    I had made two transactions on which i am entitled cashback but more than three months passed but bank did not send me the cashback.
    I have also attached the receipts which prove my claim for cashback.
    Please resolve the issue as soon as possible, so that i can receive the cashback at the earliest.

      Yesterday my vehical debited extra amount belloe details. I m staying residant vanasgon near baswant toll plaza. This toll plaza was local for me but yesterday debited rs. 145 in my account and again ghoti toll plaza deducted rs.110. Bellow details for your information.
      (1) your fastag a/c has been debited for rs. 145 for transaction by vehicle mh15ds5674 at toll baswant toll plaza on[protected]t17:32:34. Balance amount in the a/c is rs. 405 - hdfc bank ltd.
      (2) your fastag a/c has been debited for rs. 110 for transaction by vehicle mh15ds5674 at toll ghoti toll plaza on[protected]t19:12:06. Balance amount in the a/c is rs. 295 - hdfc bank ltd.
      Attached rc for your information pls, refund amount to my account.

        I have been debitted twice with rs. 50 each for my hdfc fastag account for manual debits.
        Eventhough i have been debitted with the respective toll charge electronically they had debitted additional amount stating it as manual adjustments.

        Debitted 20.03.2020 rs. 50
        Debitted 26.03.2020 rs. 50

        I had emailed 4-5 times to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com but no response and credit reversal.

        No to hdfc fastag.
        They are cheaters

          Hi sir/madam

          I had received call first from rohith agarwal saying that this is a recruitment of hdfc bank and he asked for rs 1850 for registration. Later
          Ronit kapoor ([protected]) called me and he said that he is the hr of hdfc bank and i am selected for the post of accountant and asked for rs 6500 for registration and i paid the amount. He said that this amount will be refundable soon.
          Later he said that my training will be in home for one month and for that i should pay 5750 as security amount and this amount will be refunded after the laptop is returned to branch.
          And after few days ronit kapoor said that abhishek rathore rm ([protected]) of hdfc bank is handling your profile now you can call to him. I called to him so he again said that there is some problem in your profile you have to pay 5000 to solve it. I thought it is true and paid the amount. Again last week they called me and asked amount again. And now when i calling them their mobiles are switched off. Please help me out to solve this problem. I should also know the way how to get back my amount soon. The date from when the incident took place is june 10th 2020. I'm requesting to help me out to get my amount refunded if the job is fake. Please help me out. I have a humble request to hdfc branch head please find out such kind of fake persons and punish them. They are also spoiling the name and fame of famous bank. Please help me out from this problem. Kindly refund my amount as early as possible.

              Hi sir/madam,

              I had received a call from mr ronit kapoor saying that he is the hr of hdfc bank. He has also collected some amount saying that this amount is for registration, security amount etc. And along with ronith kapoor a person named abhishek rathore has also called me regarding the same and said that my profile is now handled by him. I had paid 6500 rs first later 5750 rs as security amount and again they took 5000 rs saying that there is some issue in your profile. And now their phones are switched off.
              If this job offering is true then i can be free. If it is fake please help me out.
              And hdfc bank head should also take some action against the fake recruiters and help the teenagers like us. As we will be eagerly aiting for a good job they take this as advantage and earn money. They are also spoiling the famous bank name and fame. Please help me out if it is fake i'll raise a fir against them.

                Sub : waiver of late fee charges & finance charges retail.

                We would like to inform you that i am utilizing your bank’s credit card for last 5-6 years however last 6-7 months, we are receiving credit card statement on 14rd of every month and due to this we are unable to make payment on due date. Due to padamic situation of corona virus and lockdown, even we are making payment immediately however your bank is debiting late fee along with service tax & cess tax.

                As there is no default on my part hence i am not liable to pay this late fee charges.

                I hereby draw your attention that last three months

                Finance charges-retail for rs. 979 july, 793 june, 624 may and however there is a debit entry for finance which is unnecessarily debited in my account and i am not liable for this amount.

                I am making payment but after deducting late fee

                Incase you are not making waiver of the above charges, then i will surrender the credit card which please note

                Please do the needful.

                    Dear sir/ madam,
                    With reference to my policy number[protected]Hdfc life sanchay par), with hdfc vijay nagar branch,. Jabalpur, i would like to inform you that i have been mis sell the policy on 29 th may 2020 the branch manager and his team sold me the policy with out showing me any terms and conditions of the policy and i have been told by them that i have to pay inr 200000.00 only one time, where i came to know later that i have to pay annually for 6 years. I have immediately send a mail to the hdfc bank service life to terminate the policy on 16th of june well before the free lock period and have send numerous mails and called their call center many times and they assured me that they will revert back to me with in 48 hours every time, but i never received any mail from them since 30;th june 2020. I have provided all the documents which they have asked me for refund of my money since 6 th of june 2020.
                    I request you to kindly look into the matter on urgent basis as it is my 5th complaint i am writing to you.

                      I had block my upi id as i was lost my phone, but from after that i had raised request so many times to unblock it but still it's not done. I am not able to make upi transactions. Every time they said wait 3-4 day it will work but still same problem.
                      Can someone please solve my problem.

                        Hi i want to complaint against mr dheeraj gulati who spoil my life and leave me like a tissue paper he had a extra martial affair with me and we are together from last 8years now he choose his family because he wants his daughter in his life and what about me who is spend 8 years with him like his wife... Now his family and his few friends spoil my career and my life too. Even today i decide to do suicide just because of his and his wife's torture. I am going to upload our few pics where we are together and if wants his family in his life then why he spoil my life from last years he has no right to work with a reputed bank on a reputed position... Please help me

                            Moratorium applied in month of May 2020 and received a SMS regarding that April 2020 EMI will be refunded within 30 days.But I have not received and amount to my account.I have managed and paid the June month EMI but I could not pay July month and I also informed phone banker that kindly refund the April month EMI or deduct the July EMI from April EMI amount, but nothing happened yet.But I have received a SMS that to pay overdue charges for July month EMI.They are kept the July EMI amount on hold in my savings account i.e(The account shows in minus emi amount). I would like to take necessary action against such fraud.

                              Hi,

                              I bought an iphone 11 on 17th march 2020 from iphone store at one horizon, gurgaon. I avail the offer of 6000 inr cashback running by hdfc & iphone. It was supposed to be credited within 120 days, however it's been more than 120 days and i have not yet received the cashback amount. I have tried multiple times to talk to the hdfc representative and i dropped several emails to them, however it was of no use.
                              HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              I have sent The complaint via email to HDFC (customerservices.[protected]@hdfcbank.com) on 6th july 2020, however they didn’t respond. I have received one automated email sharing the reference number of my complaint (‘HBL=[protected]'). Please look into this. Thank you!

                                  Is fraud life insurance company my policy no.17597482 and reff no hdfcsl=[protected]', its limit crossed o[censored]n supportive attitude i am facing problems for policy surrender and payout issues from 20 june 2020 to till date 24 july 2020 in between so many email or phone conversations done but still in this digital banking and poor service your team unable to paid my payment and never comes your 72h commitment, you all are doing like fraud, every document submitted then why my payout still not credited to my nominee account even the any confirmation still not received. I think you all are blind and handicraft?.

                                  As per last email and call confirmation that only one document required for final payout that was policy scanned/ photo copy of front page, i have already same document submitted on 21st july 2020 and customer support team conformed on phone that they received final document and all payout process done by as soon as possible but still not actions.

                                  As of now this is only last options is to go consumer court for this delay and unsupportive work done by hdfc life. This is completely cheating case with customer thats why this is final reminder if i will not received money in my nominee (My wife) minakshi manjul account till 27 july 2020 then take a legal action with hdfc life and go consumer court.

                                  Really HDFC Life Insurance company is fraud company, its 6 days crossed on consumer complaints portal and 45 days hdfc life service department for my Policy No.17597482 problems, still customer support team is not supporting me for my 5 yers invested amount 75000 INR for payout in surrender case, there is lock in period is crossed, there is no no document and any task pending from my end but still 45 days crossed not paying me my invested amount.
                                  please all customer aware from this fraud company, they will not return you your invested amount on time if person ia alive, after that any misshaping then your nominee have to forgot all clim money. relay fraud.

                                  really see in image HDFC Life Insurance company is fraud company, customer support team is not working always close the complaint Status, its 18 days crossed on consumer complaints portal and 50 days hdfc life service department for my Policy No.17597482 problems, still customer support team is not supporting me for my 5 yers invested amount 75000 INR for payout in surrender case, there is lock in period is crossed, there is no no document and any task pending from my end but still 50 days crossed not paying me my invested amount.
                                  please all customer aware from this fraud company, they will not return you your invested amount on time if person is alive, after that any misshaping then your nominee have to forgot all claim money. really fraud insurance company.

                                      I opened my account on 6th of this month and its been 20 days i haven't got anything from hdfc..i was supposed to get my welcoming kit in 10 days max..i tried calling the customer care of hdfc as well but it is of no use..no tracking number nothing..please help me with this or else i have to close my account with this useless bank..

                                        I am ritesh benjwal from jammu. Recently i opened my regular savings account into my nearby hdfc bank with ifsc code : hdfc0009649 (Miran sahib branch)

                                        My registered email id is: [protected]@gmail.com

                                        Let me explain the scenario to you.

                                        I tried to register in my netsafe. Hdfcbank.com account and they showed me the error message that invalid card details.

                                        Now when i attempted for one more time they showed that if you try one more invalid login we will block your account. I mailed you at [protected]@hdfcbank.com. And you responded to me that try to forget but by this now my card has been blocked because of 3 attempts. Yeah it is showing active status in netbanking but i am not able to do any transaction.

                                        What i want?

                                        1st i want you to activate my debit card from your end.

                                        And please activate my netsafe account as soon as possible. As they are showing me that to contact customer care. Attaching screenshot for your reference.

                                        As my nearby branch don't know about netsafe service. And now the bank is off for 2 days. So even i am not able to activate my debit card. I am attaching screenshot that my transactions are also disabled. So please activate it also.

                                        Please reply me a solution as soon as possible rather than do this and this. I am waiting from past 10 days. Just activate my debit card for transactions. As on trying for online transaction it is showing that card is temporarily blocked.

                                        And activate netsafe account from your end. Because my nearby branch don't know anything about netsafe service.

                                        Ps: i have changed my debit card pin and all and visited netbanking for everything. And don't reply me to visit nearby branch because they know nothing about netsafe service.

                                        Please solve my two problems. Else i am closing my all accounts from hdfc because i am not getting any customer care service.
