I have a credit card with hdfc and made a transaction on 30 June twice with my credit card. But with out my concern hdfc has made one transaction of Rs 16743 as aggregator emi for 9 months. I donot want to do the same. I aant to pay as normal. It's a fraud act. Without customer concern how can a company make emi facility? I want this issue to be resolved. So please help me

Your customer care number not working whom I will complain?? This is not done @hdfc..
I have a credit card with hdfc and made a transaction on 24 april 2021 once with my credit card. But with out my concern hdfc has made my transaction of Rs 14992 as aggregator emi for 9 months. I don't want to do the same. I want to pay as normal. Without customer concern how can you make emi facility? I want this issue to be resolved. So please help me

    Application for refund which mi revenue hold through gefu

    Dear team,
    Hdfc bank has put on hold an ammount of Rs.624 by mi revenue hold through gefu for no reason or may be misleading. I have already emailed them for this issue bit haven't get any response from them.
    I request you to take initiative steps for refund my money. In this current crisis situation me and my family are are in no income stage, we don't have that economical condition for paying such unknown ammounts without...

    Hi this is Imran, i had blocked debitcard and netbanking and upi transctions due to misuse of my saving current account, as the problem sorted out i raised request at bank to unblock netbanking and upi and for new debitcard. I got new debitcard and it is working and netbanking it is unblocked and able to transact. But am not able to send money via upi transaction such as phone pe, paytm, payzaap etc. Since my upi is not unblocked am not able to make transactions. I had raised complaints thru phonebanking but every time they say raised the issue or mailed the issue wait for 3 working days
    So kindly request you to sort out my problem as soon as possible

      [protected] asked so many verification checks some advertisements polcymatters wasting of time & telephone billl ask the policy holder to wait for attending of service representative saying all our service representative are busy in serving other customers thanq for waiting meanwhile music & hdfc slic advertising it goes for 20 minutes cal ends repeat the same for another two times it's almost one hour no answer
      Helpless & leave it after waste of money & time. Next same story by computer what to do give me address of offline mode.

      i have discontinued my SB account i want close my account your staff says all lies to get a SB account OPENED.
      your Bank motivation is micro-financing by cheating saying lies doing unlawful things. when the Banking
      in INDIA it should follow RBI guidelines & abide by Indian constitution

        This is in regards that i am a hdfc credit card holder for past 1year & above and there is a fraudlent transaction done on my card on 4th july of amount 19886/- and as i received the msg regarding same i informed the bank on toll free number and blocked the card and they blocked my card and issued a new one, i have received the new card but on 5th of july i filled the dispute form and mail it to cc.[protected]@hdfcbank.com and i haven't received any reply from there till date inspite of reminders, i mailed to another mail id customerservices.[protected]@hdfcbank.com but again no reply and toll free numbers are not geting connected and the amount is still not reveresed and its billed in my statement and payment is due.So i would request to please intervene and take action.

          I renu garg opened my savings account in your bank a/c no.[protected] as i checked my cibil score which shows lot of enquires regarding consumer loan and credit card... There is a enquiry of 4 consumer loans of sum of 10000 inquired by your bank only not by us.. We had never applied for any of the consumer loan.. So why the cibil is showing such enquires... And there are 3 enquires of credit card... And i have applied only once for the credit cards so why are 3 enquires!
          So please consider it as soon as possible because these many enquires effecting my cibil score!!

            I prince garg opened my savings account in your bank with account no. [protected]. This account was opened during covid-19 pandemic lockdown and was opened digitally through your bank.
            After lockdown the kyc had been done with all documents and it was about 1.5 months from kyc completion.
            I had not recieved any welcome kit which includes;
            Cheque book
            Passbook
            Debit card
            We are facing difficulties for this. So please consider it as soon as possible.
            The branch account is ignoring this issue.
            So please avail the same as soon as possible.

              Dear all,

              Since it was one week had passed away after my atm card was struck in atm in hdfc vending machine. When i am trying to use machine for withdrawal of money and it was regular compliant i had heard that cards are keep on struck in machine, which was added later by building security guard. I called many times to reach out hdfc customer and atm maintenance staff, but there was no response. Recently they had had placed not working signage.

                Hi, i had recharged my airtel mobile number with amount 379 via hdfc payzapp application. Transacation was successful and the same amount was deducted from my account but recharge was not done. I send a mail regarding this but no one is responding to mail or calls. Even on their number no one responds. Please help.

                  I have received an alert on 21/07/2020 saying rs. 999.00 spent via credit card without otp but i never did that. I made a call to hdfc customer care and asked for details of the transaction, he replied saying amazon has done that mentioning "standard deductions".

                  I am not sure what are these standard deductions and why are they deducting without any prior notice. I tried to reach out amazon customer care but not possible.

                  Please stop this and refund my money. Following is the message i received.

                  Alert: rs.999.00 spent via credit card *6903 at amazon1258399 on[protected]:19:57:39 without pin/otp? Not you? Call*

                    [censored]iest service ever.

                    My credit card was returned as i was unavailable to receive it from the courier guy.

                    Now i want to raise a re dispatch request as per the sms i received from hdfc, but there is no clear instructions as to where i can do that.

                    There is no way we can talk to the customer care due to covid and none of these services are offered online too.
                    What are we supposed to do?

                    Either make sure your customer care is operating or at least improve your online services and provide the customers way to do complete their requests.

                        As I leave my job in April 2020 from then I dont pay my credit card bill but now for this bill I transfer my of fund in my hdfc salary account their but it will be deducted from minus balance and still showing remaining minus balance .I tried to call hdfc bank but they didn't transfer my cl to phonebanker.please help me regarding this.

                          I, hdfc credit card which detail given below, holder, herein kindly requesting to intervene and recover the unauthorized amount.
                          On 22.07.2020, early morning one message received from hdfc bank portal:

                          Alert:rs.3311.00 spent via credit card xx5228 at sbilife10983 on[protected]:06:17:53 without pin/otp

                          The same amount has been debited from my hdfc credit card.
                          Here i want to mention that i don't have any insurance in sbi bank. And moreover, i have never share my card credtentials to any body.
                          Please kindly requesting for your intervention and recovery for the same.

                          I had receieved same message in april and same amount was deducted from card. I had raised complaint to hdfc bank and sbi life. but none was able to resolve the issue. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.
                          I had checked in google and found that similar unauthorized transactions were done at sbilife10983. I request to investigate the details of sbilife10983 and take action on the person responsible or else this type of transactions will continue.

                              I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 27/09/2019 in reliance digital (Mani square) kolkata. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked reliance digital, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                                    There was deduction from credit card as GOOGLE CLOUD fees, but I cacncelled the subscription and then GOOGLE CLOUD returns my money, but they never credited into my credit card statement, I already shared the message from hdfs, also shared the GOOGLE CLOUD return money mail.
                                    Everytime I talk to customer care they just said they are looking it into 48 working hours, but from last 2 months they did not resolve it yet.

                                      My name is R.Krishnamoorthy and i was working with hdfc bank Securities in 2013 to 2014.Sir I applied my EPF form and cancelled cheque was send to the professional courier Address: iTHINK Techno Campus, Bldg B, Alpha Vikhroli Link Rd, near Kanjurmarg Station, Kanjurmarg East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400042. branch was delivered the courier what is the status my EPF i don't know kindly you received communicate with me and process my EPF. this one very emergency for medical emergency purpose need your support do the needful.
