Hello team, I had made payment for my credit card Ending 0896 on 1st September of Rs 73600.The payment is not reflecting in my statement. The payment had been done through net banking from IDFC bank which was debited immediately. There might be a possibility that I entered the incorrect card details and made payment. I am not being able to connect with any executive at customer service. Kindly help me with a resolution.

    I was not well from last few days and I informed the same to Branch Manager on call at 11th August 2020.

    And 18th August 2020 I called Branch Manager and inform I will join Office At 24th August 2020. And I also present the Branch at 24th August 2020. I also show the all medical documents to branch manager.
    But they issue me termination letter at 21st August 2020.
    if I already inform the branch manager then how can terminate me in the lockdown period.

      An amount of Rs. 29.50 has been deducted from my account with the description NWD DEC CHG, even though my account was opened as a salary account and it was said that there will be no surcharges for any no of withdrawals from ATMs other than HDFC. There were no intimation regarding the policy change (if any) also. I think this is very bad and unprofessional on the of HDFC Bank.

        Cancellation of One Assist Membership
        I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1399/- from my credit card number without my concern on date:20/08/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1399/-

            Hi Team,

            Date of Incident:- 24th July 2020
            Client No.[protected]

            Description:- I was Travelling from Greater Noida West to Bihar on 28th June 2020 and 465 Rs. was my closing Balance.

            Thereafter on 24th July I travelled within Bihar and amount was deducted at toll plaza was 40 and 15 RS respectively at Chapraita and Brindaban toll plaza.

            After deduction of Toll plaza fee total amount should be 465-55-==415 Rs into my account.

            But currently its showing 85 Rs as closing Balance, there is no clue where 325 Rs was gone.

              Hi,

              I am regularly trying to touch with you regarding my issue, even I have visited the nearest branch for this. my previous inquiry is under HBL=[protected].

              My account number is [protected] and it is freeze since the personal loan is credited to my account. Can you please look into this?

              My home branch is in Chembur, but as the situation is not good, I am not able to visit.

              I am regularly visiting the nearest branch, Ranjangaon Ganpati (HDFC0002809) but they are not helpful enough.

              I am visiting them from the last 2 months for KYC purposes as well as for account freeze purposes, but they are regularly ignoring/delaying my request by giving an improper reason.

              My loan account is:[protected]
              As my account is freeze, I couldn't transfer the balance to my account, and due to which my EMI got bounced. It wasn't my fault and it is directly impacting my CIBIL score.

              I regularly try to touch with the nearest branch, but they weren't helpful enough and responded to me that don't worry about EMI bounce.

              Can you please help on this, and clear my CIBIL changes for this. As I have already responded to you on this issue, please look into it immediately.

              Please unfreeze my account ASAp

                  Hi Team

                  Through HDFC net banking (from website) I was trying to transfer amount of rs. 18000 to another account but as soon I submitted OTP I receive a message that your money transfer has been timed out due to technical reason (IMPS ref no.[protected]

                  Yesterday only I received my salary but amount deducted. Pls call on my registered number as customer care is also not accepting the calls.

                  i have been using net banking from past 6 months of different banks but this has happened to me for the first time and that too with a big amount. Pls reverse my money and if required i can also visit the nearest branch

                  We have checked our records and confirm that your fund transfer dated 01/09/2020, reference number[protected] for amount Rs. 18, 000.00 through IMPS was timed out due to technical issue at the Beneficiary bank end. The same will be credited in the Beneficiary account or refunded back to your account within 3-4 working days.

                  If either does not happen please provide the Beneficiary account statement from transaction initiation date to ( today's date) to check and assist you better in this regard.

                  ok amount has been credited in beneficiary account, Please also confirm how can I get my e-mail id updated as wrong e-mail id has been updated by your representative at the time of account opening.

                  my correct e-mail id is [protected]@yahoo.com but it is mentioned [protected]@gmail.com

                  why should I take a pain of going to the bank to get my e-mail id registered as it is fault of your team. due to this I am not even able to get resolution through normal e-mail and at the end I have raise concern through consumer complaints. Your customer care is also not taking calls and calls get disconnected as soon I verify my OTP.

                        The hdfc bank has put a hold on my funds of rupees 401.99 as mi revenue hold through gefu, acc number is

                        The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
                        First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the IVR options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

                                This is not a complaint, but a positive feedback for the employees.

                                I had received a fraudulent call on sunday morning, 16th august and i had freaked out. Luckily i had sanjana's number so i called her and explained what had happened. She calmed me down and adviced me to get my services blocked. And i did that.

                                Ever since i've got my account opened at hdfc, romil uchil has been incredibly helpful to me. I'm new to this "banking" and he knows that. So he spoon feeds it to me and i am grateful for that.

                                Pooja, has helped me and been kind to me and other customers (I've noticed) for netbanking.

                                If it wasn't for such colleagues at hdfc, i don't think i'd feel safe and comfortable. So thank you!

                                  I availed a personal loan of 14 lakhs with hdfc which included a balance transfer of 6.8 lakhs to close existing axis bank loan. Hdfc has sent the amount via dd to my chennai address in march 2020. But due to the covid-19 pandemic lockdown, i got stuck at my native and could not collect the dd. I even tried contacting the bank and asked to send it to my native. After multiple conversations, they sent the dd to me by august, but the dd validity has expired. Again they asked me to raise a request for a new dd, and then finally handed it to me in august 2nd week.
                                  But the emi/interest has been debited for the months may, june and july for the dd amount also. When i contacted them, initially they told to check with the manager for refund, but now saying refund is not possible. Why should i bear the charges, when the whole amount was within hdfc before being handed over to me.

                                    I had purchased ac of lg brand on 28.05.2020. There was a cashback scheme on payment made by hdfc credit card of 7.5% within 90 days. I have not received it yet still after 90 days.
