Thank you hdfc bank for making my day worst day!!!
Iam the account holder of hdfc bank thalassery branch and my account name is SINDHOOR.without my knowledge and informing me, they had charged Rs 588+116 as low usage charges for the swiping machine mosambee.

When I contacted the branch manager he simply told me he is helpless in this issue and the response was pathetic.i have 3 more savings account in the hdfc bank either.

Iam going to switch all my funds to axis or icici as the branch management and help support are excellent.and they had reverse me the charges which they have made without my knowledge.And i would dump this garbage bank due to pathetic services iam facing.THANK YOU HDFC BANK FOR MAKING MY DAY WORSE!!!

    Dear sir, i am a ex employee of hdfc phone banking, now iam placing a complaint on behalf of my friend who suppose to work in hdfc bank currently and she did not able to logged a complaint, she is living in chengkalpattu district due to covid 19, she cannot travel and go to office regularly but she is doing work from home till 8clj in the evening. Based on the issue by today she got a call from her team head and got abusing words from him to not coming to office, all of a sudden she felt bad and cried over the phone, and got the phone called if she is not coming to office, her job is going to lose and he can be able to place abscond without imitating like that she got threaten by phon from her head, she really depressed and felt bad and ask me to do some help so that i can apply for this. Please kindly take a severe action, due to this unfortunate situation she cannot travel from her place to chennai, office located in chennai vadapazhani hdfc bank ltd. Head name hereby is siju, grace, and mohan the team managers and team leader, please kindly take an action

      Am customer of hdfc bank for the last 20 years having a lot of current, saving and fdr accounts.
      40 days back, i contacted our rm mr. Rohit having mobile no [protected] and applied for third part transfer facility for my huf account.

      But till today, the facility has not been activated in my account. I contacted many time to mr. Rohit but all in vain.

      Today, mr rohit called me to come in the branch personally for my thumb impression. He confirmed me twice that he is available in the bank. Within 15 minutes, i reached in the branch but i shocked to see that mr. Rohit left the branch without informing me or any staff member. There is no facility of parking near the bank so i had to ride on scooter 6 km in this hot but my rm was not there.

          Address: Shiva HP Centre petrol pump Patiala road near Taj colony

          We have a pos terminal at our petrol outlet with tid no. 28104828. We are transactions of rs upto 1 lakh daily. We have made requests for paper rolls many times but no one responded to our outlet. Kindly send someone with paper rolls as we are facing lots of problems.

            The hdfc bank has put a hold on my funds of rupees 600.57as mi revenue hold through gefu, account details is

            The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
            First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a a lot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful.

                I didn’t asked for one assist mfee so how can deduct rs, 1899/- without my consent from my card.
                Better refund my money rs. 1899/- which has been deducted from my card on 21 july 2020 immediately and cancel this subscription or plan from my card. I don’t need.

                    I have purchased something on emi's via credit card. It cost me around 22000+24000.

                    The amount was deducted on the same day from the credit card. But now when i check my statement it showing that the deducted 6000 from my credit card as emi.

                    I want to know the process of this deduction. Every month it showing me that amount is deducted but when the full amount was deducted on the time of purchasing. What it means to deduct by monthly.

                            Hi,
                            From 12 november 2019 every month to till date, there is unauthorised payment against ref. No. Amazon1258399 being deducted from my card no. Xxxx4057 on every 11th/12th of the month without otp. I raised my complaints to amazon no. Of times and given statements for all such payments and called hdfc bank as well but getting no positive response from them till date. Total around rs 1791 has been deducted. I have even removed my card details from amazon account even then such deductions are being made. I can not rely on amazon and hdfc bank both. Looking for proper resolution to my complaint.

                              I have a credit card ending with 4387 and my concern is with the way i have been billed / poor customer service:

                              I did not receive statement for last 2 months – obviously customer care is not available. So there is a delay in payment of 12000 rupees by few days. Bank has charged me as interest / a great 9000 plus gst as the bank has a process to charge interest on payments which are not due.

                                  I have applied a fastag for my car ref no: hfr01572375 on 6jun-2020 and i was intimated that my fastag will be delivered within 7 working days. But now (3-aug-2020) its been around 2 months. I have calling their useless cusotmer care for n number of times and each time they would take my request stating they will check from their backend and after that there will be no upadates.

                                  Calls to customer care from me on following dates:
                                  16-jun-2020
                                  08-jul-2020
                                  20 - jul-2020
                                  24-jul-2020
                                  01-aug-2020
                                  03-aug-2020

                                  They have no other numbers to escalate the issue, no email id's and funny thing they (Customer care) told me that do not have access to email system to intimate the customers if a complaint has been registered. Have never into any such organization with such poor customer care.
