I have applied two time for change of address and dispatch new card but every time they reject the application . I have share my addhar card verification done my ur brach . Then also till date I didn't recieve card or my address changed

    Today also my account is added with -600 RS. I could not understand for what reason and why so much of negetive balance is added in my account. Last month I have paid around 1790 RS due to negetive balance in my account.

      Hello,
      This is related to my new Regalia credit card application. I applied for it in Jan/Feb 2020. After a hiccup my application got approved and was dispatched. But unfortunately this card never got delivered to me till date due to lock down. So there is no question of me activating it. But surprisingly I received a bill statement for this undelivered card on 21/07/2020. In this I was charged 2950/- as annual charges. As per the offer on this card (mentioned on the application form), i[censored]ser made certain amount of transactions for first 3 months after activating the card, the card would become lifetime free from annual charges. So obviously I wanted these charges to be waived off and to cancel this credit card. So I tried to register this complaint with HDFC senior management help desk for credit cards. I connected with them multiple times in last 8 days to resolve this. But to my disappointment they didn't even provide me an acknowledgement or a complaint number. So I felt the need to register my complaint on this platform.

        Dear Team,

        I have savings salary account ending with 6846 hdfc r s puram branch 2015 on wards.
        2018 i have resigned in hdfc.After that i didn't use the savings account.
        still now charges updated.Kindly support to close the account and reversed the charges of Rs -3355.10.
        Kindly help and resolve the issue.

          Hi, I see an unauthorized annual fee levied to my account which is actually not valid. Information for partially said to me. Customer care said me to activate the smart pay to get life time free card but never said you need to keep for 3 months.. This is not valid. Without passing correct information you cannot charge the fee.. I'm not going to pay any fee.. Cancel the card immediately

            I got a message that 999 spent via my HDFC credit card without asking OTP. What is this ? Our money is getting out of our accounts without our permission. Is this the security you hdfc guys provide to costumers. I want my money back or I will file a case .

              I got a amount reversed of Rs.696 from birla life insurance and got a message from hdfc bank that the amount is reversed.But the amount is not credited in the account, payment was done through debit card

                  Fastag complaint

                  Hi,

                  So far I haved send 5 mails to fastag. regarding my fastag application. I haven't receive any single responds from them . I applied for fastag on 18/07/2019 for the vehicle no MH46P8987. my application reference no HFR01587313. It shows that I will receive fastag within 7 working days . But still now nothing has been created when ever I call CUSTOMER care these Custer care people are incompetent can't talk to cuatomers well this is what hdfc bank wants to potret there reputation in the market with such a bunch of fools. Who don't even take initiative to even open the acc
                  so far my account has created and but now I don't want to do any business with these ### . called hdfc fastag CUSTOMER care N number of times . they keep on telling its in process and send documents again and again . kindly help to get fastag immediately cancelled and help me to get my money Rs500 paid for the fastag MH46P8987. application ref HFR01587313 back .as soon as possible I will also attache call recording with hadfcfast tag Custer support team just to make sure no body I mean it guys no body should do business with hdfc I will make sure hdfx fast tag call recording will be trending everywhere on the internet
                  These scamster havey acc details also all I want is to cancell my fast tag with HFR01587313 asap.

                    On 19-Mar-2020 we booked the following products on Flipkart through HDFC Bank debit card and opted to convert the total amount into consumer durable loan/Debit Card EMI.

                    1) Product worth Rs. 1, 100
                    2) Product worth Rs. 4, 879

                    On 01-Apr-2020 we received an email from Flipkart saying they tried to deliver the 2nd product multiple times but were unsuccessful so they have canceled the order and they will refund the amount to the bank.

                    On 02-Apr-2020 we received another email from Flipkart saying they have successfully refunded Rs. 4, 879 to the bank.

                    HDFC Bank did not inform us anything related to this for almost 3 months until July-2020 and suddenly we started getting harassment calls from collection agents asking to clear the outstanding.

                    Now, my mobile statement shows that they have charged me Rs. 590 on 16-Jun-2020 against some MiRevenue Hold Through GEFU and Rs. 118.56 on 29-Jun-2020 against Autopay DC because of which my savings account is in minus for Rs. 700 now.

                    My Jul-2020 statement still showed Rs. 4, 879 as outstanding under EMI.

                    Bank did not act on the notification sent by Flipkart and now for no reason, they are penalizing me because of their fault.

                    On all the call center numbers they have a pre-recorded message of calling them only for reporting or blocking of cards due to COVID-19 and for any other query we have to write them emails.

                    On writing an email recently, they are just giving a courteous reply saying they have removed the amount of Rs. 4, 879 and remaining amount of Rs. 1, 199 is converted into EMI

                    My question is that why the banking system of such a well-known bank so poor that they only wake up to issues when the customer writes an email?

                    Why are they looting customers with penalties that customers are not liable for?

                          I am Gunjan Popli and have applied for online NPS account. I paid my 1st contribution using the net banking services of HDFC bank. I had selected HDFC bank as one of bank for KYC verification since i have salary account in this bank for many years. However, my NPS account is frozen with status as "frozen - PRAN frozen as KYC verification is pending/rejected by bank or employee confirmation pending by corporate", because it is waiting for approval or rejection from bank head office. In case rejected from bank then only I have to go ahead with manual procedure. Kindly help me in getting my NPS account unfreeze.

                            Sir/madam,
                            I have not received my welcome message with fastag wallet id and customer id. Only the message stating the balance amount and status of id showing active message is reflecting on 26thmarch 2020 for the amount in balance.

                                I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 26/12/2019 from idigital, dwarka sector 7, new delhi. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked from the store, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                                    Amt of 4898.80 is held my hfdc bank ltd for no given reason.
                                    Customer care not takin calls bcos of pandemic.
                                    Visited bank jangpura ext home branch 110014 they have no clue.
                                    Even if it’s abt not maintaining a min bal for that bank is charging me every alternate month by auto debit arnd 400/500 rs.
                                    Then why this hold?
                                    This is abusing a customer financially in this difficult time n need.
                                    Please resolve this asap
