My money got deducted yesterday while applying for right issue. But the transaction failed. I have not yet received my money back. Please revert asap.

      On 27th july they charged rs 1472 as inter branch cash charge with penalty which is completely illegal as I haven't done any such transaction especially at inter branch. Such a fraud bank and branch .
      Vikrant khand gomti nagar lucknow branch . Take strict action against any such banks and refund my money

        Why i have been charged in below txn without my notice. Could you please let me know at the earliest.

          Sir,
          Today I received a call from [protected], a operator called Riya told me that HDFC Bank offering me loan against credit card at flat 10.25% to me of Rs 2, 40, 000 . I like that offer but she started to jiggling with words and calculation like loan at 19.06 but it's 10.25 % flat. I said your EMI calculation are not matching with me but she said you are miscalculating your Loan it's 10.25% . So I said Ok. But after checking at HDFC BANK website it shows 19.06%, I called again at her number, she told me that it's 10.25% sir, I told her about website she said that she will transfer my call to her senior but she never did. I called again but she said she will call back but I never received her call. Now my credit card account shows loan at 19.25% .
          I want to complain about this cheating and malpractice of disbursing loan
          Please look into this matter and CANCEL MY LOAN otherwise I have to go to RM and banking ombudsman for this malpractice of telecallers of HDFC BANK

            This is to inform you that from last month July 2020 my account is showing negative balance of RS 1790 and last month the amount is deducted from my account. This month is also the same. I am not getting any clarification for that.
            So Please requesting you to clarify the matter and waveout my negative balance from my account.

                Hi,
                My name is vinay dhyani. I joined a company in the year 2019 and that company opened my salary account in hdfc bank. I left that job after few days because of study reason. At that time my account balance was zero and yesterday i saw that my account showing negative balance of rs.6, 619.70. I am totally shocked and worrying about the same that how it is possible since no single transaction have been done at my end.

                Can you please suggest me any way that what should i do. Can it be waived or i will have to pay all these amount.

                  We are having 2 current accounts and 4 savings account with hdfc.
                  We had a cc account with federal bank. The hdfc executives approached and advised to open a loan account, where i have to pay the interest on the money, which i spent on my loan account. No other charges will be charged for non usage of funds. They only said, the total amount will be reduced month after month.
                  There was lot of miscommunication and wrong commitments offered by hdfc executives reg this loan account.
                  Based on the discussion, we assumed this loan account is better than cc account. As we use this value only for safety.in cc accounts there are charges applicable. Result we closed our cc account with federal bank and open a loan account [protected] with hdfc.
                  One fine day, there was a debit of rs.5000 +gst from my loan account. I immediately raised an issue with the banker. I sent “n” number of mails to them. When i contacted over phone, finally they said, the charges are applicable. No one has informed that amc/commitment charges at the time of opening my account. If they informed me, i would not opt this loan account.
                  They simply said, you have to ref the document, offered to you at the time of loan disbursement. I inquired, what about the assurance given by your hdfc executives?
                  I requested them to reverse this charges, but no reply from their end. I advised them to close my loan account immediately.
                  When these discussions were going on, another rs.5000+gst was debited from my account. It is not all acceptable.
                  The hdfc executives should not give wrong assurances, commitments to the customers.
                  I am requesting the banker, to reverse the charges and close this loan account.

                  Till now I have not received any communication from HDFC BANK reg this issue. Kindly inform me the status of my complaint. The complaint is still not resolved.
                  It is a very bad experience for me. The HDFC marketing persons are offering very poor service, spoiling the HDFC brand image.

                  I planned to transfer my LICHFL housing loan to HDFC. As HDFC marketing executives has given lots of assurances. Now I am afraid, because, I dont know the hidden charges, and the false commitments.
                  Due to this reason, I have planned to transfer all my account [2 current account and 4 SB account to Kotak Mahendra].

                  I am waiting for a reply from HDFC. Till now no reply from their side.
                  Requesting you to close my account, as I am not interested. You should not impose penalty for this delay. Because the same thing happened last time. I have been discussing with the HDFC executives, mean time they put another charge of Rs.5000+GST.
                  Very sad.
                  Pl solve this issue at the earliest.

                  I filed a complaint on 28-jul-2020. But still the issue is not attended.
                  Is this is the service given by a India's No 1 Private bank?
                  Very sad.
                  The same thing happened with the local HDFC bank too. By discussion, they prolong for 3 months. But NO reply.Then add Rs.5000+GST.
                  Dont they have the courtesy, to solve the issue?

                  I raised this complaint 2 weeks ago. Till now no one from HDFC has called me reg this. Very poor service. Never expected such a poor service from a leading private bank like HDFC.

                  Today I received a call from HDFC, informing that I am eligible to raise the loan by 20% under MSME scheme. Informed them, even if want I funds, I can lend it from external financial person but NOT from HDFC.
                  Further Today I received a call from HDFC, that an approval has come to close my account. But I have to pay Rs.17000.00 to the banker. Rs.12000.00 as commitment charges and Rs.4500.00+ for yearly maintenance charge. Very sad.
                  But still they wanted to collect the money from my side, not understanding the mistakes committed by their executives.For their sales executives mistake, they are penalizing the customers like me.

                  I have been trying to find a solution with HDFC bank for the past 4 months. But no response from their side. Today I am going to file a complaint with Banking ombudsman.
                  Simply sending a message, that we will solve the issue shortly, will not give any result. The banker should understand this.

                  HDFC put lots of hidden charges. Since our money is in their folder, they are deducting the money without any intimation. I am tired and disappointed.
                  Opened an account with KOTAK MAHENDRA. Close all the HDFC BANK ACCOUNTS this month end.
                  For foreclosure they want Rs.9000.00.

                      Note - i have visited one of your branch and they told me to visit store from where you buy phone and when i visit store they told me talk to customer care and then customer care told me to visit branch. Why un-necessary harassment.
                      Even in lockdown you are offering cashback offer online then why not return our earned cashback. It is already been 5 month.
                      Please do the needful.

                          I opened my account going to the nearest hdfc bank they opened me a savings account and took and deposited 5000rs. They gave me account no and customer id orally. They said u will be getting ur welcome kit containing all like debit card pass book and checkbook ect.. After a week i again went to the bank saying der was no info abt anything so they said u have to log in to ur internet portal and apply from der u. When i open the internet portal of hdfc i dont find anything like applying for debit card or anything. Then they asked me to apply for a check book with that she said u will also get the card.. So on the internet portal i applied the checkbook.. And i got my checkbook delivered to my place by 3 to 4 days. Its been a month now der is no info abt my welcome kit and bank is also not responding they just have asked me to wait.. For the card ro come.. I dont knw how is this possible.

                            I was approached by a hdfc employee to force me to take credit card saying it lifetime free and not mentioning any details of minimum spend i have the chat with person. And i got the card in feb2020. I havent activated the card yet due to lockdown and now i am getting a bill of card/ account maintainence.
                            Please help.

                              I have opened a digisave youth account on 24th june. Kyc was done on 25th june vi branch visit. It's 28th july. Till now i don't receive my welcome kit. There is no response over the phone. Automated voice is saying they are working with limited staff. So nobody is there to response the call. But the fact is that they are calling for taking a new credit card. So they are doing their sells. But don't want to satisfy a customer. Branch is saying that it is late due to covid. But every company is delivering there products. What is the problem of hdfcbank?? Email response is not satisfactory. Very pathetic service. If they don't deliver within 10days, i am going to close my account. Email reference id - hbl=[protected]

                                Sales excutives from hdfc bank called me and told that i am qualified for taking top up loan and asked me to apply via offline. I provided all documents and waited for couple of days. Then they told that due to corono lock down my higher officials are asking me to apply the loan via online. Then i have applied for the loan via online and paid rupees 2400 as a application/ processing fee. Now they rejected my application without leaving any reason. Highly disappointed by this bank.

                                In this pandemic situation i do have financial problems. This # are planning and fooling as to take money from peoples like this.

                                  I mistakenly sent my payzapp balance to my own mobile number (Which is attached to the same payzapp account). But that money got deducted and never credited to my account.
