Hi,
From 12 november 2019 every month to till date, there is unauthorised payment against ref. No. Amazon1258399 being deducted from my card no. Xxxx4057 on every 11th/12th of the month without otp. I raised my complaints to amazon no. Of times and given statements for all such payments and called hdfc bank as well but getting no positive response from them till date. Total around rs 1791 has been deducted. I have even removed my card details from amazon account even then such deductions are being made. I can not rely on amazon and hdfc bank both. Looking for proper resolution to my complaint.

    I have a credit card ending with 4387 and my concern is with the way i have been billed / poor customer service:

    I did not receive statement for last 2 months – obviously customer care is not available. So there is a delay in payment of 12000 rupees by few days. Bank has charged me as interest / a great 9000 plus gst as the bank has a process to charge interest on payments which are not due.

      Sir, our account revenue was put on GfU hold. Now we have deposited 7600 rupees. Hold Sir but our money has not come back yet.

        I have applied a fastag for my car ref no: hfr01572375 on 6jun-2020 and i was intimated that my fastag will be delivered within 7 working days. But now (3-aug-2020) its been around 2 months. I have calling their useless cusotmer care for n number of times and each time they would take my request stating they will check from their backend and after that there will be no upadates.

        Calls to customer care from me on following dates:
        16-jun-2020
        08-jul-2020
        20 - jul-2020
        24-jul-2020
        01-aug-2020
        03-aug-2020

        They have no other numbers to escalate the issue, no email id's and funny thing they (Customer care) told me that do not have access to email system to intimate the customers if a complaint has been registered. Have never into any such organization with such poor customer care.

                I have cancelled a order on amazon, i immediately got a msg from hdfc that

                Ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 4734 for rs. 749.00 has been credited/reversed by amazon on [protected]:03:15:00:17

                I checked the online statement and it is not credited into my account. I need help. Since it is a confirmation message from bank, i am assuming that the amazon has done it's part. Will it ever get reflected in my account?

                      Hi,

                      I have a corporate bank account with hdfc (Kg marg, cp, delhi branch). I had applied on approx 2. Jul.2020 and i have received an account opening mail by 9. Jul.2020. Now i have following issues in banking with hdfc:

                      1) i have received the kit on 28. Jul.2020 but the kit is incomplete.
                      In the mail it was written that phonebanking, debit card netbanking will be received, but i only received cheque book and netbanking pin.

                      2) if i am trying to use netbanking pin with legit access, it is saying that contact your branch.

                      I have tried with call and email, but no response from branch. When we visited the branch, guard isnt allowing.

                      I need bank to answer and solve following:

                      1) do i need to wait for second kit for debit card and phone banking?
                      2) when should i suppose the netbanking to be activated from hdfc? Because of this we are still not eligible.

                      It is highly impacting our business. I hope customer satisfaction is their business as well.

                      Or else i am forced to switch to another bank.

                        Dear sir/madam,
                        I had paid an amount of rs. 1700/- through hdfc phonepe to to recharge on 31/07/2020. The amount was deducted from my account, but the transaction was failed. And the utr no. Is[protected]. I had to pay a sum of rs. 1700. I request you to do the necessary and kindly refund the money back to me account.

                                  I applied and paid for HDFC Fastag on the 24th of June, 2020 and the application number is HFR01578873. I got an acknowledgement promising that I will get the Fastag in 7 working days. I waited for ten days and called their customer care [protected] and the CS Agent duly apologised for the delay and assured that I will receive it after 10 working days. It did not happen and so I called on the 22nd of July and was surprised that they did not any track of my previous call and complaint and so I raised a complaint and the complaint number is 0036213 with the assurance that I will get it in seven working days. I have not received one till now and so again I called their Customer Care and the after a long 19.27 minutes I got a complaint number I0036213 but don't know when I will receive the Fastag.In between, I have written to their escalation & Fastag mail ids only to get no useful response. I need the Fastag asap

                                    My name is md moniruzzaman, i have been charged rs.1899 on my hdfc credit card on 30/07/2020 without my permission. I want to cancel the unauthorized plan against my card, and also credit my money in my credit card which you have deducted in my credit card account without my permission.
                                    So request you to please cancel this activation against my credit card, and also refund my money.

                                      Honourable sir, I Make A payment of Rs 26649 On 17/07/2020 approx 10:31 PM To Quickr.com. My Payment Failed And Show Popup message that if amount debited from your account it will be credited within 48 hours.
                                      Since 15 days Gone And I also tried to call HDFC customer care but I unable to talk with them because call not connect to customer care.
                                      I visited their branch couple of time but they also refuse and make stupid reason that amount will be credited in 2 days or 7 days but they did not register my complaint.
                                      After 10 days Date 28/7/2020 A Branch person was Register My Complain By reference of another Bank Branch Employees And Give Me A Complain Acknowledge No - 2189501. and said to me that within 2 days amount credited on your account but since there is no amount credited on my account.
                                      I also Contact with quick but they told me we didn't receive any payment.

                                        Sir,
                                        I am a HDFC bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited Rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 8995 without my concern on date: 30/07/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1899/-
                                        If issue will no resolve early, I will not repay any outstanding Loan amount as well.
                                        The same I will present to credit bureau.
