

      I checked the online statement and it is not credited into my account. I am scared as it's a large sum please help. Since it is a confirmation message from bank, i am assuming that the flipkart has done it's part. Will it ever get reflected in my account?

        My hdfc credit card number [protected] has been disabled by hdfc bank. It got disabled in 2013 wherein there was a dispute because of wrong commitment from hdfc collection representative and their customer support team. They kept charging me with a lot of interest with my complaint unresolved.
        In 2013 they blocked my card, deducted 50, 000 from my account without my consent.
        I did not take any action back then and was just fine being rid of that card.
        Now in 2020 where i’ve no card, they cleared all their dues and no guidance from the branch about how to resolve this. They have charged me 15664rs. Their customer care number never lets me make a complaint on phone.
        I am unable to get rid of this and still in a huge stress because of my poor cibil score. That too for something i have paid more than double the amount that i spent. I have a decent credit history for all my other financial needs otherwise.
        Hdfc has made my life miserable and i want to take strict action for this.
        I have all the related mails wherein i have made a request to them to disable my card amd services.

          But after numerous call to customer care the are not responding.

            I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with7425 without my concern on date:29/08/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this one assist mfee membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs 1399/-

                I purchased a lg ac from bharat electronic and appliances coimbatore for 44, 000 on may 11 2020 using my hdfc credit card under the no cost emi option with a 5 % cashback offer and i was told that i would be receiving it in 3 months time. But till now i haven’t received the cashback amount. When i reached out to hdfc bank, they are asking me the charging slip and asked me reach out to the merchant. I was never told that i should keep hold of the ‘ customer copy ‘. When everything has been computerised and ‘ paperless ‘, how can they expect me to keep the charging slip for 3 months. Everything should be in their system. As everyone knows, every time when we swipe the card, the merchant asks do we need a ‘ customer copy’ and we mostly say we don’t need as all statements are available for download. Even hdfc send the statements in mail and not via post as hard copy. So it’s baffling that they expect me to hold the charging slip. These kind of cashbacks just seem to be a clear scam by hdfc to make us buy their credit cards. I have been using hdfc card for many years now and am seriously disappointed at their attitude. On trying to reach the bank executive/ manager of the credit card section in coimbatore, mettupalayam road branch, they dont even have the courtesy to meet or call us after making us wait for an hour. Seriously disappointed with this kind of attitude

                  My name is rohit mishra, i had a 2 wheeler loan with hdcf bank which was closed in march 2020. As a regular process, i was supposed to receive my vehicle noc from the bank. On march 09, 2020 i received an information message where it was mentioned that my noc is being dispatched, but there was no contact details of the delivery agent and also i did not received any calls either from the bank also from the delivery agent upon rech for delivery. Now, after few days i received again a message from bank saying my noc returned undelivered and i have to go and collect it. Soon after this incident nationwide lock down happened which effect people's movement. I could not visit the bank in the same period as i was not sure which days bank is open and which days it is close. There is no point of contact to bank right now, you cannot chek when they are open and when not, on website it updated as a regular status just for formality, i have been chasing the customer care to provide me the solution for the same issues. Customer care also is not available due to covid crisis, even now the system has started running smoothly allover the country.
                  When i could not reach to any of the bank representative or had any clear picture of operations i wrote an e-mail regarding the issue on 3/21 and followed up on 6/19. The part of conversation are listed below.

                  External message*

                  Hi alpesh,

                  Further to my query against my loan id[protected], for which noc was not delivered.
                  Please go through the points below which are left unanswered. Kindly revert back with enough proof.

                  When the noc was sent, none of the executives had contacted me before reaching the destination, moreover the bank has not shared any details with me regarding tracking of my package. Why so? Is it not banks responsibility to contact their customer before delivering the package or share the package details with them?
                  When i received the call yesterday from one of the hdfc representative via landline[protected], he asked me my email id and confirmed me that re-attempt of delivery will be taken from the bank side as due to lockdown delivery was unsuccessful, but here on mail i am not seeing any of the said information provided me over call.
                  Moreover, today i have received again a call from mr. Ramesh, one of hdfc executive via mobile [protected] and he has asked me to collect the noc from the hdfc bank branch of indira nagar, bangalore by paying the amount of 500 rupees. May i ask why? Why this charge i have to pay when there is no delay from my side. Firstly, the bank has not taken any initiative to update their customer about their package so that he could have tracked and managed to collect the package, moreover it was said it has come undelivered and the executive has accepted that it was from the bank side then why i have to visit the branch now? Well in my opinion, if a customer does not have any idea about the package he cannot collect it. It is the bank's responsibility to provide enough details to their customer before claiming such a statement.
                  Also, when the lockdown was imposed in the country, movement of individuals was restricted, at that time how you suppose to believe the customer to collect the noc by visiting the branch, and now the bank is saying i have to pay charges to collect my noc? Isn't this ridiculous?
                  Kindly provide me with a satisfactory explanation of the above questions and re-arrange the delivery for my noc.

                  By this time i have got the information that i need to pay 500 rupees to collect my noc.
                  I visited one of the nearest branch after the lock down norms were eased in may 2020, where it was advised to me that i have to visit a particular cmh road branch, bangalore branch (Address mentioned in the address column) for more inquiry. I visited the branch on 07/15 and after reaching the bank branch i got to know that branch is closed due to some emergency reason. Now again i visited the branch on 07/28, firstly i was not allowed to enter the branch to meet any of the executive, moreover security guys at the branch were telling me again to come in the morning and collect the token and then the appointment will be fixed.

                  Now, question is :- where is the responsibility of bank to inform their customers for any changes in their work routine, there is no point of contact and no one is taking any responsibility to address any new sop or update to their customer, it s a total of 12 km distance of the branch from where is live and moreover i am a working professional. I personally took 2 times purposely leave for this occasion as the regular working days crosses with my company working days. It is not practically possible for me to re-visit the branch again and again.
                  First of all, the bank should have provided me the tracking details for my noc if it was tried to be delivered, which was not given. I could have collected it after reaching to the delivery agent or any one through tracking details.
                  Secondly, there is no valid reason for them to charge a customer 500 rs for their work, it is bank's duty to deliver the customer documents to the customer and they cannot charge for that. Simply saying the noc could not be delivered does not justify your responsibility, show me the proof.
                  Moreover, my efforts were always to collect it on my own even after such bad customer experience and as a result still i am not having my noc.

                  Solution:- i need my noc to be delivered to me in a fair mean, no charges and less hectic system. Also, ask bank to understand and value their customers. Sitting behind air-conditioned walls and not allowing your customers to enter in the branch, what type of rule is this? I was not even allowed to talk to any of the representative, security guy was, it is so exhausting to see how a customer experience is placed in the public sector entities.

                    I have applied for savings bank account lately in the april 2020. However, i have not received my welcome kit, debit card and cheque book till now. I have tried to contact my home branch for the same, but they are not helping me. I have tried to contact your customer care on number[protected], but they are asking for my debit card number for verification of my identity when you have not provided to me till now. Then i mailed you on july 28 on [protected]@hdfcbank.com hbl=[protected], however no response has been received till now. Thereafter, i have lodged a compliant on your grievance portal hbl=[protected] and i received an email from you in which you was asking for me and my family’s health and telling me that you are committed to services. Thereafter i have tried to contact the nodal principal officer on[protected] on date 31.08.2020 but no one bothered to pick the call and now i think i am having a single option to withdraw the money and close the account. Please let me know if i am having any other option apart from the said. I know due to covid no one is working with full capacity but atleast everyone is working upto some extend and not sending empty emails which are useless.

                      I have a dispute going on regarding unauthorised transaction since few months now.
                      Hdfc isn’t resolving the issue now even replying to my mails.
                      They have been charging interest rate despite me requesting to inform me how much payment do i make to avoid such scenario
                      Dispute:the transaction got approved without any notification on the next day despite o[censored]nsuccessful transaction message and mail. Ref :- [protected]

                      How will i come to know regarding this? Hence haven’t made the payment since.
                      Now even thou the dispute is going on, the bank is charging late payment fees and interest on the outstanding amount.

                      I have advised i am ready to make the necessary payment until the issue is resolved but i haven’t got any mail or a specific amount to the needful.

                        Hi, i have hdfc credit card whose payment is pending of about 147000. Due to pandamic situation i was not able to pay it. As morotorium period is ending on 31st au i decided to pay it from september but its employee calling me againg and again anf torchering and forcing me to pay otherwise they come to my house for collection. Please help me. He is calling me again and again since last few days and creating menal pressure on me. His contact is [protected], [protected].                               I have opted an emi moratorium for the period of 6 months as per covid 19 relief package by indian government. I have home loan in sbi but ach in hdfc account. But every month hdfc bank debitted debit return charges from my account since april 2020. I am requesting hdfc to return my amount which debitted since april.

                                Hi Sir,

                                Since i have been using credit card from HDFC for past 4 years, But i left my job in jan 2018. Then i paid the minimum due amount. I have paid more than what i have spent. The outstanding accumulated much and I could not pay for last 2 months. The staffs called me regarding the payment, i told the above mentioned and i asked for settlement process. They did not reply me and my outstanding amount increasing heavily month after month. I am feeling depressed about the interest charges that killing me and feeling sad why i got this credit card and now i am in debt trap.

                                Please consider for settlement and i arrange money anyway by borrowing with my friends.

                                        I had opted for the moratorium facility (April to august) for my hdfc bank credit card along with jumbo loans taken against the card. I had repeatedly mailed customer care, requesting them to stop auto pay deduction of emis against my jumbo loan.
                                        Inspite of my monthly mails emis have been run and deducted. I was unable to pay for 2 months. My account is showing negative balance due to the emi bouncing. The collection team has been calling and threatening me to pay the emis (And normal credit card dues) even when i have opted for the moratorium.
                                        As per details given in the hdfc bank’ website if any customer has availed the moratorium and his emis have been deducted then if the customer wants the money shall be re-credited in the bank account of the customer. I have repeatedly informed the bank officials to credit the emis of the jumbo loan, but they have denied to do so. Due to this unfair deducting of emis they my account is showing negative balance.in this regard i would like to request your goodself to have the emis wrongly deducted during the entire moratorium period returned to my account. They even threatened me and made me pay a part of the dues and an emi in the month of july.
