Address: caller say i m calling from hdfc bank sec 48 gurgaon

Dear sir /ma;am i got call from some one .and he say i m calling from hdfc bank credit card department and say .you are using our card from long and good profile as we can see.thats why i m calling from credit limit improve and he told me some my details just like pan card no DOB ETC,
1 I got call from this no [protected]. then i say ok. and she say after 10 minuts my senior will call you form verification.
after few moments i got call from this no [protected] and told me some details and say some balance will deduct from credit availbale limit and it will merge to improve credit limit.

so plz i m requested to hdfc bank plz take the action as soon as possible .ann return my balance.

    Hi this is alvin

    I have been worried and mentally torched by hdfc bank. It was a third time my account has been debited from dcd transaction, i don't even know what is that but already i went twice to bank and complaied but still i was worried that on[protected] my amount of 590 rupees has been debited.. Please make sure to take necessary action and refund my money.

      Hi Team,

      HDFC bank has put a hold on my funds of rupees 590 as mi revenue hold through gefu.
      The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
      Could you please confirm why the amount is on hold and when will it be credited back to my account.

        Dear sir,

        Greetings of the day

        I would like to bring to your notice about unethical practises by hdfc credit card company.

        This is with reference to my credit card settlements. Myself akshay ajit gujar bearing my credit card number is [protected].
        Every morning, every evening i was being harassed by your call centre executive to pay my dues and today. When i am ready to pay the dues no one is answering my calls even, branch is not supporting.

        Today i. E. 31 july, 2020 i went to hdfc branch of bombay scottish near hinduja hospital mahim mumbai 400016 for settling my credit card dues. Unfortunately, they said me that the credit card related queries are been handled by third party company. They told me to contact credit card company to know my current dues and other charges via customer care number. So, i was trying to reach them on the following number[protected] it took me more than an hour on waiting list to reach to customer support executives but i haven’t received any customer service from them via call to discuss on my queries. The company has been charging me late fees which is not applicable if i paying my minimum dues and i want a clarification for my late fees charges. I would also like to request you to share the following

        1. My final settlement due.

        2. Charges clarification in details.
        3. The bank has charged late fees due to their technical error which they have charged gst fees from my account and have not reversed yet.
        4. Today that is 31st of july 2020 i am trying to reach to your customer care but due to no response i would be charged for late fees again due to no response from your side and your technical error.

            The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
            This much shocks from the banks in such pandemic situations for a middle class perosn like me is not less then a stress and also no one is there to listen our complaint then why you guys are recovering money for. I am not able to handle this such shocks as you don't know this amount means a lot for me.

                  First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

                      I have bought my iphoneXR with hdfc bank credit card on 22/1/2020 from Rohit telecom center, uttam nagar, new delhi. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 5000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                        Almost 1 year they took to do the balance transfer process. And they are not responding to mail as well. Not transferring the amount back.

                        In the month of November 2019 they charged 11K for processing and till July 2020 end they did not completed the process. I have spent more than 35K to loan documents/legal verification doc and to get the copy of documents from RO.

                        Frequently asking EC, old documents and they wont verify your house properly during house verification.

                        They do have 3rd party sales person to deal with you and they all lack in process knowledge, we have to struggle and spend lot money with their ignorance. Often they say our legal person didn't approve your document.

                        They won't check your documents in prior to process smoothly. So I quit process and I want my money back.

                        I am still writing n number of mails to manager, legal person and sales person. But no response and no replies when they will pay my amount.

                        Don't get caught and suffer like me!!

                        HDFC Bank saying they wont refund the processing fees. It is clearly mentioned in norms saying 5k out of 11.9k will be deducted, . Please reach team to get my refund amount, . HDFC looting my money for the process they did not complete.

                        Please help me to get my Amount. Or help me to take this as a legal action.

                              Hello,
                              This is related to my new Regalia credit card application. I applied for it in Jan/Feb 2020. After a hiccup my application got approved and was dispatched. But unfortunately this card never got delivered to me till date due to lock down. So there is no question of me activating it. But surprisingly I received a bill statement for this undelivered card on 21/07/2020. In this I was charged 2950/- as annual charges. As per the offer on this card (mentioned on the application form), i[censored]ser made certain amount of transactions for first 3 months after activating the card, the card would become lifetime free from annual charges. So obviously I wanted these charges to be waived off and to cancel this credit card. So I tried to register this complaint with HDFC senior management help desk for credit cards. I connected with them multiple times in last 8 days to resolve this. But to my disappointment they didn't even provide me an acknowledgement or a complaint number. So I felt the need to register my complaint on this platform.

                                2018 i have resigned in hdfc.After that i didn't use the savings account.
                                still now charges updated.Kindly support to close the account and reversed the charges of Rs -3355.10.

                                  Hi, I see an unauthorized annual fee levied to my account which is actually not valid. Information for partially said to me. Customer care said me to activate the smart pay to get life time free card but never said you need to keep for 3 months.. This is not valid. Without passing correct information you cannot charge the fee.. I'm not going to pay any fee.. Cancel the card immediately

                                    I got a message that 999 spent via my HDFC credit card without asking OTP. What is this ? Our money is getting out of our accounts without our permission. Is this the security you hdfc guys provide to costumers. I want my money back or I will file a case .

                                      I got a amount reversed of Rs.696 from birla life insurance and got a message from hdfc bank that the amount is reversed.But the amount is not credited in the account, payment was done through debit card
