I closed this card before this year's annual fees were charged and diners black customer care told me that even if annual fees charged, it will be removed automatically from your system.

I have been receiving daily 2-3 calls from your collection center. I have raised this issue over diners customer service multiple times, but the request still seems to be under process only.

Please stop this harrasment from your collection center immediately. My card was closed before annual charges for this year were applied so there is no point of me paying them.

    I had opened a jan dhan account recently with hdfc bank for my mom. But the day we received the account details and logged in to the online banking portal we saw a negative balance of ₹595. This is totally unacceptable as jan dhan account is a zero balance account and should not be charged any thing.
    I had sent a mail to hdfc support on the very first day (28 july 2020) i saw this and did not receive a reply from them until today (30 august 2020).

      Hi i am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- (One assist mfee charges) from my credit card number ending with 3983 without my concern on date:27/08/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

        HDFC bank has put rupees 885 on hold without any intimation.
        Its a salary account.
        Their customer service team is the worst in the entire universe.
        No one is answering my question and keeping me on hold for hours.

          I opened my account on 24th july from nagaon branch hdfc bank. It's been over a month and i still didn't receive my welcome kit. I went to your branch and they were didn't help me at all they just said me that it will come. I asked them for my welcome kit so they just gave me my tracking number and said that it's not our job to get your kit. They also filled wrong email id during registration. I asked them to change it and they filled for it but its been 4 weeks and my email has not been changed. They said that they filled for it and it is not uploaded in the system. It has been 4 weeks since they filled for it. So i cannot even use online banking.

            Hi, i had recharged my airtel mobile number with amount 647 via hdfc payzapp application. Transacation was successful and the same amount was deducted from my account but recharge was not done. I send a mail regarding this but no one is responding to mail or calls. Even on their number no one responds. Please help.

                Hi,

                When I go through my account statement of HDFC, I see the bank is deducting Rs855 every year on Aug or Sept, it happened this month as well on 27th Aug again. And they even deducting Rs5.90 twice a month. This incident is happening without any knowledge of mine and is happening from 2 years. I am trying to contact them but they are not even responding properly. Can someone help me getting my money back.

                Rs. 100, 001 upto Rs. 200, 000 - Rs. 15 /- ( charges exclusive of GST - Good and Services Tax )

                1 Outgoing Charges will be applicable for :
                IMPS Fund Transfer done using MMID option to Other Banks as well as HDFC Bank
                IMPS Fund Transfer done using account number option to Other Banks.
                2 No charges will be applicable for IMPS inward transactions
                Further, we understand that you have been issued with Debit card. Further, the charges levied to your account are towards Debit card fees towards your current Debit card.

                  I recently done a wrong recharge on [protected] operator jio via hdfc payzapp.. Transaction details are attached in image contact both customer care nothing resolved and satisfactory answer given. They said they can't do anything. Report instantaneously at payzapp customer care.

                    I have received a notification email today (29.08.2020) saying that "based on verbal consent given to them" my hdfc credit card has been debited towards membership fee.
                    I haven't given any verbal or written consent to debit my account with such things. This should be reversed immediately and compensated

                        Hi, I have returned the product back to Amazon. Amazon has refund the amount. I received message from HDFC Ur transaction on HDFC Bank DEBIT/ATM Card ending 1275 for Rs. Xxxx.00 has been credited/reversed by AMAZON on[protected]:05:25:38. I did not received the amount in account.

                            From last 3 months i am getting wrong credit card statement. Even after paying the bill, the credit amount is again coming as bill.
                            This month, aug i have cleared all the bill, though the amount credited was more than the debited.

                                I was charged hefty amount of finance charge on my credit card. Later on I contacted my personal banker for it after lot many attempts. I even sent many mails to hdfc. Finally after several talks my personal banker agreed to reverse about[protected] back on my cards account by 14-21 June 2020.
                                Later on today it’s been almost 2.5months I have been trying to contact her and even her manager but none of them is picking any call. In this span I have made more than 100 calls to both of them but they are unresponsive. When it’s their responsibility they step back. I request the person incharge on this medium to help me out ASAP.
